The visit was super quick and easy. Diamond, the MA, prepared the procedure room before I entered and was ready for my injury. She was friendly, professional, and had a comforting personality. Angela, the nurse practitioner, did a great job of stopping the bleeding and getting me cared for quickly. Not only is the facility very clean and modern, but it has anything you could ever need & I’ve never had a long wait to be seen as a walk-in. The staff is incredible. Mari was my Medical Assistant on my most recent visit & she’s awesome — a great, calming personality while being extremely professional & explaining everything as she goes. Kevin has been my provider previously &, as always, knew exactly how to help me & instruct me on how to take care of myself once I left. One last thing that I want to mention is the call I got today — thanking me for the visit & making sure I had their information if I had any issues or questions! Hasn’t felt uncomfortable or embarrassed. Mike and Kevin have listened and understood what’s going on with my son. We started our visit with another PA and I can’t remember his name! Just as awesome as everyone there! The front office gals are so nice! Such positive vibes! Puts patients at ease. Makes the check in/check out process easy! I work in the medical field and my experience here has made me wish I was working at this facility! It’s very clean here, from the lobby to the patient rooms, and yes I do pay close attention to that! I don’t feel like I have to go home and shower after our visits. The spaces inside this urgent care are well organized and very clean. Besides, all the staff is professional and friendly. I would go there again in case of any urgent situation in the future. So, I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you AFC.
Derek and Armando turned a incredibly painful experience into interestingly enough, a very comforting time. I’m grateful they were there today.
I returned 4 days (today) later with worsening symptoms and in an incredible amount of pain. These two guys helped me today and were very warm and welcoming especially with what was happening to me. Both of them were incredibly kind.
The whole staff seemed on point today! I let out long screams of anguish and people actually ran in really fast. It takes a lot to elicit that kind of emotion out of me but mission accomplished.
All in all, I would rate 10 out of 10 would go here again but maybe without the stunning amount of physical pain and screaming. It’d be cool if they sold cookies or something so I could just drop by and say hello without having something wrong with me.
The staff and providers here were extremely friendly, knowledgeable & friendly! I was easily able to schedule for a same day apt online. The front desk was welcoming & prepared! They took the time & effort to go through my insurance benefits with me prior to my visit. Analicia was my MA & Bethany was the PA working with me. They were both so kind, friendly and efficient! I am more than pleased with the care I received and will definitely be coming back to this clinic
Great experience. Kristen was so caring and Armando just a wonderful skilled tech. I was all busted up from a fall and they were pros. Thank goodness I came here. No wait either. Broken wrist and toe I was outta there with two casts in under 3 hours. Great people.
Armando was my MA at AFC Urgent Care the other day. They did a fantastic job at getting vitals and making me feel comfortable during a stressful moment. Overall, everyone was kind and I was treated quickly. They left me unafraid to go back if I find myself needing medical attention. If your in the Glendale/Virginia Village area I highly recommend this urgent care.
