I made an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early like I was suppose to. They checked me in promptly. I was seen a few minutes after my appointment time. My vitals were checked and I saw Seth the PA. He was very nice and thorough. I needed an x-ray which was done quickly. Results were quick. Seth explained everything and was given followup info. I would definitely use this urgent care again.By Nancy Rivkin (7 months ago)I made an appointment online and was able to see someone about an hour later. The medical assistant and the doctor were very thorough. My medication was sent into my pharmacy immediately and after taking it, I felt better after a few hours.
Great experience for me.By Carrie Poston (5 months ago)Made appointment online and it was very easy. I was seen about 20 minutes after scheduled time which was ok. Carmen at the desk was efficient and friendly. Jess introduced herself and her title. Seth was thorough and took the time to listen to what was going on with me. He asked permission to perform parts of the exam and to do testing. He provided clear instructions and thanked me for coming in at least twice.By Christine Daum (2 months ago)Today was my 2nd visit in a week for the same issue. Both visits were good experiences. I felt as if I were being listened to and I felt cared for. I didn’t feel rushed. The Dr. Wasn’t on the computer while talking to me, which allowed me to feel that they were present instead of distracted. I know that they are putting on vital information regarding the patient, but it still has greater positive impact on the patient to talk and look at them directly when collecting information. I wish that this was a regular Dr. Office, because so far, it doesn’t seemed to have the issues of not being able see patients for weeks or months from when the patient needs the attention.
Good job to the staff, such a blessing.By Just Dawn (4 months ago)Personally I had a really good experience here unlike a few times in the past. The nurses were very nice & the xray guy was very nice & even the guy at the desk was straightforward but not necessarily rude to me. However, I am giving them 3 stars simply because the man at the desk was rude to the guy who came in after me. The patient misheard the man behind the desk when he said “insurance” and he thought he said “issues” so he started explaining his reason for the visit. The man at the desk then had a snarky comment that I couldn’t totally hear, but in my opinion was very uncalled for. Something like, “this isn’t a supermarket.” Whatever that means.. I just felt the situation was racially motivated since he (the white male worker) was mostly nice to me (a white female), where as he was rude to the next patient who happened to be a black male. The patient wasn’t rude and didn’t do anything to provoke a snarky attitude from the worker, he was just there to get help at the doctor’s office and everyone should feel welcomed at a doctor’s office. Again, the nurses & staff were great to me I would give them 5/5 stars, but the interaction I witnessed in the waiting room was uncalled for and did not sit right with me. I wish I got a name but I didn’t.By Christina Paul (a month ago)

Everyone involved in my care was kind and respectful and very caring. I felt that they individually were interested in my well-being and did their best to help me feel good and give me the finest care. These were all good people, and please let them know how very much I appreciate their patience and their skill and their kindness. I cannot say enough good things about them. I’m grateful.
Unfortunately I had to visit the ER by ambulance on Thanksgiving Day. The staff was absolutely first rate. I was greeted with respect and concern. They were very attentive to my needs. The care and concern they showed was ovehr and beyond anything I expected. I had to be moved to another of there facilities and was very surprised to find the same quality of care there. As an Army veteran I have to say this was better than any VA hospital experience I’ve ever had.
The Grandview location is not my first choice. Having said that the staff for my 24 hour or so stay was great except for my discharge nurse who was rude and could have cared less about me. Cecilia was great. One of the best people in the hospital. She was from Barbados but was just simply a wonderful person and help during my stay.
Some staff are attentive and wonderful like Sue, Hawk, Molly and Midge on 5. Some staff are not so attentive and caring. When you’re in an acute situation where you cannot care for yourself it’s disheartening to find that you did not receive needed hygiene care. Grandview has the best food. I was not prescribed a medication at discharge I had been taking routinely during the hospital stay.
I was admitted for several days due to an illness that required IV antibiotics. The staff was great from the doctors, nurses, food service, and cleaning service. I felt very welcomed amd cared for by all. Every need was taken care of in a timely manner and lab results were quick. They took time to answer my questions. Everyone had a very pleasant, caring attitude and I can’t thank them enough.
