Don’t waste your time.
I went here 5 times before I was finally able to receive my son’s medication. They kept telling me that they had the it on hold or that it wasn’t ready. Even after they called and told me that they were ready.By Juan Mendoza (4 months ago)Don’t waste your time here.My doctor prescribed me 10mg Adderall XR, I requested my meds to be sent this pharmacy. I get there to pick up and it’s not ready since I did not have insurance and had to pay out of pocket.
A 30 day dose for this generic medication was $300 and the pharmacist refused to honor Good RX. I mentioned this to my doctor today and she said I should have not payed more than $30 for my meds even without insurance and that CVS’ are the worst and to avoid them at all cost.
Additionally none of my baby’s medications, which were covered by insurance were ready an hour after I went to pick up. I don’t understand why this pharmacy receives orders and doesn’t process them. In both instances, I had to wait over 15 minutes to get meds filled.
I went to go pick up a 30 day supply of 20mg of generic Adderall XR today for $30 at HEB. Not one person at this CVS told me it would be cheaper else where. This place is an absolute scam. I can’t imagine being a healthcare professional with such a horrible moral compass to be treating patients poorly and over charging them.

By company phone (11 months ago)I wouldn’t even rate with a one star , I swear this people are so rude and they take super long , I am so disappointed for been a very well known pharmacy I thought It would be a pleasant experience however it was the WORST. Staff are RUDE they don’t even greet you or acknowledge you , I needed my medicine fast my son was very sick and they couldn’t even help with a fast service . Went in today during my lunch hour and one of the ladies (probably new or something) got my information so i can pick up my moms rx. asked for my mom DOB and name. she got our last name wrong even though i spelled it out for her and told her three times what it was the guy who was at the checkout next to her walked to the computer next to her where there was no one keep in mind she had written “everything down” and had walked away, she was no where in sight for like 2 minutes until this guy came even though he had a customer of his own he helped her out. he asked for my moms information and (after i had told her my last name 3 times) she still says “Ramirez” LIKE NOOOOOO. so i had to tell him myself the information for the 4th time. so he says i have to go to the drop off cause there’s no rx in the system. as i walk to the drop off part of the store there’s this lady who looks bored out of her mind. she was listening to another conversation some of her coworkers were having so she sighs like if she hated what they said. she ignored the fact that i was right in front of her. she later looks at me and asks what she could help me with. as I’m talking to her and telling her my situation she doesn’t stop to listen or even pretend to listen she cuts me off and asks “DOB?” i answer and try to continue my story so she could understand what was happening and what i needed SOOO she decides to cut me off again and she says “Whats the name?” LIKE NO, STOP. Her face had no emotion, NOTHING. where are their manners? and/ or customer service? I like how it’s next door to where I work, but the service and over all is a thumbs down. I’d rather drive 10 miles out of my way and go some where else where it’s decent. Would not recommend to anyone. Overall maybe like 2 or 3 people who work there are decent enough. 1/3 are nice and decent. she actually smiles and has a conversation with the customers. sadly she wasn’t there to attend me when i went. Best drugstore on the planet! No matter how busy they are, they take the time to help and answer all your questions. Unlike Walgreens and Walmart where they are rude and make you wait forever. I highly recommend CVS for all of your drugstore needs.
Was attended by Valeria as my receipt states horrible attitude telling my husband to turn off the truck cause it was bothering her ears.!! Rudely telling him our sons medications wasn’t ready when it had been ordered days ago.!! Always an issue with most of the staff.!! DONT WANNA WORK LET SOMEONE ELSE DO THE JOB YOU TAKE FOR GRANTED.!! I picked up my prescription last night I took 2 as mentioned, the quantity I was prescribed was 90 capsules, I took another 2 today – I was unsure if i had taken a 3rd dose so I decided to count them all to which my surprise I counted 77. I called CVS today asking to speak to the person in charge – I was on hold for about 25 min. and the persons reply was that by off the photo she counted 90. I am displeased at the fact that they thought i was lying but I was only infuriated at the fact that i paid $40 for medication that was missing.
Please know that I’m not usually looking to bad mouth anyone but my experience tonight was a doozey. Lady at check out was being quite nice to ppl at check out might even say was acquainted with them some way so I decided to use the self checkout, I was there buying snacks for my son but decided I’d rummage through the clearance. My bill was over 90 dollars which I was fine with paying but I realized that it didn’t make some deductions on a few snack items I was purchasing, not a big deal at first but this older lady decided that I needed to be taught how her store works and told me that I didn’t use my cvs membership and that’s why it didn’t do it in a very condescending tone I may add…I said okay but I don’t have my card and it didn’t ask for my number…she repeats herself and pulls the tab off some candies nearby and shows me the smaller than small fine print that I would only get discount for the membership and that it is free…again can you fix it? She proceeds to say that the register asked for my number I just didn’t pay attention…in front of other customers. Again can you fix my issue? “You need to read and listen” and to her I said no I don’t I don’t want any of this thank you. And as I walk away with my son, she is still talking as loud as can be…im just trying to help you, you’re the one who didn’t read and listen….I asked her for help to fix my issue not to be treated like an idiot…I understood that I was wrong but I also work in a place where I need to help and not embarrass or intimate my customers. I didn’t have an issue paying for the candy, if she had just said no I can not fix your issue im sorry or you need to re do the checkout using your number…I would’ve done it. But she just kept telling me how wrong I was. 4x…anyway…not my finest moment walking out cursing her in front of my 13 year old but he understood my frustration and like he said…I didn’t understand what she was saying mom (most of the conversation was in spanish) but her tone was definitely not nice mom…its ok mom, let’s go to walgreens!!! They have better deals anyway.
