I’ve been here for flu & Covid vaccines, the process was efficient and I’m usually in & out in about 30 minutes. Most recently, I had a few prescriptions filled here, and the pharmacy had them ready in about 45 minutes. That’s much quicker than my experiences across the way from here. Keep up the good work!By Eric Weston (9 months ago)I don’t even know where to start with this place. Didn’t give me all my prescription meds even though they were ready and then I had to come back twice, treated me poorly when I wanted to use GoodRx since my insurance doesn’t cover pharmacy costs, made me wait in FOUR different lines to do GoodRx price match and kept making me switch lines for literally no reason, took me almost an hour of waiting to price match three things. One woman set my medication down and sent me to another woman to do the price match and then the other woman said my prescription wasn’t ready, when the first woman literally had it in her hand ten minutes prior. The male pharmacist seemed to be the only person in there who knew what they were doing, so disorganized and straight up rude. Hoping to get my meds switched to Walgreens, since they actually know what they’re doing.By A D (a year ago)The nicest people work here! EVERYONE is always so patient, kind and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers (even the rude ones). I mostly deal with the pharmacy in person and via the app. They are on the ball! They are ALWAYS busy! I really don’t know what this community would do without our CVS. They offer the best competitive prices on rx’s for the insured and uninsured (use SingleCare or GoodRx). I even get ALL of my vaccines there. I trust them. That’s the best compliment you can give any business.By TMW Hamlett (a year ago)I needed to fill my high blood pressure meds. My doctors office and pharmacy are closed for the Christmas Holidays. I have been getting my meds at this CVS location since 2008. The pharmacist would not help me and I asked for 4 pills. He was rude. He would not listen . He was new, a white young man. My father had a stroke missing one pill. Karma will come back on this pharmacist. God is always watching. Rich people just don’t careBy Kathleen “Kat” Clower (a year ago)If I could give 0 star I would. First in line and wasn’t even acknowledged while walgreens went through 5 vehicles. Had already sent through my paper script or I would have already left. Someone finally comes up and goes to check to see if they have my medication in stock. A few minutes later I then hear what sounds like whispering. I speak up saying if trying to communicate with me I can not hear there must be a bad connection, previous talking was no problem hearing. Next thing I know my script is sent back to me with no words. If wasnt in stock could have told me or offered to look up a different location in stock.By morgan earhart (2 years ago)

Dropped my script off 4 days ago and they needed to call the doctor who wrote the script since it was out of state. I would have expected them to just call that day like a normal person would, but its never that easy. Day 4 still no prescription so I took it back. With that being said, If you aren’t in a rush to get your prescription if you even get it at all, this is the CVS for you! Thanks guys!By Thomas Scirebanchitta (4 months ago)Worst customer service!!!! Had to come to this location bc our normal CVS was out of my medication. On hold for well over 20 min just for them to tell me to call another location bc the prescription was in process. Both locations are horrible. Unfortunately insurance forces us to use CVS or I would not be back.By nicki broome (a month ago)I don’t shop at this CVS often but had come in twice on this day because my phone died and I needed to get a charger so I could call an Uber otherwise I would be stuck in downtown, the cashiers were so sweet and didn’t ask any questions exchanged my things and sent me on my way, thanks for helping me on a night where I was nervous about getting home.By Ashlyn Stover (2 months ago)Had to go here 3 days in a row each day I was told my prescription would be ready the following day. Ended up waiting 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru to have been told they’re busy and have thousands of prescriptions to fill. Won’t be going here in the future.By Nizar Hallak (6 months ago)I go here because it is the cheapest, but almost always have problems with it. Multiple times I have been told they do not accept GoodRX for animals, even though GoodRX says they absolutely can be used for animals, and CVS corporate has confirmed that. It just depends on who I get and how knowledgeable they are. I now have printed policies from those sites I keep with me in my car and have to show the pharmacy techs and argue with them until they realize they’re wrong and take it.
