  1. Had a COVID test scheduled and there were two lanes open. There was a sign indicating “full service” for both lanes. I drove up to the right hand lane and the young lady who addressed me, very rudely told me that I was in the wrong lane for COVID testing. I told her that the signs indicated “full service” for both lanes. She said I was wrong and that there was a sign indicating which lane was for testing. So, I had to drive off and came back later. This time, I noticed the sign that the rude lady was referring to. It was a crudely made cardboard sign which was difficult to read from way back in the line. But, even at close up, it is difficult to determine what this signs indicates. Such an unprofessional pharmacy!!

  2. Purchased an item that was subpar, misplaced receipt. Payed with debit card and used extra care card, Silvia assist manager states she could not offer store credit or find transaction. Policy glued to counter states otherwise but she informed my Store Manager, Michelle Nino, does not follow this policy. Another female behind the register suggested I go to a different CVS location to do the same thing?! SAVE your receipts they don’t follow their own policies.

  3. As usual, waiting time in the drive through lane is almost an hour every time I come to pick up my prescription. Inside the pharmacy is from 25-30 min waiting time. I am tired of this inefficiency. Will go back to Walgreens.

  4. This place takes forever to fill prescriptions. They are possibly the slowest place in the entire city. The only time I’ve gotten my prescription in a reasonable time is when I’m the only one there.

  5. CVS employees at the pharmacy need to take customer service training because they don’t know how to be polite to their customers. I get text messages that I need a new prescription for my grandson when he still has 3 refills or they text me that his refill is ready and I go to the pharmacy and it’s not ready. I have called and after 30 minutes they answer and they hang up on me. I call again and have waited 45 minutes and no answer and call again for another 20 minutes so Erika can tell me as she quoted if I didn’t like it to change pharmacy. I guess she is the owner of the company which does not care how many customers they lose by saying this. I am going to take her suggestion and change to the Walmart pharmacy where I get my prescriptions and have not had any problems. They answer your call right away and are very polite, kind and very helpful. The only reason i would use CVS because of his insurance but i can change now. This incident made me so upset and made me feel so dicriminated that I am going to let my family and friends know not to go there.

CVS needs to either hire more employees for the pharmacy or retrain their current employees. They never have your prescription ready on time and they always ask you to call back in a few hours, but when you do, come to find out they never even started working on your prescription in the first place then have the audacity to tell you that you have to wait until the next business day. Some people have life-sustaining prescriptions that need to be filled that day but they don’t seem to care or be concerned about their customers needs.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time. My prescription is on back order, which is fine. Not their fault. However, what is their fault is the fact that they don’t pick up the phone, they don’t call with a Prescription status, and there is “nothing” they can do about it.
I was told by one young man “oh yeah don’t call cuz we don’t pick up the phone” then on my second visit (to check my prescription status) I was told by another young man oh well you can call. When I said you all don’t answer his response was “well yeah sorry.”
This pharmacy clearly lacks leadership and customer service.

When this CVS opened three or four years ago, I was very happy. I was sick of the terrible service at the nearby Walgreens, sick of waiting in line. At first everything was great. Short lines, courteous service. I had all my prescriptions transferred from Walgreens. Now things are different. They will not answer their phones. I have stood inside and listened to the phone ring and ring and ring, no one will answer it. You can even try calling the non Pharmacy manager and explaining the problem, but that manager can’t do anything to get their attention.

Most of the pharmacy employees are very kind and courteous. This is a problem of management. I’m not sure who is in charge of the pharmacy, whether it’s the pharmacist on shift or whether it’s a manager. If I was managing the place, ( I was a manager prior to retirement), I would insitute a policy where every couple of minutes someone needs to answer a phone. Take care of that call, and then go back to another task such as filling a prescription for helping someone physically at the store. You have to alternate. You have to service multiple queues. You cannot ignore the phone queue.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have to deal with this pharmacy because of our insurance but you can’t even get through to the pharmacist. I waited 20 minutes on hold -I went ahead and drove over there expecting a long line of people, instead I found everyone in back of the counter ignoring the phone. They completely ignore the patients on the phone.

Customer service from a few employees is very bad! I have been getting text that my daughter prescriptions are ready and I went this morning and their was nothing. With my other daughter supposedly doctor didnt prescription, doctor called and the pharmacy told then the medicine was out of stock! Hello they couldn’t tell me that, instead of saying doctor didn’t put prescription in!!!!

I went in looking for liquid IV packets and couldn’t find them. So I asked this elderly gentleman who worked there where I could find the item he immediately knew what i was talking about and took me to no one, but three locations in store where this item was located. Btw…why is it in 3 different sections. Which is very convenient and if I find one section I may not look for the other two and since each section had all of the same size boxes I probably wouldn’t have know carried other size boxes and left because I didn’t know you had more by the pharmacy.

I went to drop off prescription around 4pm. There was a long line (I understand for that time of day). I waited for over 10 mins in drive thru, I ended up just going inside. There was no line inside and 6 People working! I still had to wait a bit. When I went back I waited till 830 thinking rush hour is over. I waited in line for over 45 minutes. 20 minutes of it was behind 1 car full of grown a** adults that didn’t have their insurance together. Handing the girl card after card and eventually his phone. All while they are laughing and cars are driving off. I couldn’t go inside this time cause my son was in the car and he was not dressed to go inside. After the 2nd car drove off I honked and said come on you guys people are driving off. And then I could clearly hear them all laughing about the “crazy lady” behind them and how maybe she should get another employee to help me. Now I know my anger should have been on those customers but I went off on the cvs employee and felt so horrible that I called immediately afterwards and apologized. But now that I’m looking at these reviews….😦😦😦😦 Then they got the doses wrong on my medicine. Luckily I read the prescription before I dropped it off and knew what the doctor wanted. It was supposed to be 3 times a day for 10 days, they put 1 pill a day for 30 days!!! They really could have messed someone up that way.

Waiting on their drive thru forever only to have the girl trying to charge $107 for my prescriptions. When I provided my Insurance card and ask her to make sure my prescriptions were being covered by my insurance and without even checking at all that she had the right insurance on file she said they were. I refused to pay $107 and called my insurance directly. My insurance confirmed that the total price for my prescriptions should be $19. My insurance had to call the pharmacy and correct them. I had to get in line AGAIN on the drive thru for something that could easily have been checked the first around. It’s just plain negligence and laziness. I can’t imagine the errors they make with the medication if this is their work ethic.

Pharmacy is the worst. They don’t update you if something doesn’t get covered by your insurance. They like to let you know after you wait in line for 2 hrs then proceed to not know how to file a complaint…

I went for my COVID-19 test and I have to wait for the employee to process my information. I did that the day before, so, I don’t understand why the required to fill the same information on the web site if their going to do the same thing.
By the way the employee (lady)was nice 👍🏻.
