Most of the time the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer, they’ll find someone who does. Clean store. Prices seem very high. Staff could be more helpful. They gave me a product at the drive thru pharmacy that was wrong so I had to go in and they wouldn’t return it. Staff member lied and said that I said it was ok! If I said that why would I go in to return it?? I ended up throwing it on the counter and walking out with no refund. The consult people look like the don’t really want to help, I don’t know if it’s just their cold Massachusetts racist ways or they just haven’t lived the Ya’ll life! I guess I will try Walgreens in Holyoke and see if there is a difference in customer service!

So much more than just a great pharmacy.
This store is open 24-7 including the pharmacy. You can get your flu shot here, they have a drive thru pharmacy window.The pharmacists and their crew are very attentive, helpful and available for your questions. Plenty of beauty, health and hygene items. Staff is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. They say hello and ask if they can help almost every time I visit. Lots of stationary, gift cards, candy, holiday items etc. Redbox DVD rental machine on site.
Absolutely terrible service… the pharmacy messed up my prescriptions the last couple times I had them filled on Memorial Drive. There was no apology. The manager Desserie did not respect my privacy by loudly announcing my medications at the consultation counter. I was also told to wait 30 minutes for them to fill 2 prescriptions, even though upon leaving, I was the only one at the pharmacy. When I asked why it would take so long I was told by the woman at the cash out counter, Phung that it was because it would take her that long to count out a 28 pills. She was extremely rude to me. I thought I would use this pharmacy because they are open 24 hours, but I would rather not deal with their incompetence anymore.
Store manager “Maria” is an embarrassment to CVS. Incredibly rude and hostile when I politely asked about prices of merchandise in the seasonal department. She berated me for not taking the (heavy) items from the top shelf down “by myself” and bring them to the self scanner. She told me that unit price labels are not required and CVS “won’t do that”.
I will certainly never return to this store.
Rudest cashier this morning, Sunday 9/4 around 815am. My entire receipt, with extra bucks printed blank. I asked her to reprint it and she said there’s nothing she could do about it. I then asked to reutn the items and get my coupon back, and she couldn’t assist. I did everything I could to NOT say the nasty word I was thinking.
This Store location is TRASH and making me rethink shopping at CVS together. This store is OFF my list. Too bad, because I almost always pay extra for CVS service.
I switched to Walgreens because I was sick of being put on hold for over half-hour and then hung up on. Was not able to talk to a real person just recordings. Walgreens answers their phones and we get things done within minutes.
