I have never had such a great experience at an Urgent Care facility. We live in New Jersey with a second home in NY and we were nervous about taking our daughter to an unfamiliar Urgent Care center. They were busy and only had one PA on duty. It took a while to be seen but she did a thorough exam and was able to give a good diagnosis and prescribed appropriate medication and treatment. Went on WellNow’s website and saw that you could set up an appointment online. I was able to get in at 1:30 on a Sunday!! When you get there you check in on their app and when they’re ready for you they send you a notification and you’re in and out in like 30 mins tops. The nurse practitioner was VERY friendly and down to earth….was very easy to talk to…you can tell she genuinely cares and was very thorough while examining me. Really needed to see someone as I was not feeling well at all . So happy that at 8 00 am on a Saturday they promptly got me signed in and set up to see a provider. The staff took their time gathering the necessary information and I was seen shortly after . I received an exam and prescriptions were phoned into my pharmacy. The entire staff was knowledgeable, polite and very caring. Didn’t need a return visit as I was feeling much better. The minute you walked in you could smell the cleanliness, the staff was very helpful and attentive, and immediately took us in. The PA and the nurse were so kind and warm. They were so good with my grandson. You could feel the warmth and professionalism here. We were in and out within an hour!!!!! Also, the Slushie machine was a big hit! They took great pains to see that I was comfortable while they evaluated my symptoms, ran the appropriate tests and prescribed the proper medication. No waiting when I arrived. Nurse and nurse practitioner were both very knowledgeable and pleasant. I was out of there in a flash. But, when I was leaving they had suddenly filled up the waiting room with new patients. Glad I didn’t get there 15 minutes later. I will definitely go there again if need be.

They were great. Not a long wait. The staff was friendly and efficient, explained every step of what they were doing. Would highly recommend them over the other area urgent care facilities.
I was super happy to be able to not wait long and walk in. I used my usual urgent care and they td me i needed to make an appointment for the next day… that doesn’t seem like urgent care to me. I was very unhappy so i came here as i had already been there when i broke my ankle years ago. They were friendly, fast i will be using them from now on.
WellNow came through for when my own doctor wasn’t available. I was very Ill after waiting it out for a week. Although there was a long wait, I was very pleased with the care I received. Kayla, the nurse practitioner was hands on immediately and after checking my vital signs prescribed medicine that addressed my symptoms. Well done, WellNow!
Heaving an element
coupled with a lack of understanding can be very stressful. I was seen by the physician assistant and the doctor at Well care urgent care who were very knowledgeable, caring and patience with me. I am following the doctors instructions and my thrust tongue is leaving. As an 83 years old senior with many apprehension when visiting the Doctor I am appreciative when seen by sensitive and caring professionals I will be happy to recommend this urgent care facility to others. The medical employees were great. The amount of time spent waiting was negligible. However, I never received notification that my Covid test was negative. I ended up waiting in quarantine for nothing. I tried calling, but I either got an automated message saying to keep waiting for my results or the phone just kept ringing for several minutes. I ended up going back on the fifth day only to find out the test was negative and completed 3 days prior.
