I do not understand the negative reviews here. I have been to this place a few times…2 most recently and was treated so kindly. The practitioner Amy was so sweet and knowledgeable. She was so good with my son also who was had to go the day before I went.
Nobody wants to go anywhere when they don’t feel well. I would have rather been home in bed but knew I needed to do something. And this was a great place to have gone for care. I recommend them to anyone. They get you in and out quickly.

I’m sitting here it’s real busy and a four year old maybe four has been coughing and just threw up while she was coughing myself and another person here cleaned the vomit up for the mom the ladies behind the desk didn’t get in a hurry there was nobody in line either. Did not listen to my concerns. They were too busy calling me overweight for being 150lbs when I wasn’t able to keep food down for the past week anyways. I explained that my husband’s antidepressants ran out right around the holiday, and we weren’t able to get them filled in time. I was not calling for a full refill, possibly just a very small day or two supply to get us by until we could get in Monday. The man I spoke to was quick to say no and to just come in when they reopened. I told him that we would, but that my husband was already having terrible withdrawal symptoms, and that we just need a few days supply until we can be seen again. To that he smugly replied, “Yeah, well, I’m not bothering my providers on their day off for a few days supply.” After this statement, he proceeded to shame us for not realizing we were low and running out before the holiday. What is the purpose of an emergency line? I am heartbroken over this treatment and the disregard for those struggling with their mental health. It’s unfortunate, because Lisa Kail is a great provider, so much so that I had started seeing her myself, as well as recommended this facility to a friend in last few weeks. Today’s experience was so bad, it has overshadowed all positives. The doctors here are always kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been seeing them for years for a wide range of problems and they have always been wonderful. It’s a busy urgent care, but worth the time. The doctors and staff work very hard to get people seen without compromising quality of care. You can’t beat Dr. Hudson-Kane, Dr. Sindecuse and their team for your urgent care needs! : )
It was very busy but got seen relatively quickly. All the staff were so friendly. Just had a minor issue and got labs, saw the doc and got scripts filled in about an hour. We are so fortunate to have this office in our area.
The front desk receptionist was very polite and understanding on the phone as well as in person. I was cared for with the best of teams, considering it was the day after Thanksgiving they got in, in a timely manner. The doctor was and always has been very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
Each and every staff person was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel as if they truly cared about my well-being. The nurses and doctor were gentle, kind, and eager to help. I left there feeling well cared for and had a clear understanding of my medical diagnosis and the treatment plan to follow.
This was my first visit at AFC Cape. I was impressed with how efficiently the clinic ran. The staff were kind and helpful and the doctor actually spent time explaining what was wrong and the treatment. I will be making this AFC my go to clinic for quick care.
