Bought a prepaid vanilla gift card from here and there was only 12/16 digits on the card. There was also no security numbers on the back. I went back to the store half an hour later and all they could give me was “call the number on the back.” I asked if I could use the card to buy another card with it and they said yes. After waiting in line they informed me that I cannot buy another gift card with a gift card. ??? I even tried to buy something physically at another store with the card and of course I get a “card error.” This is not the first time this has happened to me here. I’ve gave this store multiple chances and they always screw me over. I had to call to file a claim and now have to wait who knows how long to get an email back. Been coming to this store for the last month or so and their is an employee there who is the absolute worst!if I could leave no stars I would!!! She is some sort of manager always has a comment to make when I go in there to shop. Being that I coupon she feels like this gives her a right to have poor customer service. I pay for my stuff , my money is as good as anyones I actually pay for the care pass as well and she feels the need to always be rude. I don’t tolerate this kind of behavior as I believe in everyone treats everyone with respect. I will be talking to corporate if my next shopping trip is the same. The pharmacy has a drive through and the are all very knowledgable.

I’ve experienced bad customer service for the last 2 months including the pharmacy. My son (15 months old) has an ear infection. I brought the antibiotics last night around 10 minutes before they closed since we had just got out of the ER and I was told his prescriptions would be ready in the morning. Which is understandable, I called when they opened said it wasn’t ready. I went at noon and I was told it still wasn’t ready. My poor son was just fussy about his earache and now because of the wait he has a fever! Absolutely worthless workers!

Generally the employees in the store portion of this location are less helpful than talking to a brick wall. If you happen to find someone willing to answer your questions or assist you hopefully it’s one of the few that are knowledgeable and have a personality. The other employees have no clue about the products in the store and act as if I’m an inconvenience when asking for help.
The pharmacy portion is better but not by much. A couple of the female techs that have helped me go about and beyond for their customers and myself and it’s refreshing. They are all very knowledgeable about the pharmaceuticals. And the last issue isn’t always their fault and I know it’s because of the DEA and laws but being rude when telling me you don’t have my prescription isn’t a law.
I’ve recently was forced to go to another pharmacy for a prescription and I’m seriously considering leaving CVS and not looking back. And I only come to the store when my roommate needs to get something.
Security acting like he guarding the president.. I literally felt harassed today I understand you have a job to do and not at the best location but that was not ok being followed around because I was with my kids looking for a few items.. as a business owner this is not ok we don’t always have to dress overtly fancy to go to your local drug store. Good job with the stereo typing.
Called this store looking for a product in pharmacy. The person who answered the phone told me that they had 2 of the products I wanted. So I go there talked to the pharmacist he said he never heard of the product. So I talked to the lady who was stocking the pharmacy shelf she never heard of the product but she does look it up says they don’t have it in stock so I must be at the wrong store. So I show her that this was the store I called. SoI asked her where would it be and she couldn’t even tell me. pharmacy has poor custom service. But the man at the register took the time to find it for me. CVS should make him a manager 😉
The cashier, Elijah made me believe in customer service again. He went out of his way to help me with the ATM machine and was very friendly. It is hard to find employees like him anymore. He stayed very polite when a customer was getting verbally aggressive with him. I would like to commend him for his professionalism. Please give a gold star to Elijah( or a raise).
I avoid going here at all costs. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. They are obviously short-staffed which makes me sympathetic but these conditions have persisted for years. The pharmacy lost my son’s life-saving medications once. The rest of the store is in disarray, boxes and product on the floor with shelves bare. I needed a product one time that was locked and customer assistance was called for my specific aisle three times and nobody came. I was there for 20 minutes advocating for help before I finally got any.
