The store is great but the pharmacy sucks. It’s disappointing to say because I’ve been getting all prescriptions for my family there for about 6 years and it used to be great. Over the last few years it’s been awful. Prescriptions not filled after sitting there several days.. poor communication.. ignoring info provided when I have questions.. lying about issues being confronted.. there’s more, all along the same lines: very poor customer service.
I am talking my family’s prescriptions elsewhere. And now it’s expired. They said they called my Dr, but I called my Dr, they have no record of a call requesting a refill for me. I wanted to buy an electric toothbrush and saw online that it was in stock at this location so I came here. When I first pulled in I saw a man hanging around at the entrance. When I approached to enter he asked me for money. When I went in, the product I wanted was locked behind a case, I would have to ask for assistance (no problem), so I went around the store to look around, I noticed a lot of items were also locked up. I decided to leave, on the way out a police car was outside, the police was talking to the man. I don’t know but I just didn’t feel comfortable shopping here, maybe it’s just me.By Anita Y (6 months ago)I started going to this pharmacy because the Walgreens I used to go to on University sucked. Like really badly. Like one time Walgreens gave me somebody else’s prescription badly.
This CVS though, has never once screwed anything up. I literally just stopped there to pick up my meds and it was the most painless experience ever I was out of the drive-through in 5 minutes I can’t believe how well organized they are and how well this CVS runs. I am constantly impressed with their service and their staff and I couldn’t recommend them more.

So when you make some one aware of a mold situation they have in the milk and egg coolers. You would think they would wanna take care this? Nope just goes right back to unloading bins.
Terrible service in pharmacy rude eye rolling staff. Keep putting you off longer and longer no compassion or customer service. Choose another pharmacy basically they call their customers liars when told they have no military card and say you will have to pay. I work in healthcare and never would I be permitted to treat a human like this. Shame on you CVS.
This place use to be my favorite pharmacy but from tonight I’m done with them I’m talking the pharmacist section i ask help for over counry medicine they said go look for it and when over counter guy helped me i ask them again how to use she said im not sure !!!!!! ?????? So i left I didn’t buy it i when Walgreens and they give and show me how to use as well
Doctors’ voicemail scripts aren’t even listened to until late night!!! Terrible policy if it’s urgent….like the Covid med which must be taken with 48 hrs of testing positive 😠
Yeah huge shout out to Chloe Turn shout out to Cloe Gorlovitski. At the CVS store on Mason Street in Green Bay Wisconsin. Set the self checkout and after $20 cash back and forgot to take it out of the machine when I left . A half hour later I came back And asked if the 20 if anybody found $20 and Chloe had found it and put it aside and tagged it . She renewed my faith in the human race She has integrity and is very very honest Thank you Chloe Thank you CVS
