I was looking to migrate my prescriptions over there which is not many but my experiences with them on just a couple prescriptions have been horrible. I stopped by to get my prescription. They said it didn’t exist. I get a call the next day they told me that I need to get my prescription otherwise it’s going back on the shelf counter. I stopped by a few days later when I got a chance to pick it up again and they said it wasn’t ready that I would have to wait a couple days. Drive away and get a text that it is ready to go. Just a fiasco. Also employee on the phone was nice but employee I dealt with in person I could do without.By jim newton (3 months ago)These guys are awesome. We love the home-town feel here. I realize compounds aren’t a 20 minutes turn around, but when I call four days after they’ve recieved my prescription and they admit they haven’t even started–it’s pretty mind blowing. Long story short, it’s now been a week and I still don’t have it due to being closed on the weekend.
I think they think they can get away with this because they are providing a unique service, but after being yanked around as a customer here for 2+ years I’ll be going to Broulims on 17th– they can handle compounds perfectly.

And the prescription was for a antibiotic. Poor customer service.By Kent Ostler (2 months ago)Phenomenal customer service, they go above and beyond to care for your prescriptions completely and will compound preparations on site to save you money.We had been driving clean out to Rexburg to go to the other small pharmacy (let’s not mention them by name) but so many times the kids working there would leave items out of our order or worse, tell us a refill required an office visit to our doctor. Mike’s was able to clear everything up in the matter of a couple of hours, when the other place wouldn’t.
I can’t praise them highly enough. They saved us so much precious time and money.

The guy who works the register here, probably in his 40s with brownish hair, is such a cheerful and kind person. Great customer service. Treats customers well and great sense of humor. Walgreen’s is lucky they found this guy. Made phone call and was answered on 3rd ring and the pharmacist was able to transfer it to this store without any issues.
The original Walgreens store hung up on me 4 times each day for three days in a row. Ended up driving to the store and there were 6 people in line and it took about 30 minutes to get waited on.

I live out of town, so I said I could wait if they would have them ready within an hour. They assured me absolutely yes. I called in an hour later, and they said nope, not ready, and if I’d get off the phone, they’d be able to do it more quickly. Rude and dishonest.
What has happened to pharmacies since the pandemic? In general, they have exactly zero integrity and customer service skills.

For being a “superstore” it was mostly clean and very well stocked. Their deli has always been a great place to grab dinner, when you REALLY don’t want to cook.
I really enjoy this store because it’s close to my home. I never have to worry about their produce they are fairly good at keeping their produce relatively clean and fresh. Although there would be a good idea to have more training in the produce department since that’s my favorite section. I personally love the store in general because they are basically a One-Stop shop I can go to one store and get everything I need. Without me having to go all over town. I would recommend this store to anyone. Walmart is definitely a good location to go to if you want one stop shopping it’s one trip you don’t have shop all over town you can even get gas there so that’s really very functional for people who have to watch gas prices with the prices they are.
This Walmart is HUGE. Pretty much has everything. The most Online-Pickup parking I’ve ever seen. Employees were friendly, and that made my day. The pharmacy was very efficient. The line was long but moved quickly. The person that helped me was super nice.
Use online order and pickup once a week for the last year or more. The employees have changed or are different but they really do a great job. I have the utmost praise and respect for the people that walk through the store and shop for me, and the ones that bring it to me without leaving my car. 5 star all day.
I love having the Walmart advantage plan
It has saved me more than the 100 dollar cost in fuel savings alone. Paying 10 cents a gallon than the advertised price is a great way to save money.
Depending on the other prices for diesel in town and the truck stops I saved between 7.50 and 15 dollars.
I will continue to pay the yearly fee for fuel savings and free grocery deliveries
