Visited this urgent care twice in the last week and both times was treated very poorly by the front office check in person. I told her I was very hard of hearing and asked her to please speak up, she would not. She continued to almost whisper behind her mask. The second time I had to bring my son in and she extremely rude to him. He was very sick and she was putting him down about me driving him to the doctor. She said he was too old to need his mom. I took my very sick two year old child in on a Wednesday and he had a bad cough and just wasn’t himself. They didn’t run any tests at all which is ridiculous considering the amount of RSV, COVID, and Flu going around. We waited two hours to be seen by the “doctor” for five minutes. My child ended up in the children’s hospital Friday morning struggling to breathe. He tested positive for RSV. He was dehydrated, low oxygen, high fever, high heart rate, and lethargic. He wouldn’t eat or drink. This could’ve been caught sooner and prevented before he had to go to the emergency room. While my medical concern did not merit a visit to the emergency room, it would have been nice for my concern to be addressed before it really became life threatening. Blood sugar starts going back down so I go inside and the receptionist says 3 people are ahead of me because they are sicker than me. She already took my copay so I can’t leave. I let her know exactly what I thought about that and I won’t be coming back to this location. From their nurses to their doctors we have experienced nothing less than stellar service and performance. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of their services. *Update* we have visited this location again 3 more times since the last review and all 3 times have been a great experience. Not sure how or why 4 years ago I would have left a 5 star review. I worked at this facility in the Utilization Review Department for over a year and half. The management and upper management changed so much it was difficult to keep up with who was in charge. It became a hostile work environment after the Nurse Manager I was hired by left. Everyday bullying in the workplace that was not addressed, even after multiple visits to HR. It would be nice to think I could or would return to work at Renown. It is a beautiful facility. But they place the WRONG people in management and DON”T listen to their staff! I hope for the sake of Renown and it’s employees that the culture, work environment and their choices for Management have changed for the better!
very bad service, I had an appointment at 3 pm and it is 5:19 and we are still waiting for the doctor. They told me that they had called me but I don’t have a single missed call or voice message on the phone, I got tired of waiting in the car and waited another hour inside the clinic with a desperate two-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy. three people passed before us and had arrived after we entered the second time.
I made an appointment for 1145. I get checked in. I wait 15 min and ask if I’m on the appointment list because I made one and was told yes we are just waiting for rooms to open up. By now another patient who was a walk in who came in after me has been called back. I wait another 40 min and nothing. Now 3 people have come out and yet another person who was a walk in who came in well after me has been called back. If I could give 0 starts I would. Go to the one on Los Altos they respect appointments
This is by far the worst urgent care clinic I have been to. Don’t bother making an appointment – you will NOT be seen on time. They squeeze walk-in patients around scheduled appointments, throwing off any kind of scheduled timeline. To put things into perspective, I had an “appointment” at 12:45. I did not get seen until after 2:00pm.. Wheezing and coughing the whole time during an asthma episode. The staff is friendly and they are doing their best. Logistically, their priorities need some serious review and organization.

Hours appear to be 8 am to 5pm, and this was on Super Bowl Sunday!, and they were open when I walked by @ 4:30 pm.
All general Health problems can be addressed here at a cost which is fractional of what an ER visit would cost.
Now another enticing reason to come to the Urgent Care is that there is not a crowded waiting room of many who might be really sick… appts may also be made here I believe.
Should one Need ER services a quick referral to the hospitalis only a blocks away!
Within this same building & around the Ryland Ave entrances ne will find first Occupational health. then Lab Services & closest to the corner is Women’s health! I’ll discuss these further in separate reviews.
