Thank you for bringing onboard Jr (pharmacist) who is so patient, kind and finally a friendly pharmacist! Dawn (cashier front) who is cheerful, and so very helpful! Thank you for bringing on a new manager who seems to care about the store… it finally doesn’t appear so dirty inside! Thank for for removing (sadly homeless) those that beg at the door and where I park as it makes me fearful. Thank you for bringing this new positive energy to balance the mean people that i had always experienced. I was certainly ready to leave this CVS (moved from MA where I have used CVS since it became CVS 40? Yrs ago) and even thought of leaving CVS completely. However, as long as these people are in place and the attitude at this store seems to be changing i will continue. After waiting in the Drive-Thru for over an hour and a half I noticed cars getting out of the lane. I finally pulled up to the window and the drive-thru was completely closed. I am so very disappointed of the inconvenience this place has caused me and not even receiving a text or an email. I called the store and no one was picking up. I tried to do the right thing and not to go inside the store especially when I tested positive before.
This is not the first incident I’ve had at this store.

People are RUDE should not be in a customer service job. Waited a few hours and decided to call back and talk with manager about how rude this person was. I’m going out of town and thought I had enough medication on hand but didn’t and called and Tiffany answered and was so kind and helped me get the meds I need for my trip. Every time my family goes to this pharmacy everyone knows us by name and is so nice to us. I thank them for what they do because it’s not easy and they do it with kindness. Worst CVS in history. First off my daughters medication was sent home NOT EVEN MIXED after waiting TWO hours for the medication oh, but it doesn’t stop there next stop my medication hospital mixed up the type of medication I could have and the pharmacy refused to call and try to fix it instead they told me I had to call and fix it cool. Told me all I could do was pay for medication they filled even though I knew I couldn’t take that one it makes me vomit. About 6 months ago I switched my entire family from CVS. I refuse to deal with the disgrace they call their pharmacy staff. The rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever been in contact with. They do not care about their clients well being. Phone calls are NEVER answered you sit and wait for over a hour for someone to answer you. I will NEVER step foot into this cvs again unless I absolutely have no choice. Garbage service, garbage staff. No thanks. 👎🏻
Does not answer the phone and this not a busy pharmacy. On hold without a pick up to acknowledge callI. I am trying two lines hoping one will get picked up. I guess they are waiting until lunch and the pharmacy closes.
Worst pharm ever. Left on hold 1 hour 15 mins. Scripts called in 4 days earlier and said they didn’t receive from doctors office. While on hold called Royal Care Pharm. down the street and Doctors
office to transfer scripts, was taken care of same day. Should of of believed the reviews
12/13/22 pharmacist states a physician assistant needs to have a supervising md to prescribe Ativan. This is not true. Later he states they are out of the medication (in stock at McKesson website). Pharmacist is essentially afraid to fill controlled medications and do his job. Do yourself a favor and go to an independent pharmacy, this is a poorly run store with an incompetent pharmacist!
Worst pharmacy ever. Needed antibiotics for mastitis which is very painful and needs treatment in a timely manner. When going through the automated telephone prompt it stated that my prescription would be ready at a given time. My husband went to pick it up at the given time and it wasn’t ready. It was sent in before they even opened and the given time was 40 minutes after opening. So another 40 minutes later we get the text that it’s ready. When he gets there they charged us a crazy amount nowhere near what it was supposed to cost according to my insurance website for that specific location. I hate that this is the nearest pharmacy but will have to use another because they have wasted so much of our time on numerous occasions.
