I just love this clinic. I have been coming to this one for years now. The Doctors there are just amazing. You can see that they are all passionate about their careers. I feel very blessed every time that I walk inside there. I had one Doctor spend quite some time with me. I was having a mental breakdown and I didn’t have any idea that it was happening. This particular Dr went above and beyond his job description that day. After thinking about the situation w/out going into details i will just say that there’s no doubt at all that these Doctors really care about the wellbeing and safety of their patients. I felt very comfortable and confident that he was doing everything that he could to make sure that my issue was resolved. I went to the Hospital at McKenzie Willamette and left in tears and felt humiliated.The Doctor there treated me as if I were mentally ill, crazy and on a substance. I felt unheard, disrespected. He talked over me, ignored me while I was talking and I was judged before he even saw me.,He definitely wasn’t professional and I have left there and have never returned since. I have filed a complaint with the hospital. But this review isn’t about how horrible McKenzie Willamette discriminates their patients. He listened and responded accordingly. I did not leave with my issue resolved, but I was given good advice on how to proceed with my care. I waited in my car so not to expose anyone and after 3 hours I went inside to see how much longer it was going to be and the receptionist told me they had already called my name and was checked out. She forgot to call me when it was my turn. They got me in right away and the provider didn’t even listen to my lungs and just said I needed steroids. I was in there for 5 minutes. The attending provider called out so an adjustment was made for a telehealth call. That took about an hour to get on the call but the provider did a good job once we spoke. The wait time wasn’t very bad and the lobby is comfortable. Once I was seen by a doctor the care was EXCELLENT. The doctor treated my infection and performed a procedure that relieved the pressure and the pain.
My issue worsened overnight and I had to go to the ER there following day. The attending physician told me that the treatment I received at Urgent Care was done perfectly and was exactly what he would have done. He also agreed completely with the prescription choice.
The only reason I needed to go to the ER was that I waited too long before going to Urgent Care.
In the future I won’t hesitate going here. I highly recommend them.
Called and was informed about appointments available for urgent care. Went online to set it up and it was easy and convenient. The site didn’t work for me to upload check in items, but they scanned my ID and insurance card at the reception desk upon check in. Staff and doctor were very efficient and friendly. Would recommend for care needs.

I could tell they had streamlined their procedures to keep patients from a long wait. I especially appreciated the screen listing the patients names in the queue and for not (!) leaving me in the exam room for additional waiting time.

The staff was AMAZING! My first time in there it was clean and not very busy. I didn’t wait long which is great, especially when you’re under the weather! Jennifer was the sweetest. She was so personable and caring. Seriously 10 out of 10 for the entire staff. The medical assistant and the front desk receptionist were so kind. Thank you!
I liked everyone who was working the front desk was very nice and offered waters to everyone in the waiting room, the bathroom was nice. They played kids tv in the waiting room which was nice for the kids and I was glad it wasn’t the news or sports. The nurse who brought me back was kind and told me thank you for waiting they were swamped (I waited about an hour to be seen. The doctor was awesome i believe her name was Dr Kim and my favorite part of the visit was getting X-rays from Bo he was so cool and kind!!! Thank you everyone!
