Absolutely amazing! I had ear wax stuck in my ear and couldn’t hear anything. While I was there I watched a nurse redirect a lady bleeding from the mouth(not severe) to somewhere that could treat her. He kept her calm and did a great job of giving her directions too. On top of the friendly staff they also knew exactly what to do in order to treat me. It seems like they were trying to get more money by making me rerun for an additional visit. Very weird, sketchy and unprofessional. It’s always a pleasant experience. The nursing staff make you feel like family. I’ve always had great visits, been able to schedule in a timely fashion, whether it’s for a sick appointment or regular visits. They have a lab in office as well as an x-ray in office. I’m sure they have other things as well but these are ones I’ve seen! Would highly recommend Dr. McGowan, he listens to you and doesn’t always go to medicine as a first choice if it’s not immediately needed. Mrs.Brittany is amazing!!!!!! She makes you feel like a family member or someone she has known for years. She shares her own experiences and she takes time with whoever she is seeing. I would recommend this clinic for EVERYONE! She even lets you know you are more than welcome to call her ( let’s you know what days she’s working and days she off.) if you have any problems or questions. Her heart is definitely in her profession .
Awesome experience! I was able to schedule online and fill out all paperwork before we got there. The front desk staff was super friendly. The nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr. was quick to get in and didn’t seem to be in a big rush to get out. I Would definitely use this urgent care clinic again.
Setting up appointment on line was easy. I was in and out quickly. The staff was very pleasant and personable, even those I was not directly interacting with said hello, hope you feel better, etc. When you are already not feeling well, those little things can really brighten your day.
We love Ms. Christi. And we love the staff.
Everyone is always very friendly, welcoming, and patient. Ms. Christi is very thorough, kind and helpful. They really are our go to for myself and my child. They are also very quick to answer any questions you have after you have left. With all the sickness and increase of population; they handle it with ease and care. We are truly thankful for each one of them.
My whole family has recently been seen here and they did a great job getting us in and out. Medicine was ordered for us quickly. When my husband didn’t get better at first she ordered him something else right away which did the trick. Very professional and nice people here.
