Been here a couple times. First time was for a drug test for a new job. Second time was for a work comp injury. Drug test was quick and painless. Work comp injury came here for a couple doctor visits and a bunch of rehab appointments. Doctor was friendly and explained everything quite well. He was talkative and a nice guy. The physical therapy was good. They really pushed me to get me better so i could get back to work. I would go here again. They parking ramp is also free which is nice.By Mick neyers (a month ago)I came in as a non-appointment/walk-in. My employer required testing to be completed. The paperwork had multiple duplicate pages, and took 55 minutes to complete. I didn’t expect it to be that lengthy!
The receptionists were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. I enjoyed the relaxed demeanor of the doctor. He wasn’t “stuffy” or in a rush to hurry on to his next patient. He answered a few questions I had and treated me like an equal. I also saw two others while there. Both of them were professional, polite, and respectful.
I recommend this Concentra, and give it a 10/10 for its customer service, knowledgeable staff, and expertise.By Michelle Polasek (4 months ago)I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff and great care. I was headed out of town for a funeral and had a really bad eczema flare up and Asthma problems. I was immediately cared for and walked out the door, with a follow up appointment and much needed prescriptions. This allowed me to fly out and take care of what needed to be taken care of. Thanks for all you do.By elizabeth morrison (4 months ago)From start to finish I was pleased that I chose Concentra. On site parking meant I did not have to walk through an unfamiliar neighborhood by myself. The clinic was bright and pleasant, and the staff was kind and welcoming.By Bette Tubbs (4 months ago)I went there for pre-employment drug screening. Everyone were friendly and professional. I didn’t have to wait too long, maybe 20 minutes or so. Plenty of parking space in parking ramp. Definitely will go there again next time.By Por Vang (4 weeks ago)

That’s it for our list of the best urgent care clinics in St. Paul MN! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
Extremely busy Emergency room since St. Joseph’s closed their emergency room. Unless it’s extremely life or death, I would say go to an urgent care first or contact your primary physician! Or potentially wait 3-8hrs. With that being said, staff are under a lot of stress so be nice when you’re visiting.
I was admitted overnight following spine surgery. My post op pain was not controlled and so I had to spend an additional night. Who is advocating for me while I’m suffering? I was given Tylenol, which is on my medication allergy list, due to causing migraine headaches. I woke up with the worst headache of my life. The pharmacy even sent me home with a whole bottle of Tylenol! The nurse manager’s response is to blame it on my chronic pain.
Photos include three EMPTY water cups on my table while the nurses complained to the doctors that I wasn’t drinking enough to discontinue my IV which was infiltrated. A photo of my scheduled meds and when I could have them again so I would stop complaining about my pain. And the mess the nurses would leave in the room. They literally would drop pigtails and wrappers on the floor next to the bed. The preoperative crew and the PCA’s were the rock stars of this facility.
I had both hips replaced by Dr. Anthony Anderson and his team at United in the last six weeks and the entire experience was amazing. My experience with ALL of the staff at United was excellent. From check in to check out six hours after surgery I felt thoroughly cared for by a warm and expert group of caregivers. The pre-op nursing staff was attentive and informative; the anesthesiologist was very thorough in her explanation of exactly what was going to happen; and post-op care was patient, supportive and attentive.
These last two and a half years have been brutal for nurses, first responders and care givers of all types and I for one am sooooo grateful for them all. Thank you for your love and deep kindness.
I was a little nervous about having my back surgery Dec 5th at Allina United Hospital in St.Paul after reading some reviews, but I’m happy to say I’m very glad I did! The nurses were nothing short of amazing, Sarah, Katie, and another nurse (sorry, forgot her name) preparing me for surgery, then in recovery Stacy, and another Stacy helping care for me, I also want to call out Jeffrey, another nurse who had more patience than I can imagine when dealing with another patient in recovery that was super difficult. These nurses are overworked & the hospital is short staffed but I would never know this based on the care I received from every nurse I came in contact with, they are amazing humans who I feel deserve a huge thank you among many other things, I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone considering care here. I think some people fail to disclose their own behavior when leaving bad reviews. To all the nurses at Allina United Health, I’m so grateful and appreciate you for all you do!!!
The WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!!!!!!!! Do not send yourself or loved ones here. The ER room is a complete mess with absolutely terrible workers who wont even work on you if you are upset. Which if you are in the ER who would not be upset? This establishment was extremely unprofessional and have the worst employees I have ever seen. As a doctor or nurse, your main priority should be helping others and making them comfortable. This hospital did the opposite of that, I am disgusted with them! DO NOT GO HERE
