We were able to make an appointment, be seen quickly, and get great care in a very acceptable amount of time. I ended up having to get a shot and the PCT was very gentle, it barely hurt.

11/11- we had to rush in due to my 18 month old showing signs of rsv and being miserable. We were in and out in 35 minutes. Received wonderful care from all of the staff, starting at the front desk all the way to examination and checkout. My daughter gave the staff a hard time with not cooperating, and not once did I feel tension between them and us. They were so patient and willing to partner with me to get my daughter to calm down so they could continue further examination. I cannot say enough great words about this place and the staff. Thank you a million.11/9- In and out in 20 minutes! This place was the only urgent care open after 7pm in Cadillac. Wonderful staff, Katie was so kind and understanding.

I easily registered online for an appointment, was taken back less than 5 minutes after arrival, and was seen very quickly by the doctor. All staff members were kind and professional. My issue was diagnosed and treated quickly, which I appreciate because it was the first good weather day of my soon ending vacation.By jkmail kran (6 months ago)The care and concern shown by the staff was absolutely wonderful. Every step of the procedure was explained to my child and myself. For the x-rays we were sent to hospital from there. We will go here before the ER if at all possible. I don’t typically write alot of reviews. But I took my daughter to urgent care yesterday, and cannot stop thinking of the wonderful service we received. Not only did we not have to wait very long at all, and all the staff was so nice, but she saw Melvin Vallette, NP. My daughter immediately just adored him. Not to mention, the amount of respect he showed to me as her mother. He seemed genuinely concerned and wasn’t just trying to rush us out the door, amazing feeling as we showed up an hour before closing. I hope we dont have to go back for health reasons, but if we have to, we hope him and his staff are there to help.By Ayshya TeBos (5 months ago)I went to urgent care over a year ago as a tourist, and I’m still having problems because of it. The registration process is tedious, and since I don’t live in the US, they told me to just put the address of the place I was staying at. Let’s skip the actual interaction with the doctor, which lasted less than two minutes (guess he was in a hurry) and prescribed me the wrong medicine for what I had. The place where I stayed started getting bills despise me giving them my insurance. I called to see how I could pay, and they told me to just ignore that. One year after (today), I get called from the place I was staying at cause they had been contacted by a debt collector. I’d asked on three different occasions how to pay my bills, and each time, Munson didn’t give me a solution. This place is shady at best. They don’t help people, they just give them more problems.By Kreic (6 months ago)This is the worst walk in clinic in the area! I would never take any of my family members there again. They found stuff wrong with my husband’s x-rays and refused to write a referral when they are the ones that wanted him to see a lung doctor but they will for orthopedic matters. They wanted him to see a lung specialist in Traverse City. I called multiple times telling them how serious my husband was and they still refused. He started sick in September and kept going here every 2 weeks through December. He was going there because his doctor went to a different practice and he couldn’t see another family doctor for 5 months and they knew it. Because of there neglect he died at the age of 51. He was there 4 times in a 3 week period getting sicker and sicker. And they just blew him off. I think they though he just wanted a doctors note for work. These people don’t do what there suppose too and I would never take my dog there if it was the last place on earth. My daughter’s and I wonder where they ever got a licenses to do business. Well now is a great medical place i found out in front of walmart please go there if you want you family member alive a month later. Because they neglected my husband of 30 years. Now I am within my husband, my girls there dad and my 4 grandkids no grandpa. Think twice before you go here!!! Everyday I have called and they said you need to be seen again because they forgot to send it!!!!! I have been calm well mannered and the medical assistant Sam asked me why don’t I have a primary physician do it? I explained that my primary physician retired and I am waiting for a new one to take new patients. Why can’t they correct their mistake? Dr. Erin said she was going to prescribe it and send to my pharmacy, now I have to be seen again? You don’t have an oncall physician who can look at my chart and simply prescribe it? Please don’t let yourself or your family members go here. I literally just read the review where they let a woman’s husband pass away because they forgot to send the referral for pulmonologist!!! He also was waiting for his PCP that takes time for a new patient new physician interaction. You are an acute care clinic and don’t care that people’s lives are in your hands. Medical advocacy is needed for this disappointment of a facility.By Andria Simcox (5 months ago)I called ahead to make sure they would be able to remove my ingrown toenails the lady that I spoke to was extremely nice and said they would have no problem taking care of me so I got here 1st thing in the morning at 10 o’clock with my 6 month old baby excited to finally relieve the pain that I’ve been suffering through 4 years. And then the nurses come in the room and tell me there’s nothing that you can do for me except for gone me a steroid cream and that they weren’t sure if my medicaid was gonna cover it even though I was told differently the day before I live over an hourAway, The nurses and staff had 0 idea what they were talking about they were kind and very friendly but now I get to go and buy a scalful and cut it out myself. Slowest, worst hospital to go to! DO NOT go there if you have an emergency. You would save time and money by driving to Traverse City or Grand Rapids Most likely seen faster including the extra drive time! I have no idea how this facility is still up and running! Worst service ever! All I want to do is get my son help! 8hrs of sitting in the waiting room is unacceptable! It took 4hrs to get into triage. 2 more hours to get blood drawn. 2 more hours before urine test. No answers still. After reading all the other reviews you would think the place would make some changes to improve their Hospitality… atleast keep people posted of what’s goin on and why they are waiting so long…
You need to do an internal investigation on this building. Doctor’s and nurses a like have the worst attitudes and worst care I’ve ever seen! I’ve been waiting in the emergency room for hours to be seen for an asthma attack and still nothing! I only came to this hospital because it was closer and I was having an emergency but at this rate I would have been better off driving hours away! Also if you have an issue and would like to leave a complaint their email doesn’t work whatsoever. This hospital is nothing but worthless. Can’t wait to get some automated response on this review saying “They’re so sorry” or “Contact us”. This is not a hospital, this is not somewhere to receive proper care. Do you or your loved ones a favor and go to literally any other hospital than Cadillac.
I had an amazing experience birthing my son here. The labor and delivery nurses and doctors are absolute superheroes. I felt like all my concerns were taken seriously, we were all cared for so well, and they just went above and beyond. I really appreciated the good advice and attention. I didn’t want to go home! 🙂
I was in the ER last night, and Dr. Hart was the physician on staff. He was absolutely AMAZING! Excellent bedside manner, very easy to talk to, and really put me at ease. I felt very comfortable in his care. I felt that he really listened to me and my concerns, and I left the hospital feeling good about my treatment. He wasn’t one of the Doctors who just check in once and you don’t see again. He stopped in a few times to check on me. The other staff/nurses were also great (from sign in to checkout) but never in my almost 46 years have I felt totally at ease with an ER dr, until last night. I felt compelled to leave a review, as I know that most people do not take the time unless they are complaining. Dr Hart is exactly what I look for in a physician. I recently moved here from the suburbs of Metro Detroit and am currently looking for a new doctor. I’m saddened that Dr Hart is strictly ER, and doesn’t also work out of a practice. He would have had me as a patient immediately. Please recognize that he provided excellent care for me, and this is the first time that I have been this impressed with an ER physician. I realize that they were not busy last night when I was there, but everyone from the young man who checked me in, to the lady who checked me out, were friendly and competent and I had the very first positive ER experience of my entire life. Dr Hart was definitely MVP of the night. Thank you!
Great hospital Ryan N Hart, DO is a outstanding doctor who solved my medical issue first time visiting here from Kalamazoo. Haley M RN was the best nurse anyone could ever have. Keep up the great work your doing here. They were a bit busy so you have to be patient with the good employees here. They are willing to go over and beyond to help you. Thank you all🥰
