I absolutely love the staff here. The Nurse practitioner who works the weekends is better than any doctor in bowling green in my experience. Her bed side manners and general attitude and caring nature are exactly what we need in the medical community today. The entire staff from the moment you enter treats you like you are the most important person they see. The admin, the nurse and our NP Brittany were phenomenal. I haven’t been in a medical setting in years where I experienced such great care combined with such warm personalism. I got my diagnosis and treatment and was on my way in no time. The pre screening is great and the value for the level of care is tremendous. However, if like myself, you’re juggling three kids and a full time job and would like your concern addressed on your first visit then you might try somewhere else.
I realize the above is a bit dramatic but we were here Tuesday (today is Saturday) and the doctor said to call if the issue persisted and he’d send something else in. I was very pleased with the APRN, Susan Hicks. She went above and beyond for both of my kiddos. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to treat them. They got me right in because they were not crowded. I was able to get a steroid shot and a prescription for cough syrup. I was so very pleased with the service. Best place to get care. Was there for 12 hours but the nurses were kind and listened when I told them I had panic attacks and they told me exactly what they were doing and it comforted me. The nurses definitely need raises. They were so kind and empathetic and let me tell them the care I wanted from what I mentioned to allowing me Tylenol instead of something that would make me sleepy cause I had to drive myself home. The outpatient staff are wonderful and treated me like a queen

Tamara Scott GibsonBy Tamara Scott (a month ago)The Medical Center in Bowling Green is a poorly run hospital. Most staff is not accountable for the poor service levels. No one seems to take full responsibility for the patient’s care. They do not turn the patient according to the prescribed frequency. They don’t do it unless the patient or family requests it, even though the doctor prescribes it. The nurses don’t chart turns, so they cannot answer my questions of whether the patient was turned the night before. When you complain about this to the doctor, they think their responsibility for this care ends with the prescription. As a result, my father ended up with bed sores. The doctor prescribes that meals be manually fed to the patient, but the person that delivers the meals won’ try to feed the patient, and no one else even tries to feed him unless the family requests this at every meal. The doctor thinks they are doing a good job with the patient, but the hospital staff doesn’t always follow through. My father was constantly complaining about the lack of urgency from the hospital staff. Many times when I asked for something, the response was “I don’t do that”, and you have to find someone else to ask. 10/10 anytime I’ve had to go the staff is absolutely phenomenal! The wait yesterday was a teeny bit long but over all I have zero complaints! They did have a full house so I didn’t mind to much on the wait! I absolutely love this zip clinic! They are always kind and genuinely care about you! If I could give more stars hands down I would!
I couldn’t get in to see my Dr, so was referred to the walk in clinic. Theyvhad a 4 hour wait. I tried the zip-clinic amd was in and out and back home with meds in an hour. Super nice and listened to my symptoms. Worth the extra on the copay to not have to wait.
As always Zip clinic is amazing for getting in and out. The nurse prac.was great to be concerned about any interactions with my Rx I am on and with the shot I was given. Made me trust that she really cares . Front staff super nice
Me and my family were seen here for the flu. Doctor Samantha was great she was very kind and very understanding. Also Amanda the nurse that took care of us was awesome very sweet lady and very well understanding also. Thanks everyone for everything and for caring for me and my family.
Staff was calm and reasonable and the visit was fairly quick. Only took around an hour. I was told the day was slower though (also walked in without a preplanned aptmnt). Keep that in mind. Also the individuals treating me with listened to my words and we had a real dialogue. Not common in my home city. I recommend.
