I am not impressed with this pharmacy. I stopped for a script. They told me it was not ready but would be in 15-30 minutes. I came back a half hour later and they said the same thing. No one had started it. I was in pain and didn’t have this kind of time to fool around. The woman walked away while I was talking to her. I didn’t have an attitude until that point. This was not convenient. The store did seem clean.By K C (5 months ago)One example of our many problems at this place…made 4 trips to CVS because they never answer the phone. Two times I was told my son’s insulin would be available. I made another trip there, no insulin. Hadn’t even been ordered. The 3rd time there, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I returned and it wasn’t even in stock! Finally switched to Weis and had the insulin within hours.By D S (2 months ago)If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. The worst customer service ever. Apparently they close for lunch from 1:30-2. Instead of finishing with customers in the drive-thru that is always backed up they close the window in your face. Why they can’t take turns for lunch is behind me. People are on schedules just like them. Everytime you go inside you get nothing but attitude. In case you haven’t noticed everyone is short staffed so get rid of your attitude because you’re not the only place that’s busy.By Jaime Dommel (3 weeks ago)Absolutely the worst pharmacy in lancaster. They don’t care about their customers. They filled my prescription incorrectly and were completely unprofessional when we tried to fix the issue. Switched immediately after that and will not be going back. Staff is very rude and I’ll never be back.By Maddie Snyder (3 months ago)I recently switched to this pharmacy from another one. So far I have been very satisfied with the service. My RX are automatically refilled on time and I can just go thru the drive thru which saves waiting in line. The staff has been very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.By kathy searfass (6 months ago)

I needed a vaccine but my doctor’s office could not accommodate my schedule so I scheduled my vaccine online at this store. The pharmacist took me early, answered my questions, filled out my yellow card, and even administered a second vaccine which I needed but had not scheduled. She was very knowledgeable about the vaccines and the schedules. She was juggling a lot of other duties at the same time but was impressively attentive to the details. I knew I would need to wait since I hadn’t scheduled the second vaccine and I waited patiently because she saved me another trip. I also observed an assistant helping multiple customers, providing knowledgeable answers to their questions, and helping to figure out insurance issues. These people do not get enough credit for the job they do. It is high pressure and detail oriented. Add to that they are working with people who may not be feeling well to begin with and it could be a frustrating situation. While they were obviously busy and hurried, they were not at all rude or curt. I thought they were quite impressive at almost 8:00 pm after probably working a long shift.By Mary Elizabeth (6 months ago)I have received two separate messages from this location giving me opposite information. I tried calling to clarify 6 times, one of the times waiting over 35 minutes on the phone. Nobody will answer. I even tried calling the front desk, instead of the pharmacy and I can’t get through. I understand people are busy, but this is extremely unprofessional. There is no callback, voicemail, etc. to reach anyone.By Melissa McDonald (3 months ago)This is for the CVS in Lititz, Kissel Hill – I have one script that I am forced to call for a refill, once a month, and every single month, I sit on hold for 30/45/60 minutes. I know that it’s not the employees fault, it’s definitely the CVS Corporation that needs to get their organization sorted out!! The Pharmacists and employees try their hardest but they need more help and management apparently can’t pay people enough money to stay.By Tracy 1565 (a month ago)Every single time I call the pharmacy to inquire about prescriptions, it takes them at least 10 minutes to answer the phone. I figured they were understaffed but when I went to pickup my prescription, there were 6 employees working back there. I was able to pick up my prescription quickly because of that, but the phones were ringing the whole time and none of the 6 employees even acknowledged it. It’s very poor customer service to not answer the ringing telephone. I’ll probably just go to the pharmacy in person to try to pick up my prescription since I can’t get ahold of anyone by calling. Ridiculous.By Brittany Burke (a year ago)Google says that the pharmacy opens at 8, however, the pharmacy opens at 9! Person at the register was extremely rude and made the decision to print my receipt even though I wanted it emailed without even asking me. They claim that the pharmacy and the store are 2 different things. I don’t understand why all of the store can’t be open when the store is open.By Sandy White (8 months ago)

I booked a COVID-19 test at this CVS, showed up, and two of the pharmacists were confused that I had an appointment. They said they do not do COVID-19 testing at that CVS. Why was I able to book an appointment, then?
EDIT: CVS called me to inquire about what happened, and then explained that the pharmacist should have directed to me to a place called Minute Clinic. I guess they are a subcontractor located in the same store, but not near the pharmacy? I don’t think that really explains why their website allows you to do these things, but it doesn’t matter anymore. Walgreens is easier to use and does not have this problem.
I’m completely dumbfounded at some employees they’ve decided to hire. Nancy is extremely unprofessional! Using the F word, cursing at customers and hanging up the phone on people. We have had three different interactions with this same woman and every one has been completely inappropriate. I’d be embarrassed if my employees behaved in such a disgusting manner. I have never had anyone at cvs behave this way and every encounter I’ve had with a cvs employee over the past 15 years has been pleasant. I’m appalled and just completely disgusted. After over 15 years of using cvs my family will be switching to Walgreens. They just lost the business of at least 10 people who get scripts filled 2-3 times a week.
Botched flu shot. Please do not come here for healthcare/any shot administrations. I got my flu shot from the master’s level nurse/physician’s assistant (?) on staff and she administered the needle extremely high on my shoulder (not in the arm fat part at all where it’s supposed to go). I’ve been in sharp pain for the past month. I went to my regular doctor who believes this CVS healthcare professional gave me a bone bruise by administering it wrong and the needle hitting my bone… (SIRVA – shoulder injury related to vaccine administration). I now have to do physical therapy exercises and take anti-inflammatories to try to give myself some relief. I’ve never had any problems like this before and always get my vaccines… Extremely incompetent and harmful healthcare provider
Used drive through to get a script picked up waited in a long line and someone pulls into drop off lane beside me and they took that person first. I felt ignored. Very rude, people never stop amazing me with how disrespectful they are.
Tried to get one of my prescriptions refilled on 2/20/2023 in the morning and according to the pharmacist on the phone, they will no longer fill my ADD prescription if using the discount insurance program from CVS (for those whose insurance won’t cover it), because they were flagged by the DEA…..However it is ok to get it filled if I pay full price and do not use the discount insurance that they always offer for free. The pharmacist also replied by saying “everyone loves us for their narcotics!”. Real professional way of phrasing that…
