CVS as a whole is a TERRIBLE place to get any prescription. The cost of the prescription no matter what insurance you have is astronomical. If you can go someplace else like (Giant Eagle) then please do or you will leave CVS with a wallet so light it floats away. Also don’t let them tell you it’s your insurance…it’s not. While on hold, I called the pharm from my other phone still on hold with the first. Now, I am on hold on 2 phones! After 30 minutes on hold, I called and spoke with the night manager who said they only had one pharmacist and one tech working with 9 people waiting in line, no one answering the phone and who knows what the drive thru is doing. Seriously, you call this customer service? NM said people didn’t show up for work. Pitiful service and zero vote of confidence on getting scripts filled. CVS needs a major overhaul in management who can lead their employees so they want to come to work. Never did get thru gave up and wrote this. Every other review reflects my experience. The one older woman whose name I can’t recall, (5 year pharmacy technician at that location apparently) really knows how to make someone feel like sh*t about themselves at 9am. Said my prescription wasn’t ready (it was supposed to be ready YESTERDAY). I had to call my doctor’s office in line. The lady at my doctor’s office said the same thing, it should be ready. So this lady huffed and puffed and said it would be ready in an hour and a half. Meanwhile I have to go to work. And I NEED my meds for work. She is so rude. Secondly, every time I’ve gone to pick up my rx, they’re closed. Also way to over-annunciate someone’s medication and say CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE loud enough for everyone in the store to hear it. Tried calling after getting a text that my medication needed to be ordered and was on hold for over 40 minutes with no answer. Either they are severely short staffed or they don’t care. Most issues that occur in the pharmacy are unavoidable on their end but they always go above and beyond to solve any issue that arises. It’s easy to always blame those in front of you but my understanding of the job makes my experience here always pleasant. Keep up the good work.By Kate Burnep (3 years ago)If you’re in need, this IS NOT THE PLACE!!! The most incompetent and inept pharmacy I’ve ever attempted to deal with. They lost my file creating an endless conga line of employees telling me I’ve never used them before although I have bottles with their location. My meds were called in four hours before I stopped by to pick them up only to be told they needed 15 minutes more. I came back an hour later to be told:
1) since they don’t have my records they didn’t fill them. No apology. Nothing whatsoever.
2) my insurance company wants a different prescription on one of my scripts. OK; not their fault but rather than fill the others, they just didn’t do squat. Completely incompetent with a lack of care and concern that I’ve never experienced. If CVS as a corporation knew how ridiculous this crew is, I would like to think they would clear the decks. Unbelievable!!!I will find a competent pharmacy to address my needs……I would encourage all others to do the same.

If Google allowed a zero star rating that is what I would have given. This entire pharmacy is filled with the rudest employees I have ever dealt with at any business. Their pharmacy techs are unbelievable and I now realize they get their poor attitude from the actual pharmacist. Avoid this particular location at all costs if you can. The pharmacist just told me to have a nice day and hung up on me instead of trying to understand the point I was trying to make.
I stood in line for 10 minutes while the worker at the consultation counter was shooting the breeze with someone rather than helping customers. A conversation that did not pertain to getting a prescription or help. Asked for help and was told to wait. Then told I was at the wrong register. Went to the other to be told I need to go back where I was initially. Very incompetent and rude staff. Avoid at all cost and choose a pharmacy that cares for and respects your time.
Worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. Only good employee there is a younger guy I believe his name is Austin he’s amazing at making sure you understand everything and if he doesn’t know the answer at that moment he definitely takes the time out to figure it out. We always appreciate him. The woman pharmacist is the rudest person ever. Always has a bad attitude, talks rude. Makes you wait forever just to speak with her even when there is no one in line. The man pharmacist can be rude too. But I would rather deal with him then her. Constantly has new staff there and they never seem to know anything. They are always screwing up names and even gave me the wrong persons meds on top of my daughters meds which I realized when I got home… Lines are usually long. The other staff in the store are always nice. Store is clean. Pharmacy department just sucks!!!
Clean your parking lot! It’s disgusting and has been for the past year and half.
As for pharmacy: 1 car could be in line and your waiting 20 mins +, better off waiting behind 6 cars at Kroger. Lacking staff? Hire people!
I have been sitting in the drive through line now for 34 minutes stuck between cars trying to pick up a medication. This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Why on earth would it ever take over 40 minutes to get 4 cars through the drive through. I’ve turned my car off twice now because why am I running my car and wasting gas. Would it have been faster to come inside? Is the medication currently being made when the person comes to pick it up? I ABSOLUTELY I can not understand why it would ever take this long to pick up a prescription that is ready.
