Been going here seeing Dr. Omar, while she is seemingly wanting to be helpful, the staff seems to be dropping the ball hard. Every referral ends up being wrong or not done properly. Medications always end up incorrect or not being pushed through correctly if prior approval through my insurance is needed. The front staff never has answers for any of this (they are very hard to get a hold of by phone). I recommend if possible except through the walk-in portion as two of those physicians are excellent to find a different PCP.By Chad Proffer (4 months ago)I really liked my Dr. here, but communication among employees must be a problem. Got there early for an appointment, waited half hour and kept noticing everyone being called in when they had gotten there after me. Questioned the receptionist, then a lady came to the window saying I needed to reschedule my appointment because there was a 20 minute window and she assumed I had just gotten there. I couldn’t believe it. I told her I had been waiting half an hour and just to forget it, I would be going somewhere else. I hardly go to the Dr. ever and then I’m turned away when I’m just having a yearly appointment. It’s times like these when I just want to never go to the Dr. again. I’ve had this problem before with them, so I’ll be going somewhere else, if I go at all. First off change your operating hours on your website, so you don’t run sick people out for nothing. Secondly I think it’s very hypocritical your excuse for closing 2 hours early. Been coming here for years and so far haven’t had any complaints.This morning I was in a rush to bring my son in to be seen for an illness and I forgot masks, receptionist went above and beyond and noticed we were heading back to our vehicle and she brought out masks so we didn’t have to leave and comeback, that gesture saved us time and us much appreciated.

Doctor took great care to manage my pain. Not really a fan of this location. I do want to mention though that the staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to medicine but not when it comes to services they offer. I went to get drug testing for a graduate program through a service my school used. The website says they were a location that participates. I called ahead of time and they said they do drug testing all day. I went and they said they don’t participate with that service. I mentioned it said they did. About 15 minutes later they told me they actually do. They were quite fast even with the COVID protocols.
Had to wait for an hour while im in pain worst pain ive ever had. Walk in the receptionist are on their cell phones kicked back.. then i finally get in the exam room the nurse wasnt very talkative at all got to my room and waited another 20 or 30 minutes before the pa came in worst service ive had for as bad as i felt
The staff were all very friendly. I felt like they were genuinely concerned with my health and provided optimum care. I will definitely return there for my healthcare needs in the future
Went in for a simple drug test. Had to wait for TWO HOURS for a test, and after timing it? 10mins total for the test… A lady next to me had been there for even longer! highly disappointed by this location and the nonchalant attituded of the staff. Never known a Medxpress to be this way before. I will never be returning to this location again for anything.
I waited 3 hours in the waiting room only to be brought back and made to wait another half hour before I walked out. A staff member asked where I was going and I replied “I can’t wait any longer I have to work tonight”. She said ” well were understaffed and there’s like 100 patients out there”. Overall it was a terrible experience and j won’t be back .
