My provider was immediately attentive
and showing concern of my physical
health and well-being. She made a
judgment call that was beneficial to my
health and for that I am extremely
grateful. Not only that, but followed up w/
me 2 business days after my initial
visit to check up on my health. Best level
of care I’ve received from a medical
provider. :).By REDORIC R.C. (6 months ago)I booked an appointment online for 5:30 on 8/8 to get a health assessment for my daughter to go back to school. We get there 15 minutes early, fill out all of the paperwork all for the front desk attendant let me it will be another two hours past my appointment time. So instead of telling me that when I checked in or calling to let me know they wouldn’t be able to honor my appointment time she waits til I’ve wasted 10 minutes filling out paperwork. What’s the point of offering appointments if the business won’t honor them? I won’t be returning.By Ashley Romanowski (6 months ago)Giving a heads up their receptionist is not qualified for her job. She misread my maximum out of pocket for minimum deductible and charged me money. When I told her my insurance said that FastMed is in network and fully covered she didn’t listen, didn’t check if she is making any mistakes, refused to speak properly on the provider line.
Unnecessarily I have got into a battle of weeks to chase my money. They really need to redo their training. On the other hand the doctor was outstanding
By Parkhi Vats (a week ago)The appointment was at 1230pm, but my children were not seen until hours later. When we thought we were going to be seen because the nurse brought us back to take temperature and weight, still the doctor did not come until an hour later. My daughter had cried her self to sleep and all our frustration levels were outrageous. At one point when I could not take it any more and opened my door to look for the doctor, there was no receptionist or nurse or anyone to ask questions to outside of the lobby attendant!! I was seriously considering just walking out and going somewhere else to get sooner treatment for my children, but I had already paid $400 for the visit! The doctor ended up spending about 15 minutes with us, prescribed the typical amoxycillin for an ear infection, and said goodbye to us dismissively. To say the least, I was very disappointed. However, I still appreciate that my children were seen, that the medical issue was resolved, and that my children are doing well with smiles on their faces. I would do it all over again, pull my hair out again with frustration, to insure my children’s health. So, for that, I am thankful.By BURLEY HAIRSTON (4 months ago)The provider was great, but the front desk clerks (whom wore scrubs for no reason bc they rubbed off as the type that have a high school level education) were beyond rude and demeaning. I sat in the waiting area and listened as they directed clients around like dogs. Then they finally commanded me to the front desk to demand a $60 co-pay despite my insurance card clearly stating $0 co-pay for urgent care. I now know why they were the only urgent care around with a same day appointment.By Dylan DeFronzo (5 months ago)

ANDREW was awesome considering that they are severely short staffed, he was able to still put a smile on my face. Andrew made me feel comfortable and at ease while I did my pre employment screening. I literally hope that the company knows they have a awesome employee and he deserves a raise. I appreciate Andrew and will come to the urgent care to get any care done just because of him.
I was there for a DOT Cert. physical. The front staff and Dr where great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and personable. However, the nurse or whatever her title is seemed to be ignorant as to the aspects of taking one’s vitals specifically one’s blood pressure. Despite my own medical trading common sense dictates that you have to have the proper sized cuff for patient and you can’t get a true/proper reading through the sleeve of a heavy hooded sweatshirt. If it wasn’t for the Drs experience I could’ve failed my physical let alone the undue stress due to anxiety.
Waited over 3 hours in the lobby for a simple pre-employment physical and drug screen. Was called up to the reception desk twice to sign paperwork that should have been done at the beginning. MD had poor professional appearance and no emotional concern for my health. Entire experience felt like a number within a cattle call. Would not recommend, would leave 0 stars if I could.
I’ve been to this location a few times for work purposes, and I can say it hasn’t always been the most proficient. However, my last visit was honestly very nice! The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and greeted everyone with kindness. They even worked very hard to accommodate people who didn’t have everything they should have brought in for their appointments so those people could still be seen that day.
The staff in the back was very patient and efficient, keeping things rolling with regard to all the steps required for physicals, drug screens, labs, etc. The practitioner who actually completed my physical exam was prompt and very thorough, professional and friendly.
Finally at check-out I was greeted again by a very friendly staff member who offered refreshments to me, and sent me on my way with a smile and a copy of the details of my visit.
I admit the place can be chaotic as there are a lot of people coming in, and the wait can be lengthy, but if you understand and expect that you will think it’s totally worth waiting for. Hats off to all the staff for a job very well done from start to finish. I’ll be back next time I need the same services.
This review would have been a 5 star but on my recent visit a medical assistant allowed me to come in the room before finishing sanitizing the room. here was blood on the bed and the floor. Immediately, I reported this to the nursing and supervisor staff. They said that the medical assistant was told not to do it again!
