From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the desk were very professional and courteous. There were 2 women and we had a brief conversation while I waited to go in back. The young lady that took me in the back was very thorough and friendly. Engaged in minimal conversation. When I was done giving my sample, she explained everything to me, even though this wasn’t my 1st rodeo. My overall experience was a good one and everytine I get a random I will go hereBy D J. My recent visit at concentra went smoothly. Staff at registration desk were very friendly and helpful.The lovely person I’m not sure of title who handle all of the tests prior to Dr. was very polite and professional. The Dr. Was thorough and I was done sooner than expected. Great customer service, great care to explain different tests.
Everyone is so polite and professional. All the staff greet you coming in and through out the building. Appointment starts on time. So you are in and out. Doctors and physical therapist address my concerns. Made sure I had what needed to make a full recovery from my injury Thank you!
I’ve have only had positive experiences here. I have gone there several times in the last few years between COVID requirements and job changes. I’ve always been met with respect and efficiency despite it being incredibly busy at this location.
The best part of my visit was the wonderful lady who checked me in and when I finally got out of clinic…2 and half hours later!!! The doctor was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. She, the doctor, made several wrong assumptions without looking at the paperwork I was told to fill out. I was given an eye exam without my glasses and told I need to see an eye doctor AND she wasn’t going to recommend me for the job until I saw an eye specialist. I told her, the doctor, that I have my own eye doctor and I wear glasses. I’ve told her and the med tech this before and after I took the exam. Finally she let me retake the test with my glasses on. I’ve never been so frustrated with a doctor and medical staff! The other issue I had, while getting dressed my exam room door opens wide without a knock on the door while my bottom half was exposed. I have never been so embarrassed, humiliated, and disrespected by a medical professional in my life. I would NEVER recommend this location EVER!!!
The black woman with the smaller pony tail, had a slightly rude tone. It could’ve just been a very stern tone but I took as rude. And then I had to wait 30 mins more because they forgot to put me back in the system for a urine test.
