I went to return an item via UPS and they do not accept bar code. There is no printer available on site, see that they 4 large machines for printing professional photos and all but do not provide one for a simple paper. I’ve wasted my time coming here and I’ll never come back to this place in my life.By Karol (2 months ago)I have used this pharmacy for several years on and off. I feel like this store seems short staffed and has been for years (even prior to Covid). The pharmacy can definitely develop long lines during peak times and the staff seem slow to check people out to keep the line moving. The restocking of this store always seems quite slow. I have noticed many items out of stock for what seems like a month or more. There is a Red Box located right outside the store. This store has two self check out registers, which is convenient.By Cynthia Stockwell (a year ago)If I could give the pharmacy less than one star I would. I have been going here for 2 years and there are constant issues (finally switched pharmacies). No regard of your time or urgency when it comes to needing your medication, even if you cal 2 weeks in advance. They will not give you any type of heads up if they are “out of stock” of very very common medication or use it as an excuse if they don’t feel like filling it. I had my doctor call in 2 weeks ago, went in to get it filled that same week and the pharmacist said no one called anything in and turned me away. Followed back up with my doctor who Verified it was called in at the original time. Went back to the pharmacy a week later and insisted there was an order to fill.
It wasn’t until I was arguing with the front desk that she agreed “oh yes you really do have an order.” In which she then says the reason it didn’t get filled is because they didn’t have any in stock… no heads up no call or anything for a medication I have to take daily that I’m now out of because they had first lied about not receiving an order then said we are out. When I asked to please see if another location could fill they respond with “oh we have it now but we can’t fill it today because we are already behind on our other orders”…. Long story short if you require medication for your health DONT go here otherwise you may be holding your breath for 2-3 weeks. They will come up with multiple excuses before they take responsibility for their laziness and carelessness. Don’t work in the medical field if you don’t see an urgency in people’s health because you’re “behind on filling orders for the day” when I’m standing right in front of you. I was a pharmacy tech for 2 years …. and you can fill on the spot especially when it’s the pharmacy’s fault.By Mackenzie Skipper (8 months ago)If you need to have a prescription filled, I’d recommend getting a PhD in Chemistry and doing it yourself over going to this pharmacy. They can’t even be bothered to look you in the eye while they’re lying to you.By Calico K. (2 months ago)Worst CVS I have ever been to. My son needed his eye medication that he barely can see and in pain due to an injury. The prescription was electronically sent in and the pharmacy waited until I got there to let me know they did not have the medication in stock. Then I kept calling in to a Brian who had the worst attitude towards me being a single mom trying to get medicine for my son who was in constant pain and could barely see and he said the prescription was not able to be transferred which was not true. He also had not ordered the medicine it would be another day. I couldn’t wait another day for the medicine to come. So I called around and was able to get another pharmacy to call and get the prescription transferred and get my sons eye medication. I feel like something that important should have been a phone call that it was not in stock, and should’ve been order that same day. Not wait until I get there for it not to be available and haven’t called around to see if I could get it elsewhere. Very poor customer service, employees who have no compassion for my situation or my son, and CVS has lost my business. Also I will make sure I tell my friends about this experience, and to go to my new pharmacy who cares about its customers!By Jessica Peterson (9 months ago)

They’re never friendly here. Worst yet. The WHOLE pharmacy section closes from 1:30-2pm. This was terribly inconvenient as I walked here during my lunch to pick up a prescription I was texted about. So I had to wait 15 min of my break just wasting time. There is no reason why the entire pharmacy staff needs to take their break all together. They can take notes from the rest of the employees in the retail section who don’t all take their break at the same time. All they have to warn you of this break is a note on the entry door. This should be in the Google hours if it is *every* day.By K Sobiesiak (12 months ago)DO NOT FREQUENT THIS CVS. Despite the fact that they have a CVS sign at the entrance to the lot, they “boot” your car. For $200 they’ll remove the boot!!! Every prescription my family and I had here is GONE!! The company has lost our business for life as a result and I will share this with the world.By Ken (4 months ago)The literal worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been a CVS customer in several cities for many years. As other reviews have mentioned, only ONE male pharmacy staff member is nice (he is very nice – Ryan maybe?) but the rest are short, rude, not helpful, etc. Also, as other reviews have mentioned, the wait times are horrendous no matter what time you do a pick up.
