I had an amazing experience today! Went in the ladies at the front were extremely polite and nice.Registration process super easy & fast. The festive decorations were astounding. Lobby and rooms were clean and festive. Saw provider Skory by the end of my visit I was feeling way better. Thank you Summit urgent I would recommend. 👍🏽👍🏽
It was early Monday morning. 9 o’clock to be exact, is when I checked in. It is understandable that not everybody is 100% come Monday mornings. However the staff at this establishment greeted me very kindly and professionally. As soon as I signed in I was calling immediately. Sure there was a little bit of wait time in the room because they were told me to other patients but nothing too long. I apologize I do not remember the names of the staff members that assisted me but one female and one male and they were very professional and kind. After the doctor reviewed my x-rays I was more at ease after he explained my symptoms in detail. I will go back to a follow-up at the establishment and I must say it was very clean thank you summit urgent care for your professionalism
I was visiting from out of town when I started to feel I’ll. Went to Summit urgent care. The care I received was outstanding and the level of professionalism was awesome. I felt that I was heard by Dr Zachary. I received a steroid shot from the best medical assistant ever, and because of my foggy sick brain I do not remember her name (so sorry). I didn’t even feel it because of her superb way of administering shots. She was kind and warm, understanding. Thank you Summit Urgent Care.
I was very pleased with my visit. I was tended to quickly and the staff was courteous, pleasant, and informative. The meds the NP prescribed worked well and began feel better within. My wife has also used the Clinic in the past and has also had a very good experience. Definitely my go to place from now on. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Front desk clerk’s attitude was a bit testy when I first arrived…due to a mandatory mask rule they have at their facility. Everybody else I interacted with after that was very courteous & friendly. PA was pleasantly very talkative & informative. Process took about 40 minutes and reasonably priced for non insured patient.
