  1. Quick & Easy plus convenient
A real staple in the community!

We are delivering in your are now plus we are available on Saturday’s in Lithonia on Main St at the Farmers Market from 12pm to 4pm

  2. I am beyond upset at the degree to which this store seems completely unconcerned about any kind of customer service, let alone basic human kindness. Do not take film here ever. I have spent many many calls to follow up on 7 rolls of film for the pleasure of paying for 7 in twice the time promised and to have one roll completely lost. They have no record of orders by customer?? What? They lied about interactions to try to cover up. I am receiving no phone calls from the manager as promised. Nothing but paying someone to lose irreplaceable film. There is no way I would trust these people with my prescriptions. Anyone out there have any suggestions for holding these people responsible?

  3. CVS!! Where do I begin? This particular location is great! Very friendly cashier, always have a smile on there face and ready to answer any questions you may have for them. Clean store, always clean. Easy to find things. Some stores u may enter and can’t find anything but not here. They have the big signs and marking for things. There pharmacist are very friendly also and helpful. If you need and time of photo taken( passport) this is the location.

  4. 01/03/23 I accidentally ordered my prescription here as it was saved on my profile. I was told it would be ready yesterday at 5. Called around 4, get told it will be ready today at 6:30 (they’re probably closed by then!). Call to confirm, get told they never received my REQUEST. Double check and find my confirmation number. Called back, am told my prescription didn’t come on their delivery today (or yesterday??). I did not receive a call/text/email notifying me of the delay of my prescription being delivered. Mind you consumption of said prescription has a deadline it needs to be taken by. I am not sure how or why this place is still open. Their lack of care can put people in really unfortunate situations.

Unprofessional and harassing. 4 weeks ago I started receiving text messages about my nephews refills. I responded “no” which ideally is supposed to stop the texting. It does not. Twice a week, every week, for the past 4 weeks I have received a text to refill the medicine. I responded No every time. I’ve had them call me TWICE to refill the medication and asked to be removed from the list. I get a text today and call to ask to be removed. “You’ve been removed” and get hung out on. This place and it’s staff are not worth dealing with.. I didn’t think the reviews were true but here we are only a month after our second prescription (ever)…just tear the place down, it’s useless along with its staff

  5. Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Avoid if you can! CVS’s in the Decatur area are terrible. There’s a reason this store only has a 1.9 rating on Google. Long wait and hold times, etc. Thus, I took my business to Publix Pharmacy and have been much happier! I came to this location only because I have a script that Publix can’t get. It was supposed to be a 90 day script, but they only gave me 60 days. This is after I waited two days for them to order the 90 day supply. I went through the drive through to get my script, and it didn’t seem like enough meds for 3 months. I parked and looked, and it in fact was only 2 months. I went back through the drive thru, but the window was closed. So I went into the store and was told that they were on break and wouldn’t help me. I explained that I had JUST gone through the drive thru and my prescription was wrong. I was told there was nothing they could do for me until 2 because they were on break. It was literally 1:32, and they go on break at 1:30. My problem is that they messed up my script (problem number 1) and then won’t help me and told me I had to come back (problem number 2). So I’m waiting the 30 minutes in my car so I don’t have to come back later, so I have time to come here and type a warning out to you. ☺️ There are much better pharmacies in this area than CVS. Don’t feel like you have to go here.

Edited to add: it turns out that CVS entered in my prescription wrong and gave me the wrong quantity. They put 120 instead of 180 so I didn’t get my full script. Then she tried to convince me to let her call my doctor so she could change my prescriptions to 60 days supplies instead of the 90 sine they were only going to give me 60. But they billed my insurance for 180, so I wouldn’t have been able to get my medication when I ran out too early. I’ve switched pharmacies. Be careful because they didn’t tell me they didn’t have the full script. They actually told me they did and gave me what the paper said was a 90 day supply. But it wasn’t. So just be careful.

I’ve been coming to this cvs for about 9 years now and The ladies that used to work there were so kind and professional. They were also willing to help you with whatever your needs were within the pharmacy. The women working there now are so RUDE and lack any kind of customer service. This is the third encounter I’ve had with these new women working there. However, Victor the pharmacist is so nice.

This is the worst CVS ever. They just completely gave up answering the phone in the pharmacy during the pandemic, they close the pharmacy way too early, and there is always a super long line. Hire some people, CVsS! Today, I asked for a vaccine and was told I had to schedule online, even though they were not busy and could have easily done a walk in. So I opened the app and tried to schedule. As the cashier watched me doing this, this location did not come up. I asked her if that meant there were no more appointments today? She said yes- now, could she have said that when she saw me trying to make an appointment online as she just had said to do!! I am pulling all my scripts from here. Walgreens here I come.

Honestly the most pleasant and helpful pharmacy I’ve ever been to if the night shift on Tuesdays is any indication. People would do well to come here. They genuinely care about you.

Just take a look at the other reviews. The pharmacy here is awful. There isn’t much more I can say that hasn’t already been said. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The employees are just straight up rude. I’ve been getting prescriptions filled here for years and it just gets worse and worse. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother even trying this place.

Usually well-stocked, but the pharmacy staff is not particularly helpful. Earlier this year, I had a vaccine appointment and had to wait an hour because “they don’t do appointments, only walk-ins.”

Now I just walked in to get my boosters and was told they “don’t think they’re doing walk-ins today.” They didn’t offer to check the schedule, and I’m very confused because I was told they don’t do appointments, so super mixed signals and inconsistent communication.

I would just like to share that the East Point CVS has exponentially increased in all aspects. First, the parking lot stripes have been repainted so you can tell where to park instead of everyone parking diagonally, like it used to be. And it is a lot cleaner. And the checkout line is great now, because an attentive, caring associate is nearby waiting to help whenever something goes wrong with the transaction, which always happens in the self checkout kiosk. This is the first google review i have ever written but i had to because i was so impressed by the change from the way it used to be there. I will no longer dread having to patronize that establishment, i will now look forward to it. The associate who assisted us is named Patrick, and he should immediately be promoted to a management position if he isn’t already. Thanks East Point CVS.

Lines for prescriptions are relatively long during daytime, but the staff are efficient and knowledgeable, so the lines move quickly. It is wheelchair accessible and the store clerks are helpful and efficient. Prices can be a bit high but with the sales, coupons, and store rewards some items are very affordable.

Slow as hell. I had to walk in for a COVID/flu test for work which they are supposed to do. I spend 20 minutes in line while the girl working the pharmacy keeps calling other CVS because customer is too lazy to Google it themselves. I finally get up there and they say they’re about to close and can’t do it. Edit, I made sure, it does say online they close at 10 so not sure why they’re trying to close at 6

Avoid this place. Lately I’ve been waiting at least 20 minutes to pick up my scripts at the drive up window, and sometimes more than a half hour. Today we received our meds only they were thrown loosely into a paper bag. Isn’t that what crack dealers do? I’m done here.