My doctor called in a script for my controlled substance today and according to the automated system, a refill was not called in. So far have been on hold to figure out the disconnect almost two hours and they close at 8. If my script isn’t refilled and I miss a dose of a controlled med, withdrawal symptoms start to happen due to how long I’ve been on the med. But no clue if they have the script or not because no one will answer the phone.
If you need a med same day, especially if it’s a controlled substance like a benzo or pain med, you have to be ON IT or you could miss a dose(es) like it seems will happen to me. This is absolutely inexcusable as this can be a dangerous situation for people.
By Karla Fischbach (4 months ago)Ok so I went in this past Saturday and parking here is ROUGH you got like 8 spots and good luck getting one. So I got inside and the employees were distracted by something that had been going on with a customer. He apparently tried to assault one of the workers there and then one of the other customers tried getting him to leave. He starts leaving, but then turns on the other customer and tries to fist fight him, gets in the stance and everything, but then the workers urge him to leave saying they’ll call the police who are just around the corner. He starts going, but lobs a trash can at the employees which was expertly blocked by the supervisor. He left, stood by the entrance, then somehow got a 7-11 cup full of water and threw it at the other customer he was gonna fight a minute earlier.
TOTAL chaos, but the workers handled it like pros. They should be paid more because they likely put up with this sort of thing frequentlyBy Jill Meyer (4 months ago)BEWARE OF CVS ON N GRAHAM ST!! I went in to pick up my INFANTS medicine I get home there’s no syringe. Go back the next day they gave me the wrong ones! Finally get the right size on the fourth day(his dose is in the am) THEY DIDNT MIX IT!! That’s it for our list of the best CVS in Charlotte NC! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
They put up sign saying closed for lunch but in reality the pharmacy window booth is closed all day. When I went to ask why this was, some fat Hispanic guy kept arguing with me that’s there is a clear sign saying it’s closed. I and the the cars ahead of me each waited 15-20 minutes and none of us got a response from the window booth. The least they could do is say they were closed over the intercom
Consistently the worst experience ever. Their hours on the website do not match their actual hours. They will have you wait in the drive through for 45min to an HOUR and arbitrarily close the drive-through line at random hours, 3pm, sometimes 4 or 5pm who knows. Then force you to go in and stand to wait another 45min-1hr. Also, the only pharmacy that’s consistently understaffed. Going to the pharmacy should not be a 1-2 hour experience to get some generic antibiotics in the middle of a work day. Id highly recommend never coming here.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would as far as the pharmacy. We were on vacation and my son needed a medicine. I went there 10 minutes before 8 PM which is when they close and prior to that I had called for about a half hour, trying to get a hold of somebody, nobody answered, once I arrived, the drive-thru was closed and you had to go inside, after going inside There was a long line of people about 10 or so in front of me, when me, and the last lady behind me got to the register to get our medicine because it was not already filled, They would not fill it and get it to us, even though we were there before they close, and it had been in their system, for who knows how long that day, I was very frustrated as my child was sick and needed the medicine that night and the pharmacist lady would not fill it for me and made me leave the store and go somewhere else to fill it. I was very frustrated because they had the medicine there, but would not help me get the medicine filled. I will NEVER return to the store they need to do better with their pharmacy. It is not my fault that nobody answered the phone, it is not my fault that there were so many people I understand that they may be understaffed, but Customer Service should be better after making us wait in that line for almost a half hour they should’ve filled my medicine for my son and the old lady behind me,!! very poor character in that place I would not go there if you can avoid it.
Legit worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for over an hour! The poor woman in-front of me who’s at the window has been waiting even longer. This pharmacy always takes forever. The shortest time I’ve ever spent waiting for my meds is 45 minutes. Half the time they tell you your meds are ready, you go to pick them up and they’re not even filled yet! The pharmacists are not even aware of the meds nor what they do. I’ve been told I’m not sure about it you should Google it when asking a question about the meds. Avoid this place at all cost
I called to get medication switched over to this pharmacy for my daughter and was not able. I called around 6:30 last night and was told that they did not have one prescription which was fine. After I could ask for the other one I needed the “manager” told me this isn’t the CVS I usually have fill the prescription.. which I knew. After telling her I’m aware and asked for the other she told me then that they’re not filling anymore prescriptions tonight when it was 6:30 and they close at 10pm. After being on hold for 30 minutes and getting no resolution due to “short staff” they were not eligible of filling the one they actually had. The manager was really rude and disconnected the call, no great customer service at all.
