I have been to this urgent care facility several times over the years. Like most urgent care facilities, there can be (and most likely will be) a wait. I appreciate that you can view the progress of your wait on the website after you check in and receive a patient number. (Be sure to sign up to receive a text on your cell.)
In my visits I have had mostly friendly interactions with the staff. I have had a few experiences with those who were not so friendly, but, overall, it has been acceptable.
The doctors often seem rushed when they are with you, but I know there is always a long line.
I would recommend this place for those who need urgent care if the issue does not warrant an emergency room visit. There is a huge cost savings compared to an ER visit, at least with my insurance.

However all of the staff I encountered were very pleasant and for the most part efficient during each step of my process; registration, vital check, test collection sample, x-rays and physical examination and consult with the care provider. The wait time in between each process though was extensively lengthy, but I will say there were certainly a lot of patients to be seen. It seemed my care provider this visit was overall more thorough as well as caring than any one of my many past encounters. She asked me to sign the papers with a community pen but when I asked for sanitary gel she said it’s in the back room and she does not have time to go get it..
I’m not one to complain but when she puts my wife at home in danger of me bringing germs home to her that’s when I have a problem. My Wife has stage 4 lung disease and cannot afford to get sick..I thought this was called Patients First for a reason..Its sad they have to put up with someone of this nature just because they are short staffed.By Greg Evans (6 months ago)The doctor I saw was awesome. Very compassionate & competent. She listened to my concerns & asked if I had questions. She was efficient without rushing me. The front desk person (female) was friendly and helpful, as was Josh, who took my vitals. I especially like the option of waiting in my car instead of in the crowded waiting room and I hope this practice continues. After unsuccessfully using my own doctor’s after hours system and an on-line web based doc, Now-Care was such an easy relief! The phone coordinator was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made it easy. AND the doctor called when she said she would, something I’d had so much trouble with earlier in other platforms. Having Covid was scary enough. I’m glad Now-Care eased that anxiety.
From the first phone call to see if the facility did x-rays on Saturday to the time I left, the experience was nothing short of AMAZING. I would also like to give KUDOS to everyone who took care of me upon my arrival. They are, hands-down the best care givers I’ve ever had from an urgent care facility. They are definitely an asset to the medical field but most importantly, to your patients. Great job!
This facility has a wonderful and personable staff. The Dr was great too. There was little to no wait time to be seen, which was a relief after being turned away at two other urgent care facilities because they were too busy. My own doctor couldn’t give me an appointment that wasn’t over a week away. My condition was getting worse every day and I was in a lot of pain. This clinic had me in and out and on my way to the pharmacy in no time.
I arrived shortly after 3pm to be assessed by the medical staff. I was greeted with a smile by the front desk staff, who gathered pertinent information on my symptoms. The medical professional was thorough, insightful, and kind. I received meds on-site to hold me over before picking up at my pharmacy. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to be seen in less than 2-hours, and treated with care.
I was very happy with my care. Andrew has awesome bedside manner and really cares about his patients. He listens to your concerns and does a good job at suggesting legit medication to help you. I came in with severe back pains and was in alot of pain. He recommended an anti-inflammatory shot which provided immediate relief. I left the office happy and with great relief in my back. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely use them again if my doctor is not able to fit me in. Definitely recommend this place!
