On hold for 15 minutes then prematurely was hung up on when I was starting to ask a second question. I was plenty kind and very clearly half way through asking a second question when she hung up. I understand pharmacists have a lot to do, but I’m still a person who needs medicine. She didn’t actually take the time to check the system to see if my Rx was available either. Just said “no we don’t have that bye”.By Jenna Mercer (4 months ago)I have been to this multiple times recently. I find that inventory is more spotty than any other CVS in the area, the store is poorly maintained with stained carpets and general clutter, and the drive through is exceptionally slow. This is the only pharmacy this neighborhood has, but it’s the most poorly run CVS location I have been to.By Akshay Birla (6 months ago)Easily the worst CVS in Atlanta I’ve ever been to. The staff is not friendly, helpful or understanding of how insurance works or how to implement insurance services. The drive thru window takes an hour to get through due to the incompetence of the window service. Do not, I repeat do not use this as a pharmacy. Go anywhere else, drive 20 minutes if you have to.By Shane McCart (7 months ago)I arrived at 1:26pm to pick up one prescription. As I walked up to the Pharmacy, the gate was halfway down. I asked the woman behind the counter if she was closed. She said yes. I asked when will they re-open and she replied, “At 2pm” and she closed the gate all the way as I sat down to wait the 34minutes. I looked up the hours of operation and they are closed from 1:30pm-2pm. I just couldn’t believe that she couldn’t take a couple of minutes to get my prescription (which was ready) so I wouldn’t have to wait 34 minutes, and then go on break! Seeing as though she was closing down early, I feel that wasn’t too much to ask. The customer service in the Pharmacy area leaves a lot to be desired. The clerks aren’t very friendly or courteous anyway. The tone in which they answer questions is rude and unprofessional.By Beth Perry (9 months ago)For the second time I
went to this pharmacy to pickup my rx . I asked about getting a COVID booster . I was told both times I could walk in at any time after 10:00 am . So today once again I tried to get a booster and was told I had to go online and make an appointment. So once again I have to go through a run around just to get the vaccine. Simply because no one wants to do their job..By ADRIAN SCOTT (7 months ago)

3/9/22. CVS, have all The snacks and drinks for your hotel refrigerator. Need socks?, forgot your deodorant? Left your foundation on the bathroom sink? You know you’ll find your toothbrush as soon as open that side pocket at home! CVS GOT YOU COVERED! They have sales too! Even souvenirs!!By Darlene jackson (12 months ago)I truly love the customer service in the Peachtree Center CVS. Ms. Linda and her team are amazing. One thing I can understand is, the condition in which the employees have to work in. The air condition and the bathroom should be the main things working. I don’t understand, it should be HUMAN RIGHT to work in a comfortable work environment. Once again, it’s my favorite store, it’s just so hot. Guess I need to visit in the winter time.By Valencia Newton (7 months ago)Every time I enter this store they offer some new excuse for not filling my script. Today he said they won’t take them early. Not even to drop off and pick up in a few days! I said I have been dropping off scrips a few days early for 30 years. He said he was a floater pharmacist and If I really wanted to leave it I could, but there is no guarantee it would be there when I came back to pick up. CVS seems to be having trouble hanging onto scripts for filling. I mean that is the only job they have. Filling a script. Now, this guy says he us a floater pharmacist. And wont be here in couple of days. Not sure what is going on, but we need some more pharmacies, please with new names new corporations and better oversight. Of course, I was DT Atlanta. Now Brookhaven and Alpharetta, they could not be more helpful and pleasant.
Here, they assume I cant sue them or complain to corp. Ofc.
Wrong.

Try Walmart and dont get thrilled about their substandard generics which are much better up North of Atl.By Michele J. Smith (a month ago)This is the WORST CVS I’ve ever had the displeasure of trying to go to. They’re hours are NEVER set, they’re always closing early and when they are open, it’s chaotic with their half-trainer staff that didn’t even know how to reload a card. Like today for example, perhaps one of their busiest days of the week, and there’s a sign on the door that says “due to unforeseen circumstances” they closed early. Precisely what I’m talking about. How is this store so poorly ran that you cannot keep your doors open for the busiest day of the week. It’s pathetic. Everytime I come to this store I end up wasting my precious time depending on these clowns to do something I see I need to head to a better ran CVS location and get my business done there. I will not be coming back to this place because it is obvious that they are unable to keep the business flow at this store and are clearly poorly prepared and very poorly trained. Pitiful.By Anthony Durham (a month ago)A distressed Yankee far from home was extended the epitome of southern hospitality by the gracious staff of this CVS.By Michael Cogan (2 weeks ago)

Honestly the most pleasant and helpful pharmacy I’ve ever been to if the night shift on Tuesdays is any indication. People would do well to come here. They genuinely care about you.
Just take a look at the other reviews. The pharmacy here is awful. There isn’t much more I can say that hasn’t already been said. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The employees are just straight up rude. I’ve been getting prescriptions filled here for years and it just gets worse and worse. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother even trying this place.
This is the worst CVS ever. They just completely gave up answering the phone in the pharmacy during the pandemic, they close the pharmacy way too early, and there is always a super long line. Hire some people, CVsS! Today, I asked for a vaccine and was told I had to schedule online, even though they were not busy and could have easily done a walk in. So I opened the app and tried to schedule. As the cashier watched me doing this, this location did not come up. I asked her if that meant there were no more appointments today? She said yes- now, could she have said that when she saw me trying to make an appointment online as she just had said to do!! I am pulling all my scripts from here. Walgreens here I come.
Usually well-stocked, but the pharmacy staff is not particularly helpful. Earlier this year, I had a vaccine appointment and had to wait an hour because “they don’t do appointments, only walk-ins.”
Now I just walked in to get my boosters and was told they “don’t think they’re doing walk-ins today.” They didn’t offer to check the schedule, and I’m very confused because I was told they don’t do appointments, so super mixed signals and inconsistent communication.
I’ve been coming to this cvs for about 9 years now and The ladies that used to work there were so kind and professional. They were also willing to help you with whatever your needs were within the pharmacy. The women working there now are so RUDE and lack any kind of customer service. This is the third encounter I’ve had with these new women working there. However, Victor the pharmacist is so nice.
