Dr. BAKER is very knowledgeable. He was courteous and listened to my concern. His diagnosis was spot on. Yeah no more crutches or knee brace and my wall pictures are safe now! I have always received excellent care found the staff very friendly and efficient. Their five day return policy is a bonus. My insurance carrier considers them as a preferred provider making the cost very reasonable. The fact that they are open 7 days a week is so very convenient as well! The staff were amazing and very compassionate! I definitely recommend them. The ONLY downside is they don’t have a lot of seating in the waiting room area. Scheduling the appointment was easy. We did have quite a wait to see the doctor but I think they were attending to a more critical patient, which is what I would want if I was that person. The whole staff was professional, helpful and courteous. Rose went above and beyond in helping to come up with a splint that protected my injury while allowing me the adjustments needed to be able to go back to work! Another added bonus is being able to communicate through text to ask questions, make appointments and even help navigating insurance! I cannot give enough praises for the treatment I received at Valley Immediate Care/Orthopedics. Miguel took the time to review my case and was very considerate and compassionate of my concerns….. adding a bit of humor to ease my tension. He set up a program for my health successes. I left their office feeling confident that I am on the right road for complete recovery. I definitely suggest seeing Miguel if you have any orthopedic needs. Thumbs up also to Rose who assisted him. They make a great pair supporting each other. Also ….. regarding price…. The office billed my insurance but for a 45 minute appointment and cortisone shot the total was only $69! We walked right into our appointment, no wait. Miguel was friendly and able to connect with my daughter to make her feel comfortable. He shared all the details and X-rays with us to clearly answer our questions. Ruben and Rose (X-ray and Medical Assistants) were also very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We feel we had excellent medical care and their people skills were amazing. Our experience with this team was nothing but positive.
We went to a follow up appointment two weeks later and again had the same professional, warm, and caring service. I was also able to have a consultation and service on the spot for an entirely different issue, so I didn’t have to wait weeks or months to try and be seen somewhere. No hesitation in highly recommending this team of providers. Thank you!!!

They made sure I was well taken cared of and so extremely nice! I would recommend Valley Immediate Care Orthopedics to anyone!By Lyndsey Bender (2 months ago)I took my 2 year old kid in for a quick check on her finger to see if it was broken. Our check in process was great, Vanessa was quick with the forms and made checking in/out easy (which is what I needed with two small children in tow). Jeff did awesome with her X-rays, she showed her how it wasn’t scary and how to position her hands. Now that we’re home she pretends to take X-rays with her brother. Miguel was great too, he looked at her finger and made her feel very comfortable. During our visit he gave her a little Guatemalan worry doll and goody bag to take home which she loved. When we were back in the car she kept saying how he made her feel better and that she loved her little doll. The staff at Valley Immediate Care were thoroughly professional and friendly.
They took care of a skin problem on my back and were very attentive to my comfort during the entire procedure and all through the follow up.
Lastly I really appreciate the very affordable price of this procedure here.

I arrived after twisting my foot pretty badly and letting it go for 2 days. They gladly took my insurance and my wait time was under an hour. The staff from start to finish were kind and caring. Each step from intake to xray and finally getting a boot for my fractured foot I was treated like I mattered. All this under 3hours. Excellent care
The doctor who helped me and the nurses where absolutely amazing and actually listened to me and my issues. They where very busy but where very efficient and fast. I really appreciate people like them who help patients and care about the people they see.
All employees I dealt with were so friendly, kind and helpful. The family nurse went the extra yard to solve my issue. With all Asante urgent cares closed in Medford I was so happy to be able to go to your facility. I would highly recommend to any and all.
I went in one day at 2 and they were not taking walk-ins, which was disappointing, however, I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Everyone was very nice and I was seen quickly. The NP, Daniel (I believe, I was very sick) was wonderful! He took into consideration my other health issues when treating me. I was very thankful for his knowledge and kindness. I’ve also taken my grandma here and had great care.
