  1. I went to pick up a photo order and they were all the same prints multiple times and when I came the next morning to return the prints and get my new order the doors were locked and the lady at the counter said the person with the keys would be right up to open the doors. It took 10 minutes for her to finally open the door because she had to set up registers. Don’t go here unless you need the pharmacy.

  2. The Pharmacy and Minute Clinic have an absolutely awesome, competent staff. Their caring and helpfulness is what sets them from the other pharmacies for me. Would highly recommend.

  3. I waited in line for over an hour to get a covid test done in their drive through pharmacy. Yes, I had an appointment. First they told me I was in the wrong line (there were no signs). Then I waited behind someone who had been in line for a long time, and when I finally got to the window no one even acknowledged me. I waved and called “hello?” For 10 minutes before they asked if I’d been helped. 10 minutes later they asked for my name and birthday. Waited more. 45 minutes after my appointment time, they finally tell me that they are switching computer systems and they can’t do anything for me yet. If I had known this earlier, I would have left. I was finally handed a test over an hour after my appointment time.

On a separate occasion, the virtual Minute Clinic failed to properly send my prescription to the pharmacy. Waited in the store 2 hours to finally get it (but they were very clearly hoping we’d give up and leave).

Even if you don’t encounter these issues, the wait times are long and customer service is minimal at best.

  4. My experience with CVS has been nothing short of a circus. I placed a CVS same day photo order, and never received a confirmation that it was ready. When I went to the store three days later, I was told their machine was broken. Was anyone going to tell me? Then, I saw part of my order laying out and asked if I could have it. They said I would have to pay for that part of the order, but I told them I already paid online. So, they did 30 minutes of calculations wherein I ultimately paid more (and completed no less than FIVE transactions) to get the photos that managed to come out of their broken machine. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such poor customer service.

  5. I’m colored, an older white man working the register with glasses asked me to price check my 2 items to make sure I can afford it before I chkd out..hope he just did that to me🙏

After two fauled attempts to get medication transferred in from another pharmacy (common), I will not be returning here. I was told by the female (lead? she was training the new tech) tech that there was no way to help me at all, even though I had called a few days prior and received verbal confirmation that my prescription was being transferred. She had no record of that and said that since the other pharmacy was not open at the very moment I was standing there, she couldn’t even send the request in the morning. My other pharmacy is in Florida… it is common for transfers to happen without even a phone call.
After speaking with the pharmacy manager at a different CVS location, he explained that all they do is send a fax and wait for the other pharmacy to respond. Sooo she couldn’t fax? I am appalled at her lack of care and concern for my needs. My medication is not optional and her actions (or inaction) have caused me to be out for over a week.
The pharmacist was present for the entire interaction and did nothing.
Unless required, I will not return to CVS.

Staff very friendly and helpful. It has a wide selection, but some items can be pricier than other stores in town hence the loss of a star. Liquor and beer, great prices and some good specials. This location was very clean and well maintained.

Bought a gift card here and it did not work within in a 1/2 hr I came back to store and let them know. But they just shook their shoulders and said there is nothing we can do about it.

I had to drive all the way back to the store just to go through a whole box of them to find one that wasn’t expired smh where is the quality control or anyone checking their products.

I’m a business owner who purchased a pack of vinyl gloves for approx $12. It is the very end of the year in fact it is December 28th so I have sent all of my receipts already to my accountant. Today I realized I had the wrong kind of gloves and tried to exchange them in the store. I was told that not only did the girl not know her manager’s name but that there was no manager available and that there was not another single human being in the store that could help her and that she was brand new and told me that there are absolutely no refunds without a receipt. The CVS return policy States withhout a receipt you would get store credit however they refused to even exchange my items. The employee at the front said she was brand new and couldn’t even tell me what her manager’s name was. When I called corporate they transferred me to a 3rd party vendor who couldn’t help me at all and the employee that I spoke with at customer service couldn’t tell me what the return policy was either. This is absolutely appalling to me. If I was trying to get money back or if it was an item that was a lot of money I could maybe understand however this is a $12 item that I was trying to exchange in store. I will be leaving the store and taking all of my pharmacy needs from there as well

This happened an hour ago. Got a doctors’ prescription medicine which the pharmacy assistant said is not covered by my insurance. I think its what they termed as over-the -counter medicine… so I have to find it from the aisle myself. I found it in a locked glass cabinet in aisle 12, less than 8 steps from the pharmacy. There’s like 8 or 10 types of MUCINEX in there. Pressed the red button and a customer assistant came. He asked me which one I wanted and I honestly replied “I don’t know” because it’s the doctor that prescribed it. He pointed to the pharmacy and said “ask them”. He’s like telling me “you should know which one one” or it’s your job to find out not mine. I said “never mind, i just go to another pharmacy”. They missed a few bucks from me today. He can do it himself if knows what’s the meaning of “customer service” is. With the size of the company, I do believed CVS trained there employees well.. That guy just don’t have “INITIATIVE”

For the past 3 years, this CVS pharmacy location has declined exponentially in terms of service and professionalism (pharmacist by the name of Sharom is the ultimate worst-blaming his support staff for misinformation, flat out denial of prescription fills and blatantly lying about out of stock coupled with refusing to transfer to another CVS location with proven in stock conditions). Way too many improprieties to list in this venue; however, I have contacted the corporate office twice in the past year. Staff turnover is horrendous, probably due to poor treatment behind that pharmacy desk.

Just a few of a plethora of common occurrences:
-Never answering the phone (you go inside and the phone can be heard ringing and no one bothers to pick up; even with 3 pharmacy techs, and the pharmacist are observed behind the counter)
-Leaving you on hold and then hanging up
-Drive-through closing 3 to 4 hours earlier than posted
-Receiving text messages informing script is ready when it is not
-extremely incompetent support staff that are difficult to understand (English is their a second language).

So sad to see this location decline significantly; 3 years ago, it was very good.

Today we came in to quickly buy a woman’s razor. We noticed they were locked up and went to politely ask a woman if she worked there , she looked at us and rudely said ” no I dont” as she was stalking a product. So we brushed it off and asked a cashier for help on aisle 15. She said ” yeah yeah I’ll send someone” (A side note as we were asking her we heard over the intercom , another worker asking for help on aisle 8.) This cashier did not say anything about us needing help over the intercom. So we assumed she was going to let someone know and went back , waited at aisle 15 for 30 minutes and no one came to help. A worker walked past and started talking to another worker and completely ignored us .we ended up just getting a men’s razor because those weren’t locked up. When we went to go check out there was a worker guiding the SELF checkouts . The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this place at all.
