This place is the worst and you can’t go no where else because the next ER is almost 2 hrs away and they know that and take advantage of it. The doctors don’t care at all they just want to get you in and out so they get paid. Don’t get me wrong in and out don’t mean you get seen at a reasonable time because you will sit in the waiting room for hrs.if you are in pain you would be better off going to the store and getting ibuprofen because that’s what they give you even if you break a bone no joke! I would suggest you take the trip to Bismarck and get seen because the time it takes to drive there is faster then even getting in the back to be seen at this place. I have never seen such poor health care in my life. This place is a joke avoid at all costs. It will cost time and money to be seen in Bismarck but at least you are not wasting time and money here where they won’t be any help. The desk clerks were wonderful, but there we people waiting for three hours before me… they just left to go to Bismarck or walk in clinic. All I can say is WOW!!! From the moment I walked in, to me walking out, they were exceptional! Nothing but courtesy and concern was shown to me. Every person I came into contact with was very helpful and made me feel safe and in good hands. I appreciated the extra time they took to make sure I was okay and to attend to all of my symptoms and rule out possible serious issues. Dickinson is better off not having a emergency room but more walk in clinic , I went in for coughing up large amounts of blood and dizzy spells from it and the staff acted like I was a major inconvenience to them by being there . No tests was ran barely spoke to the Dr for 3 mins and he was ready to push me out the door . All I can say is they better not bill me . Also the staffer refused to give me a note for work saying I was fine to return to work since work told me to go in . I’ve lived in this state for years now maybe gone to the ER once or twice a year , Dickinson ER by far the worst emergency room , I feel as if I was dieing on my last breath I’d have a better chance at receiving proper medical care from a animal vet or driving to another ER . WONDERFUL PEOPLE!! Everyone is so helpful and polite. I see Maryann Gold and she is a Rare Treasure. She takes her time and listens to you. Unlike most other Doctors who rush in the room and rush out. Shes very friendly and easy to talk to. The Nurses and Staff…I can’t say enough about how Great they are. I have been fighting LongCovid for over a year. They have gone out of their way to see to my needs in every way possible. I can send them a message thru the Sanford My Chart and they will respond most of the time the same day. I do understand they are busy. They call me and check on my well-being. The people in the office though, not so much. My husband has been trying to get a sleep apnea machine for FIVE MONTHS now and the office keeps saying they send things to the next place and haven’t, I’m talking at least 8-10 times having this specific issue, where the next place has no information sent over to them. Jan 25th 2022 @ approximately 3pm I took my 14 yr old son in to walk in for his wrist. Was greeted with the quickest, kindest and most professional staff I’ve ever witnessed. When called back to our room for examination, the lady that did our intake was from the surgery unit upstairs but was helping out and she was lovely. She was very fun and interactive, made the process easier.
The student helping Dr.Anna came in to assess and she was amazing as well. Very attentive and kind but personable as well. My son really felt special.
Dr. Anna was a joy and very fast too. We checked in and with vitals,intake,assessments, xrays and discharge we were there maybe 40 minutes total. They were so fast and kind but attentive and thorough. The absolute BEST & FASTEST walk in experience we have ever had! I wish I would have remembered all their names to give them all the credit they deserve.
the male who did labs on my 1 and a half year old daughter was AMAZING! she has really difficult veins and he was the first to get it on the first try! someone give this dude a raise. super happy about my experience with them. thank you again!!
I love my doctor but this clinic is horrible. Got here as I was told 15 minutes early and yet 45 minutes after my appointment i’m still waiting to be seen. I’ve asked at the desk twice AND had someone call my name saying they’ve seen me here for awhile and they’d look into what the issue was and never came back. Clearly there is an issue, but they keep telling me it’ll be just another minute or two.
This fricking place won’t take my insurance. And they won’t give me to red forms to give to my insurance. I pay on bill every month and they still say I don’t pay. I hate this place!!! My husband DR went on vacation and never came back and they never said a word the kept or appointment. I found out thru the lab tech I called and they said oh the PA is taking over. Well why the hell am I driving 2hr 110 miles one way to see a specialist.
Then 4yr ago they bought our town nursing home and up and closed it with less than 45day to find residence new homes and staff new jobs. The bought it for the beds to put in their new facility in Fargo. Some staff had been there 35+ yr. I hate Sanford!!!!!!!
I was up in North Dakota visiting my kids. I ran out of my Jardiance. So I called my Pharmacy in California. I had them send my prescription to Sanford Health. I was able to pick up my order the next day. Thanks. Peace big John
