Elizabeth always greets you with a smile and kind words. First thing she ask you is how are you today. Do you have any issues you would like to ask me. Even when she is examining you she makes sure you are comfortable and let’s you know what you might feel before you feel it. I absolutely feel blessed to have her as a provider. 5 stars just aren’t enough for her, her Nurse Kasey and the front desk staff. Everyone is so kind and they actually care and listen to you. They are so attentive and gentle. I have never had them be mean or dismiss anything I have talked about. Dr Siegle and his staff will work on a treatment plan with you and explain every step. I never feel like I am in the dark about my care. My husband went in while I was parking the car. I work in an ER and knew it was definitely an emergency. I walked in and asked if he has been triaged yet. He hadn’t and asked me how they could call him if they didn’t know his name. The paramedic working assumed he was another patient that was already in the waiting room. And told my husband to sit down with out properly checking him in. There just happened to be another black man in the waiting room. They had the same color skin but other than that looked nothing alike. Their clothes were not similar. This paramedic needs to be fired. So disrespectful. We will never return.
My husband David Wells went there after a dog bite on Friday, August 26, 2022. The care he recieved from PA Spells, his nurse and the nurse tech was above excellent. They explained everything so well and made sure we knew everything. Best ER experience ever!!!
Great people who care so much for all their patients. They have several different types of doctors and treatment centers in the same building. If they can’t treat it for some reason they’ll get you to who can.
Called primary dr.s in the early morning. Someone answered couldn’t understand them then I waited on hold for fourty minutes. When I go only to apply for primary Dr. I nvr receive a call but a message that they missed me and to call back when I do never get thru to anyone
My wife has been coming here for years. They do awesomely well on all their services. She’s had full surgery to dental work and all visits are done well and with pride. The Chikasha housing is awesome since we drive from Texas. It’s a free home to stay at on campus offered to patients having surgeries. We will be back soon , they also have an awesome cafeteria.