Many times I have had problems with prescriptions. For my dog’s phenobarbital, they always tell me it is too early to fil it when my vet calls it in, and they can only fill it on the exact date the current prescription expires., So for my 90 day RX, I have to have my vet call in the RX the morning of day 91 and pick it up that date. They won’t even place some type of hold o the RX so I can at least have it ready but not pick it up until that date. I have to go to the trouble of having them call it in on that date. If it’s a weekend, I’m out of luck. Sometimes I’ll stand at the counter for 15 minutes before someone helps me.

This pharmacy team is just consistently the worst. It’s one thing to be overloaded, it’s another to ask a customer if they can wait ten minutes to fill a script, take well over an hour, and get frustrated when you ask for updates. Give better estimates, staff your store for the clear demand it has, and lead with kindness remembering folks using pharmacy services are often ill. Further, if the pharmacy doesn’t have the capacity to answer phones, they need to pursue an answering service or a voicemail system rather than putting folks on hold for well over an hour.
There is no wonder this location has such a poor review. The store manager Dawn is the most unprofessional, insensitive person I’ve spoken to in a long time. This issues with my photos has been going on since the beginning of the week. I placed an order online, everything went fine(or so I thought) I then get a call from a very pleasant and nice cashier(Courtney) who informed me of the issue. She exhibited more empathy than the disgustingly rude store manager(Dawn) that I spoke to. When I asked Courtney(the cashier) to speak the her manager. She obliged. Her manger (Dawn) answered the phone with a nasty attitude and didn’t even introduce herself. I explained to her my issues while periodically being interrupted by her. She had no empathy or compassion to the fact that I’m telling her these photos are very important to me and I need them by a certain time. Instead, she continuously redirected me to call 1-800-CVS( or what ever the customer service number is) right before hanging up in my face. I would drive across town before I patronize this location again!
So I sit in line for 20 minutes and the car in front of me is there for quite awhile. As soon as I finally get to the window , the guy just closes for lunch. Doesn’t say anything to me an ignores my existence. I understand they deserve to have a lunch, but it’s not fair to me that I sat in line behind a car for 20 minutes to get turned down. I am sick and tried to stay out of the store when in reality I guess I should’ve gone in and risked getting everyone else sick since I’m apparently a ghost. I called and spoke to management and she was very rude and hateful to me and offered no help. I will NEVER have my medicine come here again. Sorry for staying in my car to keep others from getting my illness. Won’t ever happen again.
I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to after what I saw today. I was near the counter today when I overheard a customer talking to what I assume is a supervisor about a picture order. She was getting a refund and the supervisor(obviously dyed hair, pale, with her arms bulging out her sleeves) was acting simply vile. She was short, railroaded over the customer’s questions and just seemed like she hated even being there. The poor guy at the cash register who initially tried to help the customer beforehand looked embarrassed. I felt bad for him that he has someone so clearly unfit to be in a leadership position over him. Lady, if you loathe your job that much, just leave. Don’t subject customers and employees to that sort of behavior. What a vile woman. I plan on trying to find a number to contact corporate about her because I’ve worked in retail and people like that can add so much unnecessary stress on employees lives because of their hatred of their job. I’ll be going the extra ten minutes to hard scrabble from now on. I refuse to contribute to a store that pays that woman.
By far the worst pharmacy. The younger techs only want to talk behind the counter, took me to hold their hands to actually get my prescription transferred, then After it was transferred, the prescription was not available, when asked for a generic, I was told I have to get my prescriber to approve it. I reached out to them and they had no clue why when there’s no state regulation. Then I had to come hold their hand again in store to have my prescription transferred out because they have poor communication between pharmacies and/or don’t want to do their job. Then DK, the pharmacist had the most nasty up tight attitude ever when I had to hold his hand to simply answer the phone because the pharmacy I was having it transferred to, was put on hold waiting for him to pick up. All of this mess within one week span.
