My daughter received excellent care last night. We were in and out within a reasonable time. We NEVER felt like we were forgot about. Everyone was thorough and professional. They are always fast and friendly. Great care. The only thing i’m not crazy about is how the billing works. My insurance company sends checks that I have to bring to them and sign over. I have trouble watching the mail for checks. They sometimes get thrown away as junk mail. All of that aside, you can’t beat their speed. I know if i go to any other ER I’m going to wait 6-12 hours to be seen. Waiting time was too long. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room who were a couple together. Wait while in exam room was long too. I was there an hour and 1/2 for a simple, easily diagnosed and treated problem. I had been there before and received reasonable wait time. Care was excellent but the wait time sucked!
My son was having an asthma flair up and I happened to be feeling bad with something different at the same time. We both went in, and I was so happy with the way we were treated. Being a nurse gives me insight from both angles. They were very busy, but they kept everything moving and did a great job. I wish I remembered the names of the people who took care of us so I could personally say thank you. It’s currently the day after we were seen, and we’re both already starting to feel a little better. I’m so glad to have an urgent care down the street for things like this where I know what my son needs and can avoid the ER.
It was a very good experience. The personnel there were very courteous, and the physicians assistant was very thorough. Their friendliness and welcoming attitude greatly took away the stress of the visit. I really like the place and we’ll go back if necessary whenever I’m sick.
I had been so sick for over a week. This was the best visit I have ever had to this urgent care. Everyone was good spirited and patient they listened to my concerns and treated me the same way my PCP does which was amazing. They also called to check on me the next day.
Exceptional personnel. Great people. When i went it just so happened they where the only urgent care open for service, so to say the least they where dealing with a lot of angry customers from other urgent care facilities that where closed. Although i was feeling miserable myself i was lessening to how people where acting and i can say this urgent care facility is both professional and caring no matter what the situation. Next time i need to go to a urgent care facility it will be this one. Again they are great caring people and i thank them for their compassionate and caring attitude even at the end of a long hard day. You are all greatly appreciated. God bless each of you.
