Store needed stocking as wellBy CAMPERJD CAMPERDREBORN (6 months ago)CVS is very inaccurate for making proper Covid-19 vaccination appointments. Very long story, but to summarize; they are incorrect about what vaccines they actually have at each location, as well as whether walk-ins are accepted. Neither online when I made my appointment, nor customer support who supposedly confirmed my appointment and vaccine type gave me correct info. I basically wasted 3 hours of my day.This whole thing involved making an appointment for Moderna online, getting confirmation of a Pfizer appointment, calling CVS and supposedly having that corrected, traveling to the 1st location, being told that they only have Pfizer, but if I called the location across town, they have Moderna and can do a walk-in. Calling 2nd location and being told they have appts but I could only get in if I made another appointment online. Going home and going through the entire process again and noticing that they no longer have appointments available but they do accept walk-is. Calling back and again being told appointment only… I cannot do this on a week day as I work out of town and had a reaction last time so I need to do a Saturday so I can recoup Sunday.
When it was all said and done, I was unable to get the correct vaccine and I now have an appointment at Sav-On in a week.

Ive been going to this pharmacy since 2017 never had an issue, it was amazing until recently they changed staff. The Service is horrible the new pharmacy staff are so rude and unhelpful except one guy who has been there for a while. Really sucks especially since we are going to pick up medication you would think they would be a little nicer.By leynah dougal (5 months ago)I went there to get a few things before they closed. So my daughter and I ran to get shopping done. $110 later. Ran EBT card through only to have it denied. Tried 3 more times after I found paper with code thinking maybe that was problem. Cashier was nice but other man wanted me out. I oplogized but the man at door said I could figure it out tomorrow and slammed and locked door. I’m sure he was probably tired but so was I. I’ve worked pretty much for 48 years and know that even when its closing time you are just as nice to customer as if you just opened. Boy, things sure have changed. Not the first time I’ve had problems with this store. I’m going to get names from now on. Stores should be nicer and understanding to their customers. Although service at this CVS has been questionable in the past, I recently have found myself enjoying trips to CVS. I am always able to find what I need here and what’s even better is the person at the cash register. I don’t tend to write reviews but after checking out with one of the employees, Sam I felt compelled to recognize her for her exceptional customer service. She is very polite, kind and always assures that I found whatever I needed. Sam makes my frequent trips to CVS very delightful! Also she made the CVS care pass sign up really easy and I have been saving so much ever since she suggested it to me!
I made a appinment to get my vcuinne. Came to store on time and finished check in on the phone. Get into the store to the mini clinic area there is no nurse! Wait for a while than ask pharmacy people: “Where is the nurse?” I was told she is on lunch break! When I was make the appointment online, there was one hour blocked out for lunch time. My appointment time is not lunch hour. 45 minutes later now, there is no sign of the nurse, and no explanation from other people who are working. There other people start come in waiting to get their vcuinne too. What is a point of make an appointment if you still have to chance to get the service any way? At last about one hour later from my appointment time, I finally get my vcuinne. I do have to said the nurse is OK if you get chance to meet her.
The pharmacists there, Andy and Christian, are so professional and helpful! I can always trust on them to be super fast and friendly. When I called in to check on my prescriptions, Christian picked up in less than 5 minutes and helped me right away.
Great store. On my last visit, the elderly cashier accused me of trying to use a coupon that wasn’t mine….I guess some numbers didn’t match. Used self checkout and didn’t have a problem. Was hoping to grab what I needed and go with no hassle.
Pharmacy takes forever to pick up if at all. It’s like calling a government agency.
