Was in hospital yesterday on 10/3 for serious migraines , they sent prescription to CVS on Norcoossee at 2pm. cVS said they would be ready at 7p’ on 10-3. Came in this morning to pick up prescription … Not a person at the pharmacy waiting and ADaM ,the working pharmacist told me… he’s to busy to do my prescription. i wondered aloud that he had three employees with him and NOT A SINGLE customer waiting…. he just said he was behind and he couldn’t give me a time or a DAY…
People , it’s time to transfer all our prescription to Walmart. We already get our food there and they have 3 to 5 windows to wait on you at their Pharmacy .
This Adam guy went to school to learn this trade, however , he never learned people skills, time management and proper problem solving skills . I would advise people who have had or will have issues at CVS on Narcoossee to transfer their prescription somewhere else..
Customer care and Customer service DOES NOT Exist at this CvS..Goodbye old friend CVS.. Times are changing and your Training methods are not keeping up with your employees

By Cliff Lewis (5 months ago)Every single time I come here it’s a nightmare wait… I would go anywhere else but my M.I.L.s insurance will not let her go anywhere but CVS and going to another location takes 15+ mins longer just to get to… been in the drive through line for about 15 mins (3 cars on each side) and nobody has moved… it’s like this every time. Does anyone from management even read these?! Hope they get down to one star on here, maybe that will do the trick 🤷♂️.By Jeffrey Sandgren (5 months ago)I live 5 min from this CVS, picked up medicine there and bought stuff there. Never had a problem. I was surprised to see only two stars. People are super nice and service is great.By Suzzy Castano (a month ago)Get an alive employee for RX questions is a nightmare. Take more than 45 min if lucky to get someone on the phone or hanging up the phone on you before answer. Not pleasant at all without explanations for a prescription I’ve been waiting to pick up. Got cancelled without calling or any notification while waiting for it. Unprofessional.By Delimar Gordian (2 months ago)Very grumpy employees with unprofessional snotty bad attitudes, long lines, they rarely answer
phone calls, and the entire pharmacy closes every afternoon during their lunch breaks.Even the pharmacies I’ve been to at Walmart are a lot better, and that’s where I’ll be going back to after today!

I came in 12/23/22 and I had an awful experience with the older Spanish lady Jessie. She was very rude and telling me I couldn’t pick up my prescription & I asked if I could pay cash and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away then came back and told me a whole bunch of nothing.
Jessie was HIGHLY unprofessional and did not want to assist me. She works at a pharmacy and are treating people like this? She shouldn’t be employed. Evil lady.By Ta’lese Hobbs (2 months ago)I’d like to thank viet. He was so kind and professional literally the best. He made sure my insurance paid for my birth control. He wasn’t rude he was very sweet and kind unlike Jessie. He worked so hard to get my insurance issue resolved. Thank you Viet!
And thank you to the store manager Lake, he was also so kind and professional. Those 2 deserve raises with how kind they are and having to clean up their coworkers (Jessie) mess. The 2 kindest ppl I’ve met there so far!By Talese Hobbs (2 months ago)We been in few CVS pharmacies in our area but this one you feel comfortable cause manager said hi to us the sooner we enter the store and Nancy was a lot help for us been seniors we feel with the help of manager and Nancy very easy for shopping Thankyou👍By Hector Aponte (4 months ago)The stores and the corporate office does not answer the phone. They dump you into an endless loop of computer options. Then you get a recording again. Even when you get a human at corporate, they don’t answer questions. They just dump you back into voicemail, after promising profusely to give you a human.By Charles Rutterbush (7 months ago)Unfortunately, I had to experience discrimination against national origin at this store location, Store# 204, by an arrogant Caucasian woman, who tried to tell me I had to leave my laptop bag at the front door, before I could enter the store and purchase a drink, as in giving the store my business. I was forced to make a public complaint for the Cashier’s incompetence, complaint confirmation: S5956447, made on April 27, 2022. I am not sure what my remedy will be, but this ungrateful Cashier, Mel, should be terminated immediately. People are so tired of the corporate mentality of these store associates (and their Owners), who are employed by the people for our spending finance at their business establishments. They are not “paid” by CVS Inc… Sales derived from people spending is what “pays” them… When will they learn?By Labor 4 Hire (10 months ago)

That’s it for our list of the best CVS in Orlando FL! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
The wait time to pick a prescription in the drive thru at 7300 Curry Ford Road has gotten ridiculous. I only go after I have received a text that my prescriptions are ready. Once I finally get to the window after a really long wait and give the person my information they just disappear for a long time before they come back with my prescriptions. I am done with them. I am having my prescriptions transferred to another non CVS pharmacy. They are not friendly in any way. You would think CVS would care about their customers more. This kind of service will catch up to them eventually.
Pharmacy filling was great. They take your money quick! When I try to come back with insurance information for reimbursement it’s just the hardest thing they have ever had to do apparently
Taking a phone call and finding other people prescription before they can complete the transaction
The question needs to be answered by the pharmacist that is standing five feet from the clerk
So I wait
I and file a formal complaint
And I don’t return to this very sub par store
Why on earth does this have to be the only 24/7 pharmacy??? You call, they give you a time your prescription will be ready, you show up past that time to give them a little extra time because you already know, then you stand in a line that’s worse than the DMV with only 1 person helping people, to be told your prescription isn’t ready yet. Avoid at all costs. The pharmacy should literally just close because I don’t think they could even handle regular pharmacy hours. They’re very aware they’re low rated and everyone states they’re rude and they don’t care. Just save yourself the headache and fill the next day with who you normally would.
As an urgent care office, I’ve been on hold for a total of 45 minutes so far. They still haven’t picked up. Our patient decided to go to another pharmacy, but CVS already filled it and has to release their script before they can go there. This is incredibly frustrating. If they’ll leave us on hold this long, I can’t even imagine how long a patient has to hold. I’ve dealt with this type of situation at multiple 24 hour CVS stores. I do appreciate that there are 24 hour pharmacy options available, however, if they don’t actually do thier job, what is the point? They need to start a line that automatically picks up when you’ve been holding for an unacceptable amount of time (5 minutes? 10 minutes at the absolute most?), and sends you to a supervisor or at least writes a report about how the location is doing.
While I was writing my review, the pharmacy picked up the phone. An hour into my hold time. I told them we needed to reverse a prescription because it was being filled at another pharmacy, then immediately called the patient to tell them it had been done. She told me she had decided to drive to this pharmacy and had just walked in! So she rushed in and told them that she was there and asked them to please fill the prescription, to which they replied they couldn’t do that and we would have to resend the prescription, which we know not to be how these things work, but then she told the patient even if we send the prescription right now, she would have to wait behind all of the prescriptions that are already waiting, which is also not true. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and WAY BELOW AN ACCEPTABLE STANDARD OF MEDICAL CARE. Disgusting.
They are extremely slow and hung up on me after 30 minutes on hold. When I finally got someone, the woman on the phone seemed disinterested in helping me and I could tell she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. I can see by the reviews here that I am not the only one with a similar experience. I had my medication transferred to a CVS Pharmacy with much better and faster customer service. Avoid this location.
