I have been to this facility before in the past and everyone was great. However, this time the experience was amazing I didn’t feel good and haven’t felt good for weeks and they truly made me comfort. They listened and allowed me to talk about what was going on so they could treat me properly and I really do appreciate them for that. Today was horrible. Website to do online check in is a joke. You are expected to pay up front before you can be seen. What is the use of checking in online, if you are still not going to be seen in a timely manner? There needs to be better communication with the patients and if staff is busy, don’t take anymore patients until you finish seeing the ones already signed in and made an online appointment. After 2.5 hours, I had enough and asked for a refund as there was least 1 to 2 people ahead of me. Reluctantly, I got the refund and left. The staff could do better and simply don’t care. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Treena- Lab Tech is awesome!!! I am usually a patient that experiences a lot of sticks (27) to get blood work. Plus I’m a hard stick. However she is Awesome she got it done the first time! Thank you so much Care Now for caring for your patients.

This place is amazing. I checked in online and set a time. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I was in seeing the nurse practitioner (Janey) by my appointment time. She was thorough and explained everything to me. Everyone was courteous and efficient. It was a great alternative to see a medical provider when my regular doctor wasn’t available.
Had an efficient and sympathetic visit with the McKinney Ave team! I was in/out within 30 minutes of my appointment time and was diagnosed quickly. I really appreciate that they let their patients dictate what testing/medicines they are comfortable with and talk through why you’re feeling a certain way. Would highly recommend!
The receptionist was amazing. I could tell that she was busy but she was very professional and on top of things. The nurse and the doctor were also good listeners when I told them about my symptoms. I received help very quickly. Thank you City Doc team!

This is absolutely the best urgent Care I’ve been to in my life. They were extremely professional, they were able to get me in within 1 hour!
I came in with some really bad ear pain and ear pressure, something I’ve been dealing with on and off for about 2 weeks.
Everyone there was so kind to me. Everyone was so nice, they figured out that earwax had impacted a large part of my ear and that was causing the pain and pressure.
The doctor was able to instantly remove a bunch of it, and then flush it out with water, significantly reducing my pain.
They were able to not only get me in in such short notice but they explained to each step of what they’re going to do next, they were extremely patient and even worked a little bit past closing time for which I’m so grateful!
As someone who is autistic with many sensory issues, I recommend this 100%.
I would give it six stars if I could. If all Healthcare Providers were this kind and patient and understanding, the world would truly be a better place.
