The pharmacists are nice, the prescription management is poor, but usable. The hours are a absolute lie. Closed 12 to 12:30 open to 8. And sometimes open less. If you have an alternative, use it. I only go here due to college and having to walk. So the staff is good, management is terrible.By Name Name (6 months ago)The lady was extremely rude as soon as she opened the drive thru window. We asked to be sure our insurance was billed correctly because the price was much higher then anticipated with double insurance and she said it was…asked her to double check…gave her our Blue Shield Card which was a recent new insurance (the lady taking the card as she was rolling her eyes and with horrible disgusted body language), shortly after she came back and said that CVS doesn’t take the Blue Shield. But at the very start she said it was billed correctly?? She didn’t want to do her job correctly or professionally and we will not be back. Worst customer service I have experienced in awhile.

The pharmacy staff is lazy, lazy, lazy! Waiting over a week for a common prescription thats not generic. The employees are EXTREMELY lazy & refuse to do their job. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. 1st they refused to take down insurance info over the phone, did not followup with insurance or doctor office for info needed..absolutely insane & ridiculous! Long hold times for no service & pathetic excuses. In person visit didn’t help either. Called so many times I lost count. Sometimes the phone works, other times not at all.In all fairness there was two ladies in the front of the store that were extremely kind & helpful. One checked me out & the other helped me find shoe protectant spray. The pharmacy is the real problem. Terriby managed & VERY chaotic.

He likes guys and hates women. Nathan, don’t be rude to my girlfriend again, ok man? And don’t tell everyone how busy you guys are, it’s not anyone’s problem but yours! And to the girl pharmacist and all of the useless techs- do some work and help the customers!By Seymour Ceike (3 months ago)Some pharmacy’s go through change, CVS is one of them as a customer I’ve seen this place with 2 staff members, yet they were there. Public will slam them for not being open or on time. UNCOOL I’d say . A whole new staff is in place damn near, I will mention Carie unbelievable pharmacist multitasking and putting the customer first with a smile not easy at time’s I’d imagine. Kaitlin this pharmacist will address any issue anytime, friendly and a perfect fit for the unique and entitled Bozeman customer . Staff and med tech’s are putting forth their best to see script’s are filled and on- time from what I see , very rarely do I see poker chips on the med table. Thank you Lisa, Antoinette who just knows people by looks and off she goes grabbing a bag. I simply accept some thing’s aren’t going to go as fast and perfect as I’d like , that’s called life . This pharmacy puts forth the effort to meet the challenges with those who need a script filled or some other medical issue. We all have choices don’t we ?

I wish I could rate this location lower. Never have I had to deal with a more frustrating, less helpful, more maddening business in all my life. Don’t get me wrong, most of the employees have tried their best to be helpful and friendly, but having to deal with all the incredibly endless frustration of customers, suppliers, and insurance companies has simply destroyed their souls.
With that in mind; they have told me how they refuse to answer the phone, even though the system keeps spewing out reminders every 30 seconds. Inside the store, the line to pick up medications is almost always backed up through the aisles.
The drive thru is always ridiculously slow and the entire parking lot is full of pot holes. Shop be careful driving small cars, they could be swallowed up!
I have personally ordered prescriptions first thing in the morning, visited the store late afternoon and waisted 30 minutes in line to be told they haven’t been filled and to come back in 20 minutes.
They have lost prescriptions, refused to fill them, and given out the wing medications.
All the incessant phone calls are enough to drive anyone crazy. Never a human, always a robot telling you 3 letters of some stuff can’t be refilled, or how about auto refilling?
Avoid this place like a leper colony! Go to thrifty white, or key care, or anywhere else! First of all, update your hours of operation; it says 9PM but it’s actually 7PM. Second, your pharmacy staff is rude as they come. Was told my prescription could be refilled before they closed and once I arrived at 6:57PM they said it was too late to fill. Doesn’t have enough staff and therefore the wait time is longer but they are helpful.Store side:
It’s kind of a mess at all times. Hard to locate items and prices. The staff has been friendly with each visit despite not having enough people and it being chaotic.Prices are high dependent on what you’re looking for. It’s a drug store so you get drug store prices.
The location/area isn’t the best. They are out of a log of items. Parking is awful.

Google needs to correct the title of this store in their records. Although it has a bakery section, it’s called, Reynolds Market. It’s a grocery store. They have the very best meat, and other great features. I kept wondering why Google kept wanting me to review just the bakery until it occurred to me they have the title wrong. I can review the store but I can’t review the bakery section, because I have to be on a gf diet. Bakeries don’t make gf products, (but it would be awesome if they did!) so that is an aggravating thing to keep being asked to review. Google, please stop calling it Reynolds Bakery. Thank you.
Have never been to a Reynolds before and this place is very fancy and clean, it was unexpected did not expect this from the look of the outside. Employees were helpful did not have to wait in a line for a long time. Honestly it’s the most impressive grocery store I’ve been to in North Dakota and montana. I’m not exaggerating. 💪

Amazing grocery store clean friendly environment also has a fantastic deli with hot and cold foods
Very helpful and friendly. More limited in what you can buy and of course prices are going up. However good sales especially the caselot sales.
