My visit was Awesome!
Of course my reason for going was the fact that I felt really awful. I was made to feel comfortable from the time I arrived. The pleasant attitudes were very appreciated. The facility is so clean, there was a technical problem with the X-ray machine that was solved before I left. The Service was superb. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

The nurse practitioners are always thorough with an exam. Take time to listen. And they take time to explain everything to you.

They handed my insurance card back and forth saying to each other, you do it, no you do it, no you do it… once someone entered the info they insisted my insurance was inactive waving a piece of paper to me supposedly showing it was inactive. I insured them that it was active. Eventually the other person entered it and it was active. Don’t bother making an online appointment ahead of time, you’ll wait just as long. If you make an appointment online you upload and input your insurance information, at the clinic they’ll still copy your insurance card and type it all in and verify it once your at the appointment, that took 40 minutes somehow, then i was added to the queue to see the provider. After 45 minutes waiting I was brought back to see the provider. Don’t be surprised if you get a bill in the mail even after they check your insurance info and you pay your copay. Please train the front desk to do their job correctly, timely, and a little polite if possible. I made an appointment the day after I was refused as a walk in (I arrived at 7:05 and they said they were no longer accepting patients for the 8pm closure). I completed the e-check in and I arrived approximately 30 minutes before my appointment and physically checked in. I waited approximately 50 minutes total. 20 minutes past my appointment time. Once called back, Dr. Mary and is team we’re very nice and efficient. Dr. Mary was very thorough and attentive, extremely kind and warm personality. His nurse was also very personable and kind. A far cry from the front desk clerk. I would return to see Dr. Mary in the future.
Dr Mary is amazing. Going room to room while being pleasant and professional. He never missed a beat. When he got to the room next door you could hear him greet a 3 year old in a way that made her comfortable and trusting. He must have kids. He took care of my situation and I was out the door in no time. I highly recommend wherever he is. Thank you Dr Mary
I went to Urgent Care to get a flu vaccination. I made my appointment online and arrived 10 minutes early, as instructed. I signed in at the kiosk and took a seat. (I did not have a problem with signing in but I noticed that some elderly patients did.) My name was called within 2 minutes of my appointment time and the entire procedure took no more than five minutes. This Urgent Care always seems to be well organized and well equipped. That’s why I continue to use them, even though I now live in the French Quarter. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the environment is clean, and I have always had a good experience here.
I had an appointment for 2:20 PM I arrived at 2:15 PM. Checked in. At 3:45 PM I went to the desk to see where I was on the list. The clerk told me she couldn’t tell me. I sat down. At 4:30 PM after they had called in 4 people who came after me I went to the desk. She told me the same thing. Then a man went to the desk and asked about his 1:30 P.M check in. A new clerk was there and said he wasn’t checked in. I went back to the desk and told her I checked in at 2:15. I wasn’t checked in either. She said she would check on it. So at 5:15 PM I was called in. The first Nurse that took my information was very nice and efficient. Then the Nurse Practitioner came in and apologized and was very nice and efficient. Did my tests, etc and gave me Medience. I was out by 5:50 PM. I must say she was right on target I am already feeling better. Really 3 hours to wait is too long when you feel so bad.
Was very pleased with the service. The reception was pleasant and the Dr was good. The only problem I had was when the young lady called me in to triage, she called me Lydia like we went to school together. My kid older than she is..Where is the professionalism. I’ve worked in the medical field 32 years and never called a patient by their first name. Other than that I was very pleased.
