The reception area was quick with friendly service. The building and the wait room area was a clean and pleasant environment with enough room to social distance. Once I got to the back for service I was met with a warm and friendly environment from Sarah and PA Mariam Rashid. The service I received from them was efficiently quick. The staff and medical professionals were friendly, considerate and empathetic. They took the time to explain and educate. They diagnosed the problem and provided a solution. Care was provided in an efficient and effective manner. The office was clean and the medical examination room was conducive to healing. For example, my daughter loved the relaxing music playing that reminded her of the ocean. Thank you for helping our family through a painful situation when all the eye doctor offices were closed. She also gave us a few different options on how we could alleviate the issue. Very happy with the service. The only issue was signing in on the tablet. Supposed to get a text to complete the sign in, but had to fill out the paper anyway, like normal, which isn’t really an issue if you’re older than a certain age.By D-Train (a week ago)For a first come first serve service it went pretty well. Not too long of a wait. The staff were very polite and effective. This is part 2 of my review. I had to go back because I wasn’t getting any better. 2nd in line but 1st to complete and submit my paperwork. I still had to wait for the first person. Not ideal but once seen they are simply amazing. Nowadays customers simply degrade staff but they were actually fun to be around!!! Wow, this place was amazing starting with the front desk staff…very professional and pleasant. I was there for a complete work exam that I was unsure of what to expect. My nurse Ms. Sheila was very patience, pleasant and professional. She made me feel very comfortable with getting through the exam. Overall, I will refer and use them again. The facility was very clean and covid safe.
I came in and received my annual Flu Vaccine. Amazing service. Everyone was so nice. They have snacks and water to make you feel more comfortable while you wait. I was taken in really quick. In and out under 15 minutes. I would recommend Concentra Raleigh to anyone in need. Shout out to Mariah, my MA. She was great, didn’t even feel the shot.
First off I would like to say how wonderful the front staff is isidra was the best she even made sure I had napkins when I spilled water on myself and the floor… thank so much for that everything was clean and I loved how they offered me a snack as well and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen either.. definitely would recommend them..

This place was amazing. My 8 year old son somehow had a toothpick go all the way through his shoe and deep into his foot during a science experiment at school. It was in so deep, we were not able to remove it. By the time we got to Concentra, he was pretty freaked out about people pulling it out. They were patient and gentle with him and eventually got it out. The second I carried him in the door, they had a wheelchair on the way and got us to a triage room. They had snacks and water for my hungry 4 year old who was there with us. They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever had treat him at an urge to care, and we’ve been to alot of them.
The Doctor that I have is not interested in the patient, if you are on company workman’s compensation, all they do is follow protocol.
No sympathy for the patient, and very cold. I do like the PT. (physical therapy) Mike is great.
My “Doctor”, “Dr.” Hephzibah, I’m not very happy with her.
She doesn’t listen to her patients, and is very Arrogant. I don’t like her. Immediately after my incident, I went to Concentra, being my company’s “Doctor”, and found myself as a number in the system…Shame On Amazon, And Shame On Concentra. I needed to rest and heal up, but they sent me back to work injured…not cool!!!
