  1. I definitely agree with many of the reviews here. I’ve switched pharmacies because of the ridiculous wait times. Last time I was here I waited 45 minutes in the drive through-that is NOT an exaggeration! Yes, I could have come back, but I was out of medication -AND I’ve come at various times previously with no change in wait times. I’ve always had to wait at least 20 minutes in line. This isn’t the fault of the Pharmacists or Pharmacy Techs as they are extremely short staffed and doing their best. The tech who helped me the last time was very apologetic and I truly felt bad for her. I’m sure they deal with rude and angry people all day who don’t understand their situation (or don’t care). I could see they were very stressed and just trying to do their job. It’s the same post-COVID story of limited staff and no-one wanting the jobs. I’m a very patient person, but don’t have the time to waste sitting in a drive thru!

  2. I couldnt agree more with the reviews on this place. I just recently moved to Nebraska and they really dont know or have any idea of whats going on. They are rushed and obviously dont show a single shred of care for any of their patients. Normally the e-visits are easy and simple and they respond very well (At least where im from in Hawaii) but they dont even give you a time frame of when they are expected to call. You literally sign up for an e visit and then leave you hanging. Dont even tell you if they are gonna call the same day or the next.
Basically, i made an e-visit. Waited all day and didnt get anything. Woke up the next morning to a call early in the morning and having to call 5 times without even getting through. When i did, it was a call center that didnt even know where to transfer the call even when i had the name and address of the practitioner who called me. Then i got a call from her and she was upset tat i was calling and messaged her on the CVS message center. She told me i wasnt supposed to call back… but what do you do when you missed a call and your sick and all you want is help and medicine. Now their webex doesnt work and the lady just rushed me off and scheduled me for the next day. WOW its taking me 3 days to do something that is usually finished in 24 hours. The lady is probably the worst. She keeps saying i have other patients, im too busy. Rushed me off the phone and just told me to come in tomorrow. She is rude as s… I normally run into very nice people here, but she clearly just does the job for the money and to just get people out. I would have loved a little bit of care, but she could have been having a bad couple days. So now here i am just waiting to see a doctor or someone and i keep getting left behind. Sad because im not very pushy, but She isnt the friendliest or professional of the bunch. Im assuming because im on the younger side she thinks she can just bypass me.
Well we will see how my in house visit goes tomorrow when i actually meet her. Not too thrilled but whaterver.

  3. Barb at the register doesn’t make you feel welcomed at all. Her attitude is nasty. When it comes time to typing in your rewards number she gets irrigated and doesn’t want to pull up the screen. Every time I come to this location its the same problem with her. She needs to quit if she hates her job that much. Hate seeing her when I walk in. Such a bad vibe in this store.

  4. After leaving this store without my purchase because of the extremely rude cashier I was just curious if they had terrible reviews and not shockingly they do! There was one person working, who was very unhelpful when I asked a question, and while waiting to check out I witnessed her being rude to several other people. I can forgive a bad mood occasionally but my god I’ll never swing back in that store. CVS sucks.

  5. ok the older lady who works in the evenings is so very unpleasant and not helpful at all! she ask people to use shelf check out so she don’t have to move from the make up display she stands and leans on every time I’m in the store.. she was very rude to me this evening. and like I said. unpleasant every time I see her.. I spend money at your store every day! was actually in there for a second time last night when this happened. i seriously almost just left all my stuff at the self checkout and left tonight. if she doesn’t change her attitude I guess I’ll be going to Walgreens from now on!

On 11/18/2022 I tried to call CVS #2741 to find out what was going on with a prescription that was put in 11/11/2022. I was on the phone for over an hour. During that time I decided to show up in person while still on hold. When I got to the store ( time was 1:24 PM) was informed by Doug (GM) of store that the pharmacy was closed. I became upset due to the fact of being on hold for over an hour and when I got there they closed early. I also could see/ hear that there was 6 calls not being answered. Doug did tell that cant close early but they seemed not to care at all. I understand everyone needs a lunch and break but there was little to no customer service. The other issue is Doug informed me that my Trulicity was on back order. In the past I have received calls from this location let me know those issue when they have come up. I did became upset due to the services being so bad. Our old pharmacist used to have a place right next door and when the CVS was put in he worked there. He was there till last year when he retired. Him and that team always called if something is on back order. There was no attempt to do this or help find a location that might have this med or just say ” Call your Dr to see if there is an other options.” Due to this my family will no longer be doing business with CVS #2741 and Doug.

Worst pharmacy in town. Apparently they lost one of my prescriptions and my Dr had to phone it back over to them. Three days later still don’t have it. Don’t bother calling because they don’t know how phones work. Every time I’m there you can hear they multiple, multiple, calls on hold that they don’t pick up. Spent over an hour and a half on hold only to be disconnected. Drove to the pharmacy because they’ve had the prescription pending for two days and I was completely out. On arrival they were putting sings up saying they will be closed for the next 4 hours! Could had answered the phone and said that but I stead they just disconnected the calls waiting. Can’t pick my prescription up at another CVS because it’s pending at that location. Done with this CVS. Management need to look into what is going on at this location.

What I need is out of stock and was told it would be ready in the am. Still out of stock. Every time I call i have to hang up because my lunch or break is over. You should not have to wait 30 mins plus to get someone. Employees are nice but this place is so slow. If my insurance did not go thru CVS I would not go here

Had a 2:30 Covid test appointment with instructions to pull up to the drive thru. The drive thru was closed and I couldn’t reach anyone inside (took 3 tries to navigate their awful call system). Sick and wasted my time.

No one answers the phone and you stay in line for over an hour just to pick up medications that are ready for pick up. They just need more staff! And if there is not enough staff they close the drive thru lane which is inconvenient because I went to minute clinic got diagnosed with the flu and still had to sit around in the waiting area for my medication because drive thru was closed ridiculous.

Great COVID Testing Site! We had already been to three other stores (CVS and Walgreen Stores) looking for Covid Testing that we need for upcoming travel. I was helped by Gloria at the checkout stand too, because I needed to make a return. September, the Minute Clinic Nurse Practictioner, was EXTREMELY helpful in answering all of our questions about appointment for testing. Lori helped us collect the swabs at the outside testing Kiosk, and couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend the CVS Minute Clinic at this store for any primary care need or Covid Testing. As a Registered Nurse, I can say with great certainty that September can assist you!

I had chose this location because it was down the street from my work but after many bad encounters with this store, I have decided to drive farther out of my way to get better service from another location. The employee’s at this location always appear to have an “I don’t care attitude” and are slow to acknowledge customers when they arrive. I have had issues with the pharmacy not having medication available; medications not coming in on shipments that I was informed that it would be on; waiting in line for 30 minutes to pick up a prescription only to have them close the window in my face; have them close hours early and nobody available for prescription pick-ups and the store staff smuggly tells you to “just call another store and see if they will fill it for you”.

Well had an appointment at cvs @ noon , I proceeded to come inside. When I entered the location there was no care clergy and didn’t know that I had to sign in due to the changing of being outside the location to inside the location. Then waited for 30 mins before I was told that I wasn’t in the system then waited another hour for them to help me setup another appointment for after 2so basically the employees here aren’t on time and waited almost 2 hours to be helped not please with this location. Not direct with any directions or instructions to follow.

Always given incorrect time estimates for my refills and usually on hold on the phone for over half an hour. Find a different pharmacy.
