I waited in the waiting area of the pharmacy for an hour after being told it would be 15 minutes for my prescription to be filled. Turns out it had been ready almost the whole time and they just didn’t notify me. My husband went in at 6pm to get my Rx even though they never txt me to let me know if it was ready or not. At this point my head is pounding and I really need my medication. THEY ARE CLOSED!!! Lines are poorly managed and slow moving, and they wont have what you are prescribed ready or even remotely close to it. A word of advise, if you really need your medicine, you better go to another pharmacy. They may have your Rx but it takes a week to get it filled and then you have to stand in line for over 1/2 to pick it up, if you can catch them open. The other pharmacies do not have this problem.

I had an appointment for covid testing and staff just said she wasn’t seeing it in her system. She did not even take my confirmation number to check if they had a system issue.
Staff unkind and rude.

A little nervous, after reading reviews.
I haven’t had any issues, but I just changed some of my sons prescriptions over to them. So we will see, if any issues , I’ll transfer meds elsewhere . Not a problem just an inconvenience.
I was trying to ck out but the self check out wasn’t working properly. I asked for help and the girl said and I quote ” I’m helping someone and you will have to wait ” end quote. The people that she was helping had been talking to her for approximately 15 minutes. It doesn’t take 15 minutes to answer a question. She was very rude not only to me but to the other people that was behind me. We all walked out without purchasing anything

Rapid covid-19 test came back negative and ended up testing positive for covid at the hospital hours later. Do not waste your time by trusting minute clinic rapid tests, take the time to go to the hospital or urgent care.
This CVS is the most unorganized establishment ever! Been there twice within 6 months, both for COVID tests, and you show up for your scheduled time in the drive thru for them to have you get back in line because they are having problems
with their system. All while you are sick and have wasted almost an hour and they still can’t do the test. They cant even get a prescription filled on time, told it would be an hour and the next wvening they still hadnt gotten it ready. I will glady drive out of my way to another pharmacy that knows what they are doing!
