I did not make an appointment but I was able to be seen probably within 10 minutes of getting there. All of the staff was very friendly and caring. The doctor was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my elbow and told me that I needed to see an Urgent Care orthopedic ASAP. Without the doctor telling me that who knows how bad my arm would have gotten. I am very thankful for the caring staff at this Urgent Care!By tammy roy (a month ago)I went there with my daughter who was experiencing a sore throat. We checked in which was pretty easy and straightforward (besides the fact two people at the front desk were using pretty salty language while one of them described a night out drinking).
We were taken in fairly quickly and a male nurse asked me to sit in a room while asking my daughter to provide a urine sample. I did stay with my daughter because I am not going to let a stranger take my minor daughter where I cannot monitor the interaction. He also failed to provide a good reason for the urine test for someone who is there for a sore throat. Even the nurse practitioner who saw my child was surprised about the urine test and questioned the utility of it. Then the same male nurse proceeded to take the blood pressure with a cuff way too small to fit my daughter’s arm which popped off in the process of inflating let alone go through the entire process of providing blood pressure. When I questioned him he said “yes sir, it took the blood pressure”.
The nurse practitioner was very nice and professional. She diagnosed my daughter and gave her a prescription.
When I got the bill I was billed for the entire service out of pocket without it being submitted to the insurance even though I had provided the information while making the appointment and checking in. When you think the whole interaction could be handled any worse, I was billed for a UTI and a pregnancy test for a young kid who was there for a sore throat.
Maybe it was the group of people working that and generally the experience is better (although I doubt it based on my own personal experience a year before). YMMV, but personally for me it was a pretty terrible experience.

It probably took a total of 30 minutes for both of us start to finish. The RN did a fantastic job of administrating the shots. The reception team was efficient and welcoming. We were greeted professionally, given masks and assistance with downloading the paperwork. Wait time was very reasonable and the staff and female doctor were very thorough and competent. I felt the offices were clean and it was a great experience. I will definitely return here in the future!
I have been coming here for a few years when not feeling well etc. Every time I come here no matter the time or day is such a pleasant experience.
Today, Emma in the front got me checked in so fast. I was not in the best mood when I arrived and I may have been not so pleasant initially. She was so kind and didn’t react to my attitude. She was so kind and sympathetic she changed my mood.
Then I saw lovely Miss Holly! I remembered I saw her over a year ago. The last time I was there. Same warm, caring person who takes the time to talk to you. Not feel rushed and never makes you feel like you are a burden.
The office on 19th ave needs to take a page from your book on how to treat and speak to patients.
Thank you ladies for always making this not-so-pleasant visit, into an enjoyable experience every time. You’re all very much appreciated!
The office was clean and tidy! While I was in office they felt with an aggressive patient. The front office lady’s were awesome with handling the patient. (Girl with green hair) Receptionist handled it like a rockstar. The Dr I saw was awesome as well. She listened to me and made me feel better immediately. 10 out of 10 would recommend. These lady’s deserve a raise!!!
Staff was amazing, they were very helpful and friendly when my son had his first earache ever. They quickly took me in without appointment & made the paperwork simple. The doctor Holly was very informative and supportive through my experience, she answered all my questions and before we left my son was already feeling much relief. Thank you all veryyyy much for you quick and easy experience, your work is appreciated.
The front desk was friendly. Kristin Turner FNP was knowledgeable, medically thorough, and compassionate. She listened to me, did a complete exam and then prescribed medicine to help manage my symptoms and make me more comfortable. I am very grateful because I was feeling horrible and I have 2 kids to take care of! Mommy duties don’t stop for the flu. Thank you for this positive and helpful urgent care experience.
