The second time I’ve had to speak with some rude scheduler.. Can overhear them say something under their breath. Please at least wait until the call has ended. Need to hire people that are more genuine or that actually like to work with people!By Mil Ani (6 months ago)Tried our luck here as we are from out of town and wanted to avoid the ER. This place is a JOKE. Surly Rn’s that act as if they would rather be elsewhere. We needed medical attention but were told they were out of appointments for our issue? Really – at an urgent care, WALK IN clinic? If you need an appointment, how is this a WALK IN CLINIC? We ended up in the ER where we received the treatment needed (a prescription). Even the attending ER Physician laughed (and apologized) when we told him of the dismal failure of the WALK IN CLINIC and staff
(if you can call them that?). He mentioned he hears the same story several times a day from other like-type patients. Save you time and go to the ER. The CLOWNS at the SameDay Care seem to have forgotten what SameDay care means. Totally inept place and apathetic people. AVOID.By John Doe (a year ago)I had to go to the Same Day Care Clinic located in downtown Billings today and I left feeling that I didn’t want to let my experience go unnoticed. I have had to enter many different medical clinics because, of different medical reasons and conditions. I have had visits that made me want to disappear into the air with frustration and encounters where I felt the warmth resonating from a doctor and I knew that he truly did care and just ok experiences. My appointment today left me feeling like a human being that was deserving of respect and to be listened to without judgment. Randy Sphere saw me and I would just like to extend a thank you out to him. I received the best care and treatment that was possible for me at the time and I also thank you for taking that extra time with me that I know you did so, as to make sure I left with everything addressed that I needed and asked about!! You took the extra mile to care for me! Thank you…..I’m still smiling!By Jass Sandidge (a year ago)Amazing in person and in the clinic but called again today because I was told that I should be feeling better and not only the nurse I talked to seemed rude but the main call center that transfers calls was as well. You have to treat patients the same way you would treat them when they are there in person even if they are just on the phone.By Natasha Brothwell (6 years ago)I love Billings clinic West but me and my kids are super sick and have been exposed to Covid and we were scheduled at same daycare downtown because we’re sick and the nurse nurse told me to be here ready to go which is OK if it’s a mistake but they refuse to let us sit inside and all of us are sick and the lady was really rude she said I don’t know I don’t know what you’re supposed to do but you can’t be in here and so me and my kids are sitting outside on the sidewalk waiting for appointment real compassion the same Daycare has real compassion and a real plan that’s not good serviceBy Mike Todd (a year ago)

The Same Day Care clinic in the Heights was great. Once again, my shoulder needed help, but my regular PA is currently 3 hours away. Usually steroid shots do the trick, but Randy Spear, PA, wanted to make sure nothing else was going on, so x-rays (which I hoped for, and the clarity was beautiful, as far as I could see) were taken and we will try oral steroids in hopes they help. Randy listened, and ordered a round of oral steroids (and reassurance with the x-rays) until I can see my regular PA. I walked in not wanting prescription pain meds but answers, and answers I got. Thank you!By Ann LaBrie (2 years ago)Showed up at 7 AM with my son who was running a 103 temperature and was turned away because they said you had to have an appointment. What’s the point of same day care?By Joshua Moore (11 months ago)Never coming here. Friend of mine has symptoms matching COVID and wanted to find out what was wrong. He waited for two hours to be seen and was given a bogus diagnosis not based on logic or past medical history.By Nope Nope (a year ago)It was very easy to make a appointment online even though we had never been there before. Got in quickly. They provider was great with my son. Very thorough and helpful. Was a good visit.By Misty Baker (2 years ago)Billings Clinic is awesome! Saved my life and reached out to Mayo Clinic when they needed to. Always professional and they do their best to serve a large number of people.By Kent Ickes (3 years ago)

That’s it for our list of the best urgent care clinics in Billings MT! If you have any arguments or additional information, please leave a comment. We love to hear from our readers too!
We went to the walk in on a Saturday morning for my 4 year old son. We were seen right away. The nurse, receptionist, radiologist and the PA-C who saw us were all exceptional and very patient with my son. After spending a couple of hours problem solving, unfortunately they were not able to come up with a reason for my sons issue. There were no visible signs of infection or anything of concern. We were sent home and told to watch for fever and worsening of symptoms. The next day (Sunday) when he still wasn’t any better, I called Doug Whitehead (the PA we saw) and left a message. He called back to answer my questions. He was disappointed there wasn’t any change and said he was going to make a call for us. He ended up getting us an appointment for Monday morning with an ENT! I am SO appreciative of the extra steps he took to help get some answers for my son. I’m sure it would’ve taken a lot of steps/referrals to get into the specialist and the only other route might’ve been going to the ER and sitting for hours hoping to get some answers. We are very thankful for the heights walk in and Doug Whitehead!
In this crazy time we live in I’m so thankful for the awesome staff at St. V’s walk in! They got me in and diagnosed so quickly. I had to run around to three pharmacies to get my prescription. St. V’s staff were so diligent and continued calling the pharmacy because the pharmacist kept telling me it wasn’t sent. Definitely recommend going to walk-in here!
We were visiting from out of town. I had broken out in a rash/hives. We went to the ER first which was busy. The staff told us to go to this clinic. We arrived at 6:30pm. Clinic closes at 7pm. Doors were locked. We knocked, a nurse opened the door and said “we are closed, we have reached our quota for the day go to the ER.” Refused to let me be seen even tho it was within business hours. They refused to give medical attention to a patient in need during hours. Had to go back to ER. All the staff there were appalled and said I should file a complaint, which I am considering. This was on July 19th.
Brought my daughter to the Heights clinic at 6:15 when they close at 7, watched them lock the door while we were parking, couldn’t get in, called the desk, and she told me that they closed early because they only had one doctor and he had paperwork to do. We then came to this clinic, where they close at 7:30 and were told the same thing and turned away again! Staff who make these decisions need to reconsider their career path. People’s suffering matters.
I love the fast service here. The doctors have been very kind to me.
However….the two young women behind the desk….reminder you’re at work. The conversations you’re having can be heard loud and clear in the waiting room. 😑
