Service was good during visit, but follow up was terrible. Was told, by PA Brian,if I had any symptoms 3-5 days after to call and would possibly renew some prescriptions. I entered TrustCare in Brandon, MS on Aug 17, 2022. I was suffering with severe pain related to sciatic nerve issue. The wait was lengthy which I anticipated due to many patients in the waiting area. Understanding the wait could be lengthy I settled in knowing that the excellent staff would eventually give me some much needed relief. I felt much better when I exited the clinic. Thanks much to the staff and especially PN Steve Cabell, RN Ruth, and RN Matty. David Hood, Physicians Air Transport (Air Ambulance Service).
My husband and I have gone to this clinic since they opened. Everyone here is outstanding. We love the staff. Cannot say enough good things about Trustcare in Brandon.
The service provided by the doctors and nurses is great. However the lady at the front clearly doesn’t understand English. Charged my card for a previous balance that had been paid after I told her three times. Took my card and did it anyway. I guess she was too concerned with the man at the counter she was too busy socializing with. Wouldn’t go to this branch ever again. Will never get my business again. Billing department will never update your balance.
Went well. Was seen quickly, but was left waiting for nearly an hour. Overall, positive experience. The heavy set front desk person should choose a different profession. She was rude and sickening. The other front desk person with short hair was very nice.
I had a great experience at Trust Care this morning! Almost everyone was extremely friendly and kind. Best clinic care I’ve ever had. My only complaint was there was a smell, possibly from construction work that was going on? I had come in partially for nausea and honestly the smell didn’t help that at all. But overall great and I’ll definitely be back
