The staff here are a little sassy but also very friendly. I had a physical and drug screen for Canadian Pacific scheduled. Not sure if the company or who scheduled it but it was late on a Friday afternoon. I felt bad so I told them how sorry I was and that I know the weekend is near. They seemed to appreciate that. I was treated great and was joking and laughing with my nurse or whatever she was by the time I left. I didn’t know, but this place also is a family urgent care and practice. When my insurance is all set with CP I will be making them my family doctor’s office. Great place.By Steven Bradarich (5 months ago)My visit to Concentra was for a new job that required a drug test.
The front desk personnel was courteous and professional. My wait time as a walk-in was less than 20 minutes. Once called upon I was directed to a room where I was provided a urine cup and explicit instructions to insure the accuracy of the test. I was very impressed knowing how Concentra performs to ensure safety and accuracy for drug testing.By LeArta Maroney (2 months ago)I waited 3 hours to get in for a 3 minute physical and shot. I would hope maybe it’d be better if you made an appt but I’m not sure. One employee calling people back kept sighing quite loudly and complaining right out in the waiting area. The one who took me back and was with me the whole time was great as was the front desk staff. I was grateful for the fruit snacks 😉By Mj L (5 months ago)So I was there for 2 and a half hour. When I showed up I did the paper work and watched 8 people come in and did what they had to do and left, before I got called back a hour and 20 minutes late. So I did my physical and drug test and the doctor that was there seemed like he didn’t care about his job or the people coming in and out, he was more worried about being in his office the with the people working there and the people coming in and out. I’ve never been somewhere to where I felt that uncomfortable. They were in such a hurry to get me out of there that they messed up my DOT paperwork and I don’t want to go in there and wait 3 hours for them to fix it..By Chad Cooper (5 months ago)The staff were very friendly, and they were very busy. The patients seemed to roll in nonstop. The waiting room always had people in it. The facility appeared clean and orderly. The instructions were very clear pertaining to my drug test. I would recommend them for the services they provide.By Erik Madson (6 months ago)

The overall driving instructions were a little confusing to locate the facilities, but once you reached the clinic, it was very clean, the lone office person was very polite and informative. She explained the situation that they were working with a short staffing issue but could fit me into the schedule, if I did not mind waiting, which I did not, the waiting time period was minimum and I was seen within the thirty minute quoted half hour. The medical assistance young lady was very helpful and respectful. Great job ladies and very professional attitude.By usular bell (5 months ago)Needed to get a DOT physical ASAP. Was told I could try as a walk in the following day. I did so and waited for those scheduled to go in but they got me in expeditiously. The entire staff I delt with was very courteous throughout the appointment. My nurse, Robin, was even on loan from an adjacent facility to help with the overload of people. She answered all my questions and was courteous throughout my appointment.By CUINDAUPA (6 months ago)I had to come two different days to do a work physical and drug a screen. I was in and out in about 15-20 min for the drug screen but when i came back the next day when a physician was present for my drug screen it took 3 hours. They were doing the best they could with bare bones staff. They were polite and easy to talk to. I came without eating breakfast thinking it would be fast so by the end i had a dead cell phone and a raging appetite. So keep in mind you will be here for a long time depending on what you are having done.By Rebecca Tarnish (2 months ago)I had an appointment at 9:30 am and sat in the waiting room to be seen for a physical and drug screen for 5 hours. I don’t know how many people showed up after me that were seen before me and left. I don’t understand what the point of making an appointment if I wasn’t going to be seen at that time or even 15 to 20 minutes after. I drove an hour and a half to sit there for 5 hours for something that took about an hour and a half. Wasted a whole day. If I had the option to go somewhere else, I would have. The staff was nice though. I don’t think they know how to prioritize things very well though.By Tito Greer (3 months ago)The hours and staff were great.
I went in for a pre-employment drug screening on a Tuesday. I was told I’d have results in 1-2 days. Thursday I hadn’t heard anything and called. I was told they hadn’t received the results yet, and that the lab they send the sample to actually is in Virginia! I asked for the name of the lab so that I could contact them myself. They didn’t know the name, but were able to give me an address to Google. I tried calling the lab which was only a voicemail telling me it would take up to 5 days with no human to talk to. I was due to start my job on Tuesday which I was unable to do. Not all the clinics fault, but poor information.By Jamie Riedesel (2 months ago)

That’s it for our list of the best urgent care clinics in Rock Island IL! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
Overall a great experience. I was able to secure a spot in line through their online registration and check-in system, so that when i arrived, I had no wait time. The efficiency was much appreciated. I also liked that they allowed me to add a comment as to why I was coming in so that they were prepared to treat the issue at hand. The staff was friendly, thorough and informative. My only concern was that the doctor was in and out of my room very quickly. I would have appreciated if they investigated a bit more for themselves and went over next-step instructions more clearly. However, they listened to my needs and ordered the treatment I was most comfortable with, which I am grateful for. I would definitely recommend them for any urgent care needs.
Our visit was very quick, my daughter was brought back to be seen within 10min of sitting in the waiting room. They were kind to her and gentle when they needed to swab her nose and throat, talking her through every step they were doing. Which kept her calm and made her feel like they really cared about what she was saying to them. We will definitely be back if we need more health care.
Fast And efficient. Well informed. They take time to inform the patient people are courteous and professional this is my first stop whenever I get sick.
Highly recommended. Highly recommended.
The BEST and KINDEST staff! A hidden gem in the West Kimberly shopping center! I was in and out in record time, fully diagnosed and treated with nothing but love! So glad this place exists and I will now recommend to everyone I know!
The people at the Amana Walk-in Clinic are always professional, courteous, and kind. This last trip was no different. Thank you. It’s always nice when you’re not feeling well to receive such wonderful and expedient service. Much appreciated.
