Yet ANOTHER super ghetto place in Midtown that used to be nice. The actual pharmacists are OK, but the pharmacy techs are rude and slow. You will wait a super long time in the drive thru as they can’t be bothered. Sketchy young guys loiter around the parking lot asking you to give them money. BONUS: Even laundry detergent is now locked up behind glass due to massive thefts.By Comrade Dog (2 weeks ago)MY MORNING GOT OFF TO A REALLY RUFF START! DEBATE CALLING IN TO WORK! ALMOST EVERYTHING WRONG WAS HAPPENING TO ME! And to top it all off (TMI), I had to go get MIDOL and tampons! I WAS A HOT MESS! As I entered CVS, I heard “Good Morning” and noticed the register clerk smiling broadly in my direction. When I tell you that everything happens for a reason. —- I have had the pleasure of being checked out by the same smiling face guy named Leonard. JUST THE SMALL INTERACTION HE HAD MADE MY WHOLE DAY! KIDDOS TO THAT CVS MANAGER YOU Got A GEM! **THIS MAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!By JUSTINE MARTINEZ (3 weeks ago)TORRES is one of the worst employees I’ve come across in my life. Can not believe that’s the manager. I’m going to do my best to ensure myself, or anyone I know, does not shop at this location. TORRES WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!By Oluseyi Adenegan (5 months ago)So unreliable! Stopped like 4 times for a flu shot and every time it’s something… system down, need an appointment (two days after they said I don’t need an appointment)… etc
Two stars for the nice people working at state the front
By Aboud A (3 months ago)Horrible. Been a long time CVS customer and this is the worse experience I’ve had. I don’t know if it’s a CVS experiment or what but they refused to open the regular cash registers and you could only use the automated thing. Not great. And there was a lady there just trying to help everyone with the issues that arose instead of opening the register and checking us out. There was at least 3 other customers other than me that were really frustrated. They need to fix that. Just makes me want to start going to Walgreens only.By Mike P (a year ago)

I like this newly redesigned CVS in the Braes Heights Shopping Center. It’s clean and well lighted with good signage and merchandise presentation. The Minute Clinics are a welcome addition. The Photo Shop was been eliminated.
I have noticed many CVS Pharmacies receive negative reviews. If you encounter a problem getting a prescription filled, the problem is with the insurance company and not the pharmacy.
By Rod Keels (a year ago)I can say it was the worst experience I’ve every had. I needed a passport photo for my 1 year old baby. I went directly to the photo center. One of the employees was there that ignored me and left the desk. I called her (I didn’t mention anything about photo) and she looked at me very angry and said: we don’t take photo! I told her what this sign was. She looked at me very angry and said: “I told you we don’t do it!” Then left.
I was very upset because it was not easy for me to go somewhere with a baby and someone mistreat me like this. I called the manager… the other day someone called me and ask me to go back there to take the photo. I went there today (it is close to my house. It’s more convenient to go there with a baby). The same lady said: “our camera doesn’t work!” And referred me to someone else and asked her to tell me the camera doesn’t work. Long story short! Their camera worked very well. The third person, Lindsey, was more rude than other staffs. She took a blurry photo and cut the top part of the photo from my baby’s hair😡. I asked to fix it and she said that’s what it is.
At the end I wanted to finish it and leave. I said thank you she didn’t even look at me. I’m sure she has a half of my age.
They were really rude and unprofessional. I wish someone would care when hire the staff.By Ellie Jalali (5 months ago)Okay. I have been going to this CVS for 4 years now. Typically to grab some sodas. However, quite a few times, including the day I am posting this, there’s been guys on the inside of the store stalking women and following them. One woman (the day I’m posting this) came up to me and started talking to me because a man was following her around the store. I told her I would walk her to her car and I did but the same man followed outside. I made sure she got into her car and the man walked close to her car. She drove off very fast and I was nervous the guy was gonna follow me next but the man just walked away. This CVS is heavily sketchy and seems almost dangerous for women to be at. Be carefulBy Jeffrey Hook (a month ago)Rozhia was helping me in the store. She has positive attitude and very kind and friendly behavior. If I need to shop from CVS again I would love to go back to her again.By Sahar Ghaffarzadeh (a month ago)I had a bad cold and I went to the minute clinic to get seen by Dr. Ismelda Serna. She’s a great doctor who was very kinda and efficient. It was during the holiday season so she was very busy but still managed to find the energy to be kind. I appreciate her a bunch.By Al Dente (a month ago)

That’s it for our list of the best CVS in Houston TX! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
The pharmacy technician there at 7pm tonight seems unhappy and miserable. The only reason I came here was because it’s open 24 hours. Wil drive across town in the future for better service.
The smell in this store alone should have it condemned! It smells as if something has died in here. The bathroom is always broken or flooded (which I would imagine is what makes it smell horrid) The self checkout system is greatly flawed asked after every item I asked for cashier assistance!! Took twice as long to check out
Sadly, my experiences at this CVS are frequently bad. For example, I called the pharmacy late this evening (and definitely while the pharmacy is still open). Waited for 31 minutes and no one at the pharmacy ever picked up. Called back and the same thing happened. It’s a frequent occurrence. This location is so bad that my brother won’t even go there anymore.
Genuinely one of the worst pharmacies I’ve dealt with. They rarely have the prescriptions I need in stock, plus when I came after leaving the emergency room (around 11pm) I was told it would take until 7am to fill my prescriptions. When I came at 7am they were still not filled. Any time I have to come to this location I literally plan for it to take me at least an hour to get my prescriptions. If you are able avoid this location.
I went to CVS on 2/27/2023 around 9:30 p.m…(The black Technician)The pharmacy Technician was awful no customer service at all. I told her I had Prescription insurance and she ask for date of birth and I ask her did she need my son date of birth. Her tone with me asking for the information she needed was like I was stupid like I should have known she needed my date of birth not my son’s date of birth and she rung me up and I asked her if I needed to know anything about the medication she decided to give me her knowledge about the medication and she said you can read about it on the paper that was attached to my bag.I thought this was the pharmacist job to consult about medications.. Technician need to stay in a technician place…She should have gotten the pharmacist..I will never go back to this location again..Need training on customer service and the dos and don’t of a pharmacy technician. Looking at most of these reviews if I could a zero I would.
