This is normally a great Pharmacy. Seems to me that they would have back-up manual systems for when their internet is not operational… Today I went to collect prescriptions that had already been filled and paid for.. Cox was down and I could not be helped. Why wouldn’t they have a manual system as back-up?? Write the RX # down and allow the customer to sign for it. Then manually input the pick-up when internet is restored.. What if we have a real shutdown that lasts for days?? Staff is very kind, helpful and generous. 3 stars ONLY because dual systems should be the norm in businesses like this, that provide necessary items for survival.By Georgina Miller (6 months ago)Pharmacy Techs need to be better trained in Customer Service and in the Rules of Medication Disbursement. REA JEAN was extremely RUDE and insinuated that my 19 yr old College daughter was using a Fake ID when getting the Generic Brand of Sudafed. Started questioning her on all the information on her ID, and said that you need to be over 21. The male behind the counter told her it was 18 and to give her the Medication. Wow! Really! Train your people, or don’t have them in that position!By Carin Kocher (5 months ago)This is the worst pharmacy on planet earth. If you value your health and well being, avoid this location. The line had 15 people for 2 hours and the staff is completely incompetent.By Logan Cooley (3 months ago)I came into this store on Thursday and I must say I had a fantastic experience. I was having a hard time finding multiple products because my sister was sick. The employee Jake made my trip a lot less stressful. He walked me to every aisle I needed and presented a quality not a lot of employees have. He helped me remember his name by saying Jake from CVS not State Farm! Such a wonderful young man and great customer service! 👍🏽By Stephanie Ann (7 months ago)Horrible pharmacy. If their system isn’t down, they’re making careless mistakes that cause huge delays, giving inconsistent information, will tell you your script is ready but have you waiting an hour or longer when you go to pick it up. Nasty attitudes too. Avoid this place.By Zuri McLeod (4 months ago)

This pharmacy is poorly staffed. Be prepared to be ignored and have to stand in line for at least 45 minutes just to pick up your prescriptions. The customer service is non existent. The employees do not seem to be prepared or know how to efficiently keep things moving.
Edit 11/12/22: still no improvement. Apparently no one at cvs corporate cares about standards carried across their brand and there is still no one at this pharmacy that cares about customer service. They now also call to tell you your meds are ready, but don’t tell you that insurance hasn’t approved them until after you’ve spent your 45-60 minutes in the drive through lane.
Question: when are you guys going to staff up and be more professional? When are you going to fix the second drive through lane? When are you guys going to do your jobs????
By Megan Reid (4 months ago)I’ve been calling for a week now staying on hold for over 30 min with no answer. I have a ill child who needs meds and I am tired of having to drive back and forth to the pharmacy because all her meds aren’t ready at the same time. I had the front register rep give the pharmacist my call back info and still never got a call back. One time I get there to get meds after I received the text and the system was down all day I came 3 times before a young lady told me to call another cvs and have it transferred. Some of these meds are life and death. Currently waiting on a steroid for my daughters lungs. I understand everyone is short staffed but this issue has been going on for a long time.By Jimelia Best (4 months ago)This location has gotten so bad that I have started getting more and more of my perceptions filled elsewhere. It was nice to see Dan back for the 1 day I had to stop in . Gess it’s just too bad that you can’t find more like him. I was looking through the reviews and could tell the ones that an employee had written. Just need more Dan’s and the old crew. O well things change.By Richard Hunter (3 months ago)They never have my prescriptions I’m always waiting days to weeks with no one reaching out so I can at least transfer it to another cvs. Barely want to answer the phone for anyone if they ever answer.By destiny lambert (2 months ago)I would give zero stars if allowed. This pharmacy has been a torn in my life for many years. I’m not sure if it’s management or corporate philosophy, but I’m fed up. My concerns finally got so bad that my wife and I changed pharmacies, but my Mom has to use CVS for insurance purposes, so I’m forced to continue to deal with them. The issue is (and has always been) with the pharmacy. No matter how much time you give them to fill a prescription it is never ready when you go to pick it up. It’s always the same story. That they are busy and it will be 30 minutes before they can fill it. Whether it’s called in from a Dr.‘s office, dropped off, phoned in personally or by automated system for refills. If you give them several hours, or in the current case, an entire day, it’s the same thing. “Sorry, but it will be 30 minutes before we can fill your prescription.” I understand there are employee shortages these days, but this issue began well before Covid. So that can’t be used as an excuse.By Jeff Hutson (a year ago)

