Dropped off my prescription at 9. Real simple one. It’s 3 PM and there is a like of 40 ppl, spilling into the hallway, for the pharmacy. Stop cutting headcount CVS. Why? Because sometimes she just does that because so many people don’t pick up their orders. This order was placed at 1:45 and was emailed that it would be ready around 2:45. I show up at 5:45 and they tell me their employee cancelled and that it would be another hour. How is this my fault that OTHER PEOPLE don’t pick up their orders?? Both the assistant and store manager were cold and dismissive. I’ve NEVER HAD SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. Why advertise same day quick pickup when you have to wait even more when you get there?? Long story short, CVS allows you to book any time slot for a covid vaccine, but website is wrong. And the posted store / pharmacy hours are also wrong.
Our vaccine was cancelled 2 hours before our 4am appointment, despite being scheduled a week prior. Thinking it a fluke, I checked site and was able to reschedule for 6am same day. Arrived early and everything was closed: entrance and pharmacy window.
Waited an hour for them to ‘open’ and Pharmacist was immediately irritated by us patiently standing in line behind another person. “Why are you here?” first words she snapped. We explained situation and she acted like it was our fault, that we should have known CVS appointments were wrong. She was so rude and combative, it was obvious she’d been dealing with this reoccurring issue – so why not have the appointment times fixed online??
Don’t get your hopes up or waste your time going here. Just go somewhere else.

Seems like the pharmacists forgot that stress makes illness worse. On the phone? Worst customer service. The pharmacist is rude and interrupts you – definitely isn’t worth waiting 30 minutes on hold to talk to. Many times, the pharmacy doesn’t understand the issue, gets frustrated, and takes it out on the customer. In person? They seem friendly, but it takes a solid 2x longer than any other pharmacy in the area. Sarah, the main pharmacist, is great! But she’s never there and the other people are awful. It’s been “in process,” this entire time, and each time I’ve called I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes. Not ONCE have I spoken to an actual human over the phone, and they’re HOLDING the script for my everyday medication. It’s not like I can just refill it somewhere else in the meantime.
All this for the prescription to be taken out of my queue, and marked as last refilled on 12/30 (today). I did not receive a confirmation text, and upon visiting they don’t even have my prescription filled. This lessened the number of refills I have available. I understand that this is a very busy time, but the line really needs to be drawn somewhere. If you need a script ASAP don’t use this pharmacy.

A few hours before I was to pick up the prescription, I got a text saying it would be delayed by half a day. After that, no matter when I checked the phone line, it kept saying I would get it in two hours. Exactly 2 hours to the minute, even if I called again 5 minutes later. They finally did get it on January 20. I opened it up today when my previous supply ran out, only to discover that they only gave me 30 days’ supply, although they charged me for 90. They did not tell me this when I picked it up and there is no note on the paperwork, which also says it was filled on January 12. I’ve learned not to bother trying to reach them on the phone, because that only raises my blood pressure. This is BY FAR the worst service I have ever had from a pharmacy. I can save a lot of time and trouble by driving an extra 20 minutes to reach a different CVS store.By Susan Ledder (a month ago)

Alex, Nick, Carla, we’re working at the pharmacy. I can’t believe how quickly they served everyone in line. They provided excellent customer service. They had some of my favorite items including Mid Nite and Vicks Kleenex. So thankful this place was open 24 hours for those of us who have abnormal schedules.
There’s a giant sign in front of this pharmacy that says “open 24 hours” but it isn’t. If you call corporate, they say this location is open 24 hours, but it isn’t. The pharmacist will not fulfill your Covid vaccine appointment that you scheduled online. You can see the pharmacist answer the phone inside the store on the other side of the door, and she will refuse you service from 50 feet away after they already took all of your insurance info and scheduled a time with you. Knowing how disorganized and idiotic this experience was, I wouldn’t ever trust this place to fill a prescription. If they can’t get a time right, why should you trust them to get your medication right?
The 24 hours is a lie. Corporate refuses to admit that they’re not 24 hours. It has been like this since Covid, do you think they would have an opportunity to update their hours online. There is only one reliably 24/7 Pharmacy in the Denver metro and it’s their direct competition off of Colorado Boulevard.
You’re a pharmaceutical drug store let alone a 24 hour pharmaceutical drug store and you close at 8 PM? With a little tiny paper sign on the door?
And I’m sorry, but 8 PM? Literally everything is open past 8 PM. but not your “24 hour” store. I doubt anyone at your company cares or reads these, but if you’re literate you should have the brain processing power to realize that this doesn’t make sense
During regular hours the pharmacists acknowledged me in a timely manner. I was told to come back in an hour, which I did. Although prescription needed to be filled yet, it was immediately filled while I waited less than 5 minutes more. More than 2 pharmacists at a time are needed at this location. They were extremely busy & were trying hard to keep up.
