40 minutes after the doctor had seen me the nurse came back surprised, I was told the doctor told me I was good to go. No I wasn’t, I was waiting on a doctor’s note. They forgot about me in the waiting room.
They let me walk out of the building without discharge papers or my return to work note for my employer.

They are thorough in their exams, they make sure to explain everything to your understanding. They are efficient and fast. I have never been there for more than an hour from check in. I was in the ER with an issue a few days prior and they sent me home telling me nothing was wrong. I thankfully knew something was wrong and came here. I’m so grateful to them! Nurse Kami was AWESOME. She was knowledgeable and she made me feel at ease with her warm personality. Dr. Mike was superb. He really took the time to thoroughly explain everything and ask all the appropriate questions which finally got to the bottom of my medical problem. I checked with my insurance company to see if they took my insurance before going there and they were on the list so I went. My wait was 20 mins at best. The staff was amazing. Very personable and friendly. The nurse practitioner, gentleman, was very pleasant and helpful. I was in and out and am feeling much better. Thank you all for being so kind when I was not feeling well. my husband and I both tested positive for COVID. We went in to see about treatment. We checked in and had the nicest receptionist. She was very concerned about how we were feeling and even suggested that I air down and she worked bring me the documents to sign.
After we were checked in, it was just a minute or two before we were called back. The process was something and quick. The PA was super friendly and gave us information on what choices we had. We were in and out in less than an hour.
Could not have asked for a better experience.
The clinical manager who was subbing at the front desk and was just as nice as anyone could be!! The medical assistant so friendly and professional!! I thought the doctor was really good!! We joked, he set my
Mind at ease and I walked out feeling great!! Would recommend this office to everyone!!
Great team! Was in and out within half an hour for a minor medical issue. Kris was friendly and helpful upon intake. Cheyenne and Jay took care of me like I was their own child and I feel loved
Receptionist Erica completely forgot I was there when checking in. I made it a point to get up and grab a water and that’s when she admitted it she had totally forgot that I was there.
Wait time wasn’t terrible at all. Nurse was very friendly. Doctor was quick.
Had to wait in waiting room for 10 minutes after visit to be sure there was no reaction to an injection and was told someone would let me know when I could leave. Once again, I was forgotten about. 🤦🏻♀️

The absolute nicest, friendliest staff I have ever come across at any urgent care (and I’ve been to a lot). Also, the fastest I’ve been in and out in any doctors office. The ladies there this morning were beyond amazing. I was half asleep so I didn’t get their names, but wow. Thank you so much for y’all’s help today!!!