Worst experience with the Pharmacy. The lady at the front was bluntly rude to me and other people filling their medicine. I had to get out of my bed sick and come to the pharmacy to see what’s going on with my medicine because I was on hold for 4 hrs on the phone. I asked her why isn’t anyone answering the phone and she said we are not taking any phone calls today. I asked on the status of when my medicine will be ready and she stated she could not give me an ETA. This is totally unacceptable. I had to call another CVS and they were more than happy to fill my medicine within the next hour. This is not how the staff should treat people who are sick and needing their medicine. Do not come here
Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. It was 2 minutes to the pharmacists lunch time and they started closing the metal curtain on a line of 3 people and stated “do I come to your work and interrupt you during your lunch?? So why are you interrupting us during ours??” then proceeded to tell a customer that her question was annoying and why does she expect them to know the entire layout of the store to find something for her. This was all while closing the curtain and continuing to just say mean things. I found it incredibly rude and inconsiderate and there were so many other ways she could have been courteous and helpful to the customer than how she was. Having been in the management field myself for years, I would be horrified if one of my staff were to act the way that they did. I honestly don’t understand why the entire staff has to take a break at the same time to not even allow for people to even pickup meds during that time frame. Honestly, it seems like they don’t care to help their customers in the first place. I canceled our script to this pharmacy and will go somewhere where I don’t feel like I am disturbing them with my business.
The pharmacy is the worst ever. Staff is rude and is always in a terrible mood. They do not acknowledge their customers and if you ask a question they just ignore you. My organization uses CVS but we will definitely have to contact our corporate office to start looking for a different pharmacy. They act like we work for them but actually the customers pay their salary. No use trying to call after they have contacted you via computerized voicemail to get update on needed prescription because they pick up phone and put you back on hold without acknowledging you have been holding. Terrible customer service and no wonder people that do start employment leave because that attitude becomes infectious. Thumbs down even the pharmacist because her technicians represent her pharmacy.
I wish I could give zero stars!!! Good luck even speaking with a human!!! RUDE! The pharmacist yelled at me & lied right to my face! I will NEVER USE this location again & will probably move mine & my kids prescriptions out of CVS all together! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Was told 30 minutes and over 2 days later got my medication! Never again! Go anywhere but here!
So far I haven’t dealt with any rude staff, but the service overall is just unacceptable. It took 5 days to get my husband his inhaler when he was sick despite being told multiple times both through the app and in person that “It will be ready x time on x date.” Each time we showed up as instructed it was not ready. We were told incorrectly that the medication prescribed was not covered by our insurance (it is, this is not a new med for us) and they would have to special order the generic. Fine, whatever gets his medication in-hand so he can start to feel better. After several more failed pick-up attempts we started calling beforehand to verify whether or not it was ready. Half of the time we couldn’t even get through on the phone. The drive thru window also closes sometimes during hours it is normally open (I assume due to staffing). Eventually it was determined by calling a separate CVS that the med as originally prescribed was covered by our plan all along and was in stock at this location. No idea where the disconnect happened but 5 days for a commonly prescribed inhaler is asinine.
I gave them another chance because no one is 100% all the time and historically they have been great, but unfortunately I had a very similar experience with my own prescriptions over the last two days. Very disappointed in this recent decline and will be having our prescriptions filled elsewhere in the future.
