  1. These are the rudest pharmacists I’ve ever dealt with. Consistently, rude every time I am in contact with them. I’m switching pharmacies, I suggest you do the same. Or better yet, don’t bother with them in the first place.

  2. This pharmacy has the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with at any pharmacy. I can understand items being out of stock, issues with insurance, etc. Things that are out of their control are completely understandable. But attitude and friendliness? There’s no excuse. Walgreens has long wait times in the drive thru and has even labeled my medication wrong, but I’d rather deal with that than a staff that are so rude and unhelpful and seems to hate their career choice and you for choosing them. Everyone has a bad day, but it’s almost every time I ever called or went through the drive thru or into the store to the pharmacy. With that being said, the employees up front seem to be way nicer and more personable. And the pharmacy has one older lady that is able to be polite with a smile.

  3. I am switching all my prescriptions I highly recommend everyone pull out of Jeff City, my husband’s doctor messed up on his blood pressure med and he ran out too early. I tried to get an emergency just for the night and morning until I could call the doctor in the morning, the pharmacist was so rude refused to help and actually hung up on me. I called the pharmacy in Morristown and she said sure we can give you a 30 day supply.. he had a five heart bypass in may and she was literally willing to let this man possibly die instead of helping him!!!

  4. Finally just got back from the pharmacy…. I sat in the drive through for about 45 minutes with only two cars in front of me. The reason it took so long was the tech wasn’t helping us. She was running around scanning random prescriptions and completely ignoring us. I sat there for 10 minutes staring at her and she just ignored me while she did other work. She then tried to get more scanned during my transaction instead of taking my payment. Absolutely horrible customer service! I will probably be taking my prescriptions elsewhere where they value a customer’s time…

  5. My son took his prescription to cvs drive thru . He was diagnosed with covid he wanted to know the cost. But, the woman told him he needed to leave the drive thru since he had covid. Informed him he had to send someone else to pickup his prescriptions that did not have covid. Would take 1hr and a half to fill. Pamphlets stated within 30 min. They had been filled. Compassion people have some. Stop being rude.

This location NEVER ANSWERS the phone. If you have questions about your medication, you won’t get them answered unless you drive all the way down there. They also don’t have your medication ready when they say they will. The lady in the pharmacy was just completely rude this morning because they are “short staffed”. Here’s a tip, don’t take it out on your customers.

UNFRIENDLIEST PHARMACY STAFF I have encountered in the years I’ve been a customer. Stared at, questioned like a suspicious person! I never complain, but this is different! I felt very uncomfortable. I don’t want to go back, but I have to.

Don’t go there if your a new customer! They will make you wait all day then Tell you they are not taking new patients for your medications After being on hold over 30 minutes. They are very rude unfriendly. Don’t let them waste your time!

Great pharmacists. But having to schedule a flu shot is kinda counterproductive when people really need to protect their health.

Called pharmacy at 9am to get my headache meds filled, a female technician (I assume) told me that my meds will be ready at 12:30. I asked if I can get it sooner (due to excruciating headache and work schedule).. Her responce was “I will try, but we are very busy right now”. I went straight to the pharmacy.. They had only one customer in the entire CVS! A female technician was again the one greeting me.. And she asked if I just called about my meds. I said yes.. She told me with an attitude that she will get it when she can.. and just kept doing her things.. The phone rang off the hook while I was there.. Nobody seems to care to answer for about 10 minutes. A a female technician was talking very loudly, telling jokes, her personal stories, and just had overall disrespectful attitude toward customers.. taking her sweet time talking instead of assisting people…
Guys in another hand were great.. Respectful, humble, and ready to assist. A male tech was the one who gave me my meds.

Pharmacist and staff are great! 2 of the 4 CVS locations just closed in Johnson City and merged with this location. I’m sure doing the work of 3 stores with the limited space they have and same staff is tough but they are doing excellent in my opinion. Some other reviews apparently think a pharmacy should be as quick as drive thru fast food. I prefer they take plenty of time to make sure the medication about to go into my body is correct! Doesn’t make sense to rush and complain about someone trying to not make a mistake…

Worst customer service of any pharmacy in Johnson City. The pharmacy employees are rude and show minimum wage commitment and caring.

Spoke on the phone with a man named “Austin” who works here. I was calling because in my prescription there was no medicine cap to get the correct ML of my liquid prescription from and he replied: that they didn’t give those for prescriptions and that a lot of people have them in their homes”. I asked why it wasn’t at least brought up when I purchased my prescription (after testing positive for COVID)- because I wasn’t able to keep making back and forth runs out in the public due to the illness and how inconvenient it is for me to have to get again come back out and purchase one. He was VERY rude and VERY nonchalant about the whole ordeal- and then he HUNG UP on me while I was still asking questions as a way to silence me from asking more questions (that he probably didn’t know the answer to). He gave me the WORST customer service possible!

This CVS has terrible customer service. Only go there because of my OTC insurance benefit. I might have to change my insurance so I don’t have to deal with this store.
